I tried to get points on my mcdonalds app. She kept saying it wasn't working. Did not even tried to help. Just kept saying it wasn't her fault. She was rude about it. If she would have helped I would have been a little bot of understanding. But she didn't even help at all or even tried to fix the issue. Like it was my fault or my phone.
