Four weeks ago, I purchased 2 additional Swarovski rings (My charm), as I already owned 1 ring. These rings were intended for my friends, with one in size 56 and one in size 58. I paid for one ring immediately and the other through Klarna. Despite this, I have not yet received them. Upon checking my Groupon account, it indicated that the size 56 ring was cancelled and the money was refunded. However, upon reviewing my account, I have not received the refund. I contacted customer support and after 22 minutes (I have evidence), the connection was abruptly ended. This is quite frustrating. Can someone please advise me on how to proceed in order to receive the rings?

I purchased 2 Argyle women's vests before April 5th, but I haven't received them yet. My credit card was already charged for the order. The shipping address is unit 1/2 King Street, Werribee, Victoria [redacted], Australia. However, the package seems to have been mistakenly sent to 1 King Street, which is our neighbor's address. They haven't received it either. The email I received stated that the order for Women's Argyle Vest Top: Two - Green and Black/AU L has been dispatched. The shipping details indicate it was sent via ZTO Express to Mrs. Lynne Stewart at 1 King Street, Werribee, Victoria [redacted]. The tracking number is NEXAU[redacted]. Please address the issue promptly to ensure the correct delivery of my order. Thank you.

My family uses Groupon for our car services at Valvoline in Eugene, OR. Usually, my wife handles the purchase, but when she couldn't find a deal, I bought one online. However, when we arrived at Valvoline, they informed us the deal was only valid in South Carolina, leaving us to pay $[redacted] out of pocket in addition to the $58 Groupon. Despite my wife's persistent efforts over a week, all she's been offered are Groupon bucks with an expiration date. We only get oil changes every six months since we only drive six miles a day. The Valvoline staff, who initially recommended Groupon, claimed their customer service is exceptional and mentioned the possibility of a refund, which my wife is struggling to secure. We only intend to use Groupon for oil changes and hope for a resolution soon. We believed the deals were universal, but clearly, that was not the case. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. This incident occurred on Saturday, April 30th, around 10 or 11 am. I regret any confusion caused and wish to thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello, I bought a voucher for Riverhills Health Club & Spa, but due to the pandemic and subsequent Covid illnesses, we couldn't use it. The voucher expires in Feb [redacted]. We are not looking for a refund, just hoping to be able to use the voucher eventually. Can you advise if we can still book our spa day? Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.

I need to cancel this order as I previously canceled all other purchases made on the same day at Sea Quest Ft. Worth due to the establishment's inability to fulfill our order while we were in town. I recently received my statement and noticed that two transactions were never refunded. I kindly request these refunds to be processed back to my original method of payment promptly. The system is not allowing me to request the refund myself, but my account history shows I took care of all cancellations promptly on the day of purchase. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute massage with Order #1[redacted]28-[redacted], and scheduled an appointment with the merchant for 5/9/22 at 4pm. However, upon arriving at the location for Max Massage, I discovered that the merchant does not exist. The address listed belongs to a chiropractor running 'Body Therapy Center,' who claimed that the supposed massage service was not affiliated with them. It seems that the merchant is scamming people through Groupon using false information. Despite the numerous reviews confirming this, the merchant has not been blocked yet. As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund. I also request compensation for the wasted time and gas, as well as urging Groupon to investigate and block this fraudulent merchant immediately.

I experienced issues with the customer service being slow, unhelpful, and inaccurate. I made a guest order and did not receive a confirmation. Live chat was not helpful and the call number directed me back to the website. I'm frustrated by the service and may not use it again. I need to know if my order went through or if I was charged twice. The chat representative advised me to reorder if I didn't see the email, but later I learned it takes up to two hours for it to appear. This contradictory information caused confusion. I have no order confirmation in my email, so I cannot provide an order number. I also felt unsatisfied when the representative declined to disclose their location. Establishing reliable US-based customer service is essential.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for the transfer of [redacted] slides to a Thumb Drive with reference number # GSPYQQZF. I sent the slides to SouthTree, also known as LegacyBox, in January [redacted]. I received an email stating they were unable to transfer the slides due to lack of equipment. After contacting them, they refunded the cost of the Thumb Drive, which was an additional $85 beyond the Groupon cost, and mentioned I would receive a $9.95 refund for shipping. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund of the voucher. However, my attempts to reach Groupon through Live Chat and email have been unsuccessful. The Groupon website does not allow me to access "MY STUFF" to view the voucher or make a complaint about its unusability even though it shows as redeemed. I am frustrated by the lack of response from Groupon and the inability to resolve this matter. I have tried contacting them multiple times without success. Can you assist me with this issue?

