On March **,**** my doctor sent you a prescription. A few days later, when receiving my order I saw that he had made a mistake and ordered a ** day supply instead of the usual **. I called your company and was told the mistake happens all the time and the doctor needed to send in another prescription for the additional ** days and mark on it as a MISTAKE. I called his office and was told it would be taken care of that day. After a few days and several more phone calls between your company and my Doctor, I took a day off of work and drove to my doctor's office and watched him send the the prescription from his computer, using the words given to us by your office to correct the mistake. In the numerous phone calls I made, I was assured the mistake had been corrected. However, I was still being told I owed $**.** to cover the initial prescription. The corrected prescription for ** days came through with no charge. When trying to call your company today about something different I inquired about the charge still on my bill. I was told the mistake was not clarified within ** days so nothing could be done. After trying to resolve this matter for almost * months and being told all was being taken care by YOUR management , I am furious. In all this time I talked to ONE manager who was polite, professional and sounded as if she knew her business. All the others acted very incompetent. Today I received a notice telling me you cannot fulfill a Medicare Part B request my doctor sent for diabetic strips. That is fine, but why did it take ** days for me to be notified? It took * day to notify me that they had received the other prescriptions from the same day. Where is the customer service? I hope you can help me. Kathleen Jeanneret
