Hi there, me and another individual purchased a ticket accidentally that claims to be non refundable. However, this individual was able to get Groupon credit of the same value while I am told that there is nothing to be done for me. These two cases are exactly identical and it is unfair and discriminatory to treat two customers differently. I’ve been through and email and live chat where the agent stops responding to me. And now I’m * days waiting for a new email response. Anything to get my money back or quicker responses would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