I purchased a Groupon for Elite Spa with Item #[redacted]. I had an appointment scheduled for last Monday, 5/9/22, which they canceled last minute due to the service provider being ill. I rescheduled for this morning and received a confirmation text yesterday. Upon arrival, I was informed that the esthetician was not present and would not be coming in because they were still unwell due to COVID-19. I traveled for 30 minutes to get there, and although they were aware of the ongoing illness, they failed to notify me. The owners' handling of the situation was unprofessional, especially since the service was paid for through Groupon. They suggested taking up the issue with Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for my daughter's birthday at Great Wolf Lodge in the Pocono Mountains. The deal included a one-day pass with a 16-inch pizza and a 2-liter soda. I faced challenges trying to book in advance due to blackout dates. The Groupon stated it could be used Monday through Thursday and would expire on June 25, [redacted], however, a customer service representative mentioned blackout dates from June 6, [redacted], until December [redacted]. I purchased a go-kart experience in Myrtle Beach, but had issues with payment via PayPal. After the first attempt failed, I tried again but encountered the same problem. Eventually, I received emails indicating multiple payments were being processed. I only intended to make one purchase, so I need the additional orders canceled.

I recently made a purchase at the "Illumine Med Spa" through Groupon, specifically for either Restylane Kysse, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Defyne, or Refyne, using my debit card. After receiving an email stating my order had failed, I found that the only issue was with the expiration date on my card, which I promptly corrected. However, concerned about being charged twice if I retried the payment, I sought clarification from a Groupon representative. They assured me they would remove the initial failed transaction, so I proceeded to repurchase the spa service. Unfortunately, my Bank of America app now shows two charges for the same purchase, which was not my intention. I am unsure if I should wait for the failed transaction to disappear from my card or when the funds will be returned. I attempted to contact Groupon through live chat, but after waiting for 40 minutes without a response, I am seeking assistance here to resolve this issue and speak with a real person.

Dear Groupon Representative, I hope you are well. I wanted to bring up a couple of issues: 1) When searching for a product on your site, the process feels overly complicated with unnecessary steps. It would be more user-friendly if searching for a specific product yielded only that product. 2) The frequency of emails and messages I receive from Groupon has become overwhelming. I purchased two Groupons for music lessons from Matt Burk Music Studio on June 2, [redacted], one for $64.40 and the other for $74.40 (Group #[redacted]-IL). Upon buying the first Groupon, I was prompted to purchase a second one for the same product, which I did. When I visited the music studio on June 2nd, the receptionist accepted both Groupons. However, I received a letter today suggesting that only one Groupon per household is allowed. I recently purchased a Groupon for Lux Salon at [redacted] N 59th Ave Ste [redacted], Glendale, AZ [redacted] for $36. Lux Salon notified me that their payment terminal is currently not functioning, and they are unable to process Groupons for about a week. They advised me to return the Groupon and pay with cash instead. I have a screenshot of the text messages exchanged with Lux Salon, but unfortunately, I can't attach it here. My preference is to have the credit card ending in [redacted] that the Groupon was charged to refunded in full. I have included the text messages below for reference. I purchased a new Sam’s Club Membership in June [redacted] that will expire on June 30, [redacted]. At the time of purchase, there was a Groupon deal offering a $25 e-gift card with the membership for $25. I bought the membership for this offer. I have followed the instructions to claim the gift card but have not received it yet. Groupon customer service referred me to Sam’s Club customer service, who in turn directed me back to Groupon citing that I purchased through them. I am disappointed with this back-and-forth. My membership is expiring soon, and I may not renew through Groupon due to this issue. I hope to receive the promised e-gift card or find a satisfactory resolution before my membership ends. I bought 2 Groupon vouchers on 6/21/22 for Don McClean tickets. I initially had trouble logging in through My Groupon and used Google instead. The next day, when I checked the Groupon app, I couldn't locate these vouchers. After multiple chats, Shanavash from Customer Support advised me to log in using my email, which led me to find the new Don Mclean vouchers. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost 2 more concert tickets: One Republic Concert vouchers purchased on 3/7/22 and REO?STYX tickets purchased on 12/17/21. Despite 3 days of chatting and emailing, the issue remains unresolved. I have confirmation emails from Groupon for the missing vouchers, and I suspect there may be multiple accounts, although I have consistently used the same email address for all my Groupon purchases.

When I tried to use it at the West Chester location this morning, the worker said it was for a New Jersey location. I informed him that I checked several times to make sure it was for the West Chester location. I didn't use my Groupon voucher and need a refund promptly.
