We are Superhosts on Airbnb, and after almost a year of hosting, got our first personal, hurtful, and nasty complaint. We are pretty new on Homeaway. I feel that a complaint this hurtful and personal could really hurt our home business, and also Homeaway’s revenue. In our listing she was pre-warned that she would hear noise from upstairs, as we are a young family. She was trying to keep her young child on east coast time and had a *am flight without notifying us in advance. Also she shouldn’t complain about there being no sink*counterspace*freezer, as what is pictured (mini fridge, microwave, stove top) is precisely what is available. It’s as if Ashley didn’t read through the listing description, and then made her review into personal attacks on us, our business, and our family. Thanks for considering! We appreciate being on Homeaway!
