I recently noticed an overcharge on my bank account for a purchase I made at McDonald's on April 2 in Franklin. I ordered a $3 bundle (nuggets and fries) with a large Coke at the drive-thru, which should have totaled around $4.39. However, I was charged $10.27 under McDonald's M2971 on my account. I usually don't check my transactions regularly, but I keep an eye on this card because it's linked to my pay. Discovering this overcharge has frustrated me, especially considering I work multiple jobs to make ends meet. I feel I deserve a refund for the incorrect charge and compensation for the time and inconvenience this has caused. I visited McDonald's yesterday at 6 p.m. and spent $42. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After waiting for an hour, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I waited even longer for it to be fixed, but when I received it, it was still wrong. In place of the new chicken bacon ranch sandwich I ordered, I received McChicken sandwiches with no bacon or ranch, just lettuce and mayonnaise. I paid for 3 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and received 3 McChicken sandwiches instead. Despite trying to contact the store multiple times, I have not received any response. This situation is frustrating because not only did I have to find an alternative dinner, but my money was also wasted as my family cannot eat mayonnaise, which is why we specifically ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwiches.

I reside in Las Vegas. For the past five days, I've visited four different McDonald's locations and each time they claim to be out of Carmel frappe. The reasons vary from the machine being broken to needing cleaning and taking an hour to fix. After discussing this issue with a friend who works at McDonald's, I was informed that the staff might lie to avoid additional work after 10 pm. The locations I visited are Hollywood and Lake Mead, Lake Mead and Lamb, Pacos, and Neilis and Bonanza. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I am quite upset about the treatment I received at McDonald's last night. I ordered a $6 20-piece nuggets and a small fry, which should have come to $9.11. To my surprise, when I checked my online banking, I saw that McDonald's charged me $29.11. This error led to an overdraft in my account, leaving me with no money to pay my insurance that is due. The McDonald's worker mistakenly charged my card twice. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

I ordered a large soda and a large coffee, but received room temperature, bitter, and thick coffee. When I asked for a fresh cup after a wait, the employee's response was inappropriate. After 27 minutes, I had to request my coffee again, only to be given a decaf coffee with a poorly sealed lid, causing a mess on my clothing. It seems the employees at this store may need more guidance in customer service.

I have experienced multiple instances of receiving incorrect orders from McDonald's in the past three months, causing significant frustration. As a parent of an autistic child who relies on specific foods from McDonald's, these mistakes are particularly challenging for us. The McDonald's located at [redacted] Wanash in Terre Haute, Indiana, has consistently given me the incorrect order multiple times over the past three months. This situation is particularly challenging for me because my son has autism, and McDonald's is his preferred and safe food choice. It is frustrating to pay for food that I did not order. Despite using the app to order in advance, I am often asked to wait in a parking spot for an extended period, usually for **-** minutes, for my order, which is usually incorrect. I would like to acknowledge one employee who stands out for her professionalism and politeness amid the generally indifferent behavior of the others, who often appear preoccupied with their phones instead of assisting customers.

Hello, I wanted to share a suggestion with McDonald's, however, I couldn't find a way to directly contact them. I attempted to email [redacted], but unfortunately, did not receive a response. Can someone assist me? I recently participated in an environmental clean-up in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, and was disheartened by the amount of roadside litter, including food wrappers from other fast-food chains since McDonald's does not currently have a nearby location. I am concerned that when the new McDonald's drive-thru opens in Thirsk, similar littering issues may arise, potentially harming the brand's reputation. I recall reading about a scheme where vehicle license plate details were printed on drive-thru packaging to encourage customers to properly dispose of their waste. I am curious if this initiative was implemented and if it could be introduced at the upcoming Thirsk outlet. I believe promoting this environmentally-conscious approach would be well-received and beneficial for the community and McDonald's business image. Thank you, M.C.

On 13/04/[redacted], I visited the McDonald's in front of Elmsleigh Shopping Centre in Staines. I ordered a Chicken Big Mac meal, a Caramel Frappe, and Veggie Dippers. In a hurry, I collected the bag once it was ready and left. Unfortunately, when I checked the bag at home, I realized the burger was missing. I took my grandchild, who is three years old, out for lunch today. She loves ice cream and chicken nuggets. We went inside the restaurant, and the young girl at the front had a very bad attitude when speaking to me. I spoke to the manager on duty about her rudeness and her calling me American, which is unacceptable. I am in my sixties, and she is just starting out in life. The incident number is #[redacted]. I believe they did not address her behavior towards me properly. I am very offended by the actions of this young girl. How should I proceed with this situation?

I purchased a sandwich in a different state while traveling but didn't receive it. I contacted the Canyon Lake location to request a replacement, and they agreed over the phone. Upon arrival with my receipt, I informed an employee, who then relayed the information to "Jose." Unfortunately, Jose responded rudely, insisting that I pay for the sandwich. I am frustrated as I went out of my way to visit this location only to be met with such an unwelcoming attitude.

