* weeks ago I contacted net ** about a broken screen on my i phone and they said it was under warranty and that they would replace it with a new i phone but i had to send my phone back first. I did and when my new phone come it was a lg phone. Contacted them and they said the they do not replace i phone but this is what net ** told me to do talked to a supervisor and he said he found a i phone and that he would replace it.I still do not have a phone i need my phone for work no one will give me a answer. I have been on the phone for * hours at least about this.
