This was my first time riding Greyhound. I was traveling from Houston to Palestine. The bus was supposed to stop at Huntsville and Crockett before reaching Palestine, but it went straight to Athens without stopping in Palestine. I asked the driver about it, and she said I must have fallen asleep. I explained that I hadn't slept and mentioned the earphone instruction she gave at the beginning. The driver apologized, but I ended up stranded in Athens for over 45 minutes due to the missed stop. I believe I should be compensated for this inconvenience. Thank you for your attention. - B. Anderson, traveled on 11/30/[redacted] at 10:50 am from Houston, scheduled to arrive in Palestine at 1:55 pm.

I'm currently at the Erie, PA Intermodal Center, and I noticed that it's closed, with no access to the restrooms. Passengers have to walk around the building to board Greyhound. It's disappointing that you can't buy tickets or ask questions here. Why was this center built if it's not customer-friendly? Moreover, the telephone number provided for the main office is not working. Please address these issues for the convenience of your paying customers. Thank you for your attention. Best, Patricia Ann Schubert

Could the Erie Pennsylvania Intermodal Center unlock the waiting area and restrooms for customer use? Currently, patrons are forced to wait in the cold searching for Greyhound, walking around the building meant for convenience and comfort. It would be beneficial to have staff available to sell tickets and assist at the Erie Intermodal Center. The provided telephone number is not in service. Please supply a valid contact number for the main Greyhound office for customers to speak with a helpful representative. Thank you. Regards, P.A. Schubert

During a recent bus journey from Jacksonville, FL to Tucumcarri, NM on May 14-16, [redacted], there was a concerning incident involving Greyhound. Passengers were informed about a supposed criminal boarding the bus, with a $10,[redacted] bounty on his head, allegedly orchestrated by Greyhound and the FBI. The situation escalated to the point where passengers were expected to prevent the individual from reaching his destination, which raises serious questions about government law enforcement practices. It's crucial that if someone is a criminal, they should be properly apprehended through legal channels rather than resorting to vigilante tactics. Thankfully, the individual in question was seemingly alerted and chose not to continue the journey with us. The whole ordeal, including the involvement of supposed FBI agents and the unsettling nature of the incident, is deeply troubling.

I was disappointed when our scheduled driver did not show up for our 5:45 am departure. This forced us to find alternative transportation to Long Beach for our cruise ship embarkation. Our debarkation was also impacted when a passenger fell on the exit gangway, causing a delay. We missed our return bus due to this incident and had to again seek alternate transportation. My confidence in Greyhound was shaken due to the issues with both trips. I am reaching out to request a full refund for the round trip tickets for Lori W. and Deborah A. as Greyhound did not meet the terms of our original contract. Booking: [redacted]

I am extremely disappointed with the Greyhound bus service today. The bus driver failed to stop at the Wytheville Virginia bus stop as scheduled at 9:50 am on 19/12/22. The bus arrived early at 9:03 am but passed through the station without stopping, showing no concern for the waiting passengers. This careless act on Greyhound's part caused great inconvenience during my first experience using their service.

I have a ticket for a departure from Wichita Falls at 8:15 Central Standard Time with stops until Joplin. My father, at 87 years old, can't reach me in Joplin due to icy conditions. Are there any stops before Joplin? Can I change my ticket to depart from Wichita Falls to Fayetteville, Arkansas instead? The weather in Joplin is preventing my father from picking me up, and I fear being stranded. This visit could be my last Christmas with him. Please help. Thank you.

I have been on hold for more than 10 hours in the past 3 days. My ticket was refunded twice, money deducted from my account, but I haven't received my confirmation code. I have been cut off by the survey 5 times, which is frustrating. Additionally, my fiancé is stuck, charged multiple fees, not refunded her ticket, and the bus was canceled. She was promised a ticket but hasn't received it. We have filed 6 feedback reports without any resolution. We both need to reach our families. We had it booked last night, but we got disconnected. I have faced numerous issues, all of which are documented. Please call me back as soon as possible. - C. Hinderscheid

I encountered some travel issues between Pocatello, Idaho and Kellogg, Idaho using Greyhound. The delay in Pocatello caused me to miss my connecting Salt Lake Express bus to Butte, Montana. Salt Lake Express was able to assist by adjusting my ticket for a bus leaving from Idaho Falls to Butte, Montana with a new confirmation number. Now, I am requesting Jefferson Lines to reschedule my ticket for departure on December 25, [redacted], as I missed my original bus this morning to Kellogg, Idaho. Thank you.

