Hello, I purchased a belt from Beca Ramirez. Before buying it, I asked if it was sterling silver, to which she confirmed. Despite feeling uneasy, I inquired again, and she reassured me that she had tested it for sterling silver. I usually shop for Native American Indian jewelry on FB Marketplace and auctions. This experience marks the first time I've been misled and deceived. I've reached out to Beca 3-4 times requesting to return the non-sterling belt but have not received any responses since receiving it. Thank you for your assistance. Faye D.

Elizabeth was supposed to send me the money, but when I attempted to transfer it to my account, it ended up back in her account instead. She has the chair, thinking I received payment since it went into her account. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, she is unresponsive and directed me to PayPal. I am now requesting the owed $10.00 but remain puzzled about how the money reversed to her. She insisted on keeping the chair as she believed I had paid, leading me to hand it over thinking the transaction was complete. I am frustrated by the situation and Elizabeth's lack of cooperation.

I operate a towing service and have been accepting payments through PayPal. Today, when I sent an invoice for a recent service of $[redacted], the payment got held up. I would like to clarify that I am only providing towing services, not selling any products. I urgently need the payment released as the service has already been completed. I hope to avoid this issue in the future to ensure a smoother payment process for both myself and my customers.

I have attempted several times to have charges from December, January, and February removed from my account with Diggistore, but they were only removed in March. I stopped making payments until they were resolved. Despite speaking to 6 different representatives over the past 4 months, the charges are still showing up on my account. I have invested countless hours in discussions with customer service, who assured me I would not be charged and any late fees would be waived once the issue was resolved. However, it seems the problem persists, and I am now worried about my damaged credit and the possibility of the account going into collections. Consideration of bankruptcy looms as a last resort.

I recently purchased a mystery surprise box from Amazon, and it appears that it will be shipped from the Far East. I'm curious about the estimated delivery time. Additionally, I've been having trouble retrieving my account details. Despite multiple attempts, the system indicates that my email, phone number, or password is incorrect. Strangely, PayPal seems to have accurate information as it processes payments from my debit card without any issues. Thank you.

I have encountered challenges with tracking orders paid through PayPal. It becomes complex to communicate with the seller if issues arise after receiving the confirmation email from them. PayPal's involvement complicates the process, causing a disconnect with the vendor. This situation has discouraged my wife from using PayPal altogether. Despite being a longtime supporter and investor in PayPal, recent experiences with payment mishaps, like this missing music order, might lead me to consider canceling my account.

I purchased 7 faux fence sections advertised as 4' x 4' with fake greenery, ready to compress to 2' and rise to 8'. However, upon arrival, they were just 12" x 3' with insufficient greenery. After contacting the seller and receiving an inadequate 30% refund offer, I insisted on a full refund and return process for the wrong items. Following no response and a bounced email, I sought assistance from my bank, who directed me to reach out to PayPal. I am left with incorrect products and no communication from the seller. I kindly request PayPal to assist in retrieving my funds and advise the seller to deliver as advertised. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thank you, L. Myers.

Hi Roman, I wanted to bring to your attention an email I received regarding order reference # [redacted]9JW[redacted]5###. It states that I made a purchase for [redacted].95 USD at Target Inc. on June 11, [redacted], using PayPal. I have not made this purchase and believe it to be fraudulent. The email indicates that the product, an Apple iPad Air 10.9-inch Wi-Fi Only, will be delivered by June 13, [redacted]. It also mentions that the amount has been debited from my bank account. I have tried contacting the Customer Assistance line twice without success. I need this issue resolved immediately as I have never shopped at Target and suspect someone is using my information. I received a notice from PayPal about two charges totaling over $[redacted]. I contacted your support team with the details but haven't heard back for two weeks. I informed them that I don't have a PayPal account and believe the charges are fraudulent. There is no record of these charges on my credit card statement. I need confirmation that I won't be charged and that I don't have an account with PayPal. If necessary, feel free to contact me at [redacted]. I sent $[redacted] to A. G. expecting a refund, but he withdrew $[redacted] at Walmart and denied it to PayPal. PayPal gave him $25 initially and more later pending investigation. I can't access my $[redacted], possibly due to his false claims or an old PayPal account issue. A. G. has a history of fraud with banks, claiming innocence. I need PayPal's help urgently as he's attempting to access my account, prompting numerous verification texts and money requests. I won't log in until he's blocked. Thank you.

On June 7, [redacted], I discovered three unauthorized debit transactions on my USAA checking account (debit card ending in [redacted]) to Kili Malits through Paypal. The three amounts were $75.42, $64.10, and $45.58. I have contacted Paypal and they assured me that they will reverse the charges. In addition to this issue, my partner Shawn B. has been taking advantage of me. He has access to my phone through mirroring/hacking and changes my credit card pin numbers and security questions, preventing me from accessing my own funds and transferring money to his account. He has even opened a Paypal card in my name dating back to Spring/Summer [redacted]. His behavior is extremely deceitful and troubling.

My best friend and I made a reservation through Priceline for a room, but upon arrival, we were surprised to find out about a $[redacted] deposit requirement that was not disclosed beforehand. Lacking the necessary funds for both the room and the deposit, we couldn't stay. We were assured that we would be refunded to my card, but after contacting my credit card company and PayPal's home office, I was informed that the refund process is dependent on the hotel and PayPal, respectively. This morning, I got a text from PayPal thanking me for verifying my phone number and requesting me to log in. I didn't make any changes to my phone number with PayPal and I'm not sure I even have a number linked to my account. Additionally, I received two more texts from unknown senders, which I promptly deleted without opening. Can you confirm if this communication was legitimate? My spouse purchased shoes from Uniq Dealy for $66. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit, and we requested a refund via Paypal. However, Uniq Dealy's refund process has been prolonged with various requests for pictures and information. After multiple exchanges, including providing images of the shoes, label, size, and more, Uniq Dealy has continuously postponed the resolution. Despite our efforts, they have now denied the refund and suggested we give the shoes away. The timeline of events from receiving the shoes to the final denial of the refund has been frustrating and unproductive.

I placed an order for a chainsaw through a Facebook ad in April but never received it. Yeah Yard promised a refund if the item didn't arrive by 5/21. However, I received an accessory on 6/3 instead of the chainsaw I ordered. It's frustrating to receive an accessory without the main item. After seeing other customers' complaints on Facebook, I disputed the charge and contacted Yeah Yard for a refund as they had initially promised. I've tried reaching out by phone and email, but haven't received a satisfactory response. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and unclear instructions on how to resolve this issue. I just want the refund as per their offer and avoid losing any more money.

Dear Sirs, I am writing about a recent purchase of Century plants from Centralityone that arrived damaged. I made the order on May 6, [redacted], with order number #[redacted][redacted][redacted]. The items were received approximately a week ago, but they are flimsy and have damages. I had $[redacted] in my limited PayPal account, but when the balance dropped to $[redacted], they decided to limit it due to suspicious activity. I had to recover my Gmail to verify my identity and attempt to get my money back. They insisted the only way to receive the funds was via a check, and my late father had provided his bank account details earlier to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he passed away and the check was sent in his name to a check cashing place. After discovering this months later, I accessed my Gmail and found the money. I tried to link a new card to transfer it, to no avail. Contacting PayPal customer service, I was informed I needed a bank account to access the funds. My attempts with online banking were flagged for security reasons, resulting in a ban from PayPal. All I want is to receive my $[redacted], which was intended for a cancer patient gift.
