Bought Net ** minutes as usual over a week ago* got on line to Net ** Wireless, put in pin* Net ** showed the new extension date and the ** bonus points* BUT phone is not showing the added minutes or days. So a few days ago I entered the pin into the phone to see if extended days and minutes would finally show there* it said the PIn was already used...YES I used it by putting it in on-line! Where are my added minutes and days??????????

Probably didn't have to do with any of my interventions. The added minutes and days just suddenly came through on the phone. It took more than one week this time. A few months ago it took * days. The delays are agony. What if I'd let the necessary refill get down to one day? Would I have lost all of my remaining minutes due to the delay? Lots of stress each of those days not knowing the answer to that and not knowing the reason for the delay. It's hard to have confidence in the company or to recommend it to others when this keeps happening...but I love the simplicity and ease (or what should be the ease) of the plan! :)