While traveling from Aberdeen to Glasgow on the 17th of April, I made a purchase at the Forfar branch on the A90 motorway. I bought breakfast and used my debit card to pay at 9:34 am. However, I noticed that I was charged twice for £6.98. I called the branch to request a refund for the overcharge. The lady I spoke with informed me that I would need to return to the branch in person to receive a refund, which is challenging for me as it's out of my way. As an international student in Nottingham, McDonald's is my go-to for food. Today at the Valley Road, Basford location, I ordered a £3.89 meal with my card. Unfortunately, I was charged twice and despite explaining the issue, I left without a refund or food. This experience was truly disappointing as a student working two part-time jobs. It may not be a large amount, but being treated this way is disheartening.

I had a frustrating experience at the Palm Bay, Florida drive-thru recently. Despite wanting to take advantage of a buy one get one Big Mac special, the order taker informed me they were unable to process the special due to a register issue. I ended up ordering a McDouble bundle, but encountered a lengthy delay in receiving my receipt. After waiting for over 30 minutes and my food getting cold, I had to go inside to retrieve my receipt and request a replacement order. Despite facing physical challenges with a broken hip and rheumatoid arthritis, the staff was not able to assist me in bringing the food inside. Eventually, after a total wait time of around 45 minutes, I received my food and the receipt.

I recently visited McDonald's in Kosciusko, Mississippi. I had enough funds on my debit card to purchase 3 regular hamburgers, but I also wanted an apple pie for a sweet treat. So, I decided to get 2 pies for $2.13 and paid with change. The cashier was friendly, but things took a turn when the manager, Bama, was called over about the change. He seemed upset and mentioned he didn't need all that change because it takes a long time to count. His comment made me feel small and embarrassed in front of other customers. I was taken aback by his response and felt disrespected for not having paper money. I may share my experience on social media to shed light on how customers are treated. It was a situation that left me feeling low despite spending what little money I had at their store.

The individual taking my order was exceptionally rude, rushing through it and claiming her manager instructed her not to hold the line. She repeatedly interrupted me, asking if that was all and even gave me the total before I finished ordering. I believe if they aren't willing to be at work, they shouldn't show up. The experience was extremely disrespectful, and I feel someone should address this with the manager.

I visited McDonald’s on the corner of 12th and Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky. I placed two separate orders, but upon receiving my food at the window, they informed me that both orders were split into two bags. When I arrived home, I discovered that I was missing a 10-piece nugget and a large fry. The staff at the window were unprofessional, laughing and giggling, despite my inquiries about both of my orders, which they confirmed they had. I need prompt assistance as I spent over $40 and would like to receive the missing items. I have receipts for both orders. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I am a DoorDash delivery driver in Clemson, SC. Recently, there was an incident at a McDonald’s in Clemson where several of us had been waiting for over 45 minutes to an hour for our orders. One Dashers, a Spanish-speaking individual, had been waiting for over an hour with no assistance. When I tried to help by asking an employee named Naomi for help, she responded rudely, telling us to leave the store. The Spanish-speaking Dasher had to cancel the order due to lack of assistance. I noticed a manager named Darrel making DoorDash orders off the clock and leaving to deliver them. I confronted him about the unfairness of the situation, as we Dashers had been waiting for so long while he was able to make his own orders. It was frustrating to see the lack of help despite there being enough employees present, especially when McDonald’s was the only store open for Dashers at 3:00 AM.

When I tried to assist him by asking an employee named Naomi to prioritize his order, she rudely told us to leave as they were short-staffed. Unfortunately, the Mexican driver had to cancel his order due to the lack of assistance. To my surprise, I saw a manager named Darrel making DoorDash orders off the clock and leaving to deliver them. When I questioned this unfair behavior, he claimed he was helping with cooking off the clock. It felt disrespectful to us drivers who had been waiting for so long while he could prioritize his own orders. McDonald's is a crucial late-night option for us drivers, and it was disappointing to see such preferential treatment.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Morganton, North Carolina. On Saturday morning, I went through the drive-thru to order a big breakfast for my grandchildren. I clearly stated my order, but when I received it, it was incorrect. The staff member I dealt with, Maria, was unhelpful and argumentative. She insisted the items I ordered weren't included in the meal, despite my insistence that they were. After a lengthy and frustrating interaction, a manager intervened and resolved the issue by confirming my order and reimbursing me. The manager was very understanding and courteous. However, the whole situation could have been handled better, and I shouldn't have had to go to such lengths to prove my order was correct. I made a complaint to corporate but have not received any response. I believe action should be taken regarding Maria's behavior, and I hope someone will follow up with me regarding this incident.
