I was doing what I was told by letting lyft know I received damages to my vehicle and that a passenger had urinated in my back seat. ... I had a customer urinate in my back seat. I contacted driver support and they basically shafted me and told me that their best judgment said I deserved $**. Get this, they had the audacity to offer **$ for a “Professional” cleaning of a biohazard. Then they just kept hanging up on me. I want to speak to someone else besides driver support. It’s stated in the Lyft policy for damages such as this drivers are to receive the maximum amount allotted which is $***. They offered **$. Still have not been able to get ahold of anyone at all that will do anything about it.
Is that this is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for.
I want them to pay what would actually have been the right amount of money.
What else can I try.
