Please help! This is the situation, on Friday **** from NY, I purchased a renewal for my husbands medical marijuana card from you for elevated holistics. MY app was not logged in, I didn't realize so i believe the transaction went through as a guest. The email I used for redemption was *****@***.com. That is my husbands email, Nick Katz. The transaction went through my bank and is processed now, but he never received an email with a redemption code. I spoke via email with your CS and no one has been able to help. I emailed elevated holistics and they can see the order on their end but they need a redemption code. I think what happened was the email I typed in I added an extra t. SO if you can please figure this out the email is maybe *****@***.com, our names are Danielle and Nick Katz, I paid through apple pay(****). let me know asap Thank you.
