I have been in contact with "Roger," who claims to be from PayPal in Los Angeles; his number is [redacted]. Despite my communication, I have not received a response from you. I immediately contacted my bank's Fraud Center after noticing suspicious pending transactions that matched the ones "Roger" informed me about. I have taken steps by printing out my account activity and alerting my local Police Department, who will file a report. I am inquiring about the status of my account. It has been 7 months since they received my money, and as winter approaches, I find myself homeless due to issues with PayPal. The funds originated from Arizona Chase Bank, were transferred to Cash App, and finally reached my PayPal account. I no longer use [redacted] as that account was targeted for fraudulent activity. Hello, I need help with a dispute I have open in my PayPal account as they are not responding to my inquiry. I find the solution or option PayPal is proposing to me extremely unfair. The specialized department at PayPal intervened and contacted the seller regarding my case, and their response was for me to return the item to an address in China for a refund. The idea of returning the item to China seems like a tactic to avoid the refund process due to high shipping costs and extended transit times. Despite the purchase, I did not receive a confirmation email, which raised my suspicions. The seller, supposedly located in Wolverhampton, indicated that the item could be collected in person, which led me to believe it would be convenient since Wolverhampton is close by. Visiting the company's address at Blake Hall Business Park, Moorfield Road, Wolverhampton, WV2 4QT on the 6th of November [redacted] with my husband proved fruitless as there was no response at the premises. Despite attempts to reach out to PayPal and my local Barclays Bank through both phone calls and emails, no resolution has been achieved. I made a purchase on Wish on February 3 and paid extra for it to arrive on the same day. However, upon checking my order, I discovered multiple items such as 20 bras in various sizes, two identical shirts, and over ten pairs of shoes that I did not select. The expected delivery date is now March 27. I authorized a payment from my PayPal account to Avast software on 01/27/[redacted] for £82.44 and have been attempting to secure a refund since then. The resolution center denied my request citing the authorization of the payment. I have been stuck in a loop communicating with the company for a refund. Although they approved the refund, they mentioned that the chargeback needs to be lifted first. However, according to Barclays, there is no chargeback on my account.