I traveled from Detroit, MI to Birmingham, AL on Oct 13, [redacted]. During a stop in Lexington, KY, another passenger mistakenly took my bag. He contacted me later in Nashville to inform me he had it. Despite being assured my bag was on a bus headed for Birmingham, I never received it. Upon multiple visits to the bus station during my brother's funeral trip, I could not locate it, despite efforts to coordinate with Mr. Eiland and the baggage handlers. Despite checking in Atlanta and filing a missing baggage claim upon my return, my bag containing family heirlooms remains missing. Assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated, as I am unsure of the next steps to recover my belongings.

I attempted to reach out to you through www.greyhound.com/help without success. Today, February 10th, I arrived at LAX airport at 6 AM after a long flight from New Zealand to Los Angeles. My final destination is Oceanside, CA. After struggling with your online contacts, I managed to purchase a ticket from Union Station, Los Angeles to Oceanside for $35. However, due to the long wait until the 12:20 PM bus, my friend offered to drive me instead. I kindly request a refund for the unused ticket. My Greyhound ticket Confirmation # is [redacted]. The payment was made through Apple Pay using my American Express Card ending in [redacted]. Please process the refund to this card. Thank you. - Susan G.

I left my art supply kit and large drawing paper pad on the bus today. The bag was placed in the overhead space around 4-6 seats from the front. It's a birthday gift, and I'm upset for forgetting it. I hope someone found it and turned it in. Please contact me to confirm if it was found. I am willing to pay to have it mailed back to me. I live in Juneau, currently traveling back home, and just realized my mistake in Chicago during a layover. I really hope it wasn't stolen by another passenger. The bus route was from Decatur, Illinois to Chicago this afternoon with schedule number [redacted]. I appreciate any help in tracking it down. Thank you.

I recently traveled with Greyhound from Corpus Christi, Texas to Columbia, Missouri. Unfortunately, my baggage was left at the Houston, Texas depot. The driver, Mike, informed me on January 9th that he located it and would send it to Dallas, hoping it would continue to Missouri. Despite filing four baggage claim reports and sending several emails, I have not received any updates. It has been 40 days since my arrival on January 6th, and I am left with no clothes, having to wear my mother's. I am extremely disappointed with Greyhound's lack of concern and would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me. Shelley McConnell, [redacted], [redacted]

On January 5th, [redacted], when I departed from Corpus Christi, Texas to Columbia, MO on Greyhound, my baggage was left behind at the Houston Texas depot. Upon reaching my destination on January 6th, my luggage was missing. It had all my clothes and a pair of shoes. Despite multiple attempts, Greyhound has not responded to my claims in over 30 days. Driver Mike confirmed he had my bag in Houston and intended to send it to Dallas for onward delivery, but I am still without it. I am currently forced to borrow clothes from my mother. Greyhound's lack of communication is disappointing, and I am only asking for compensation to replace my lost belongings. I am hopeful that Greyhound will reach out to me soon. - Shelley McConnell

I purchased a bus ticket for the second time. The first time, I bought a ticket from the 23rd to the 24th to go from Columbus, Ohio to Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, the bus took me to Pittsburgh instead of Columbus. Then, I bought another ticket from Pittsburgh to Bristol, but once again the bus ended up in Columbus, Ohio. My girlfriend sat in Columbus all night talking to the bus station staff. An hour ago, they told her there was no bus for her, even though they had previously asked her to wait. This is the second time this has happened. I spent nearly $[redacted] in two days on two different bus tickets that did not take me to my destination. I am seeking clarification on what went wrong with these bus trips.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report a very disappointing experience on my recent trip. The confirmation number for my flight was [redacted], under the name Ryan Serens, traveling from Denver, CO to Birmingham, AL. During the leg from Amarillo to Dallas, there was an incident involving a trainee driver and her instructor. Their constant arguments led to an uncomfortable journey, including a physical confrontation. To add to the trouble, my luggage seems to have been lost between Amarillo and Dallas. I hope to receive a refund for these inconveniences. I also kindly ask for assistance in locating the missing suitcase, as it contains valuable items like a $[redacted] pair of boots. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Brenda Bare.

I purchased a ticket on either the 26th or 27th of February, but I'm unsure of the exact date. The person I bought the ticket for didn't board the bus, and now he's not responsive to my calls. I attempted to cancel the ticket that night but was unable to reach anyone. Please contact me as soon as possible to assist me with obtaining a refund. I provided the individual with a copy of the boarding pass, but he claimed he didn't have transportation to the bus station. Despite spending nearly 4 hours on hold, I was unable to cancel the ticket. Kindly reach out to me promptly so we can resolve this matter. Since I seldom use buses, I would like a refund to my credit card, which was used for the initial payment.

I'm inquiring about a bus ticket I bought on February 26th for an individual who I believed needed assistance to get home. However, he expressed uncertainty and mentioned canceling the ticket. Despite my efforts to cancel on the same night, I was unable to reach anyone for hours, including my attempts to contact Flexibus. I am unsure if the person boarded the bus or not. I am interested in either confirming the trip or requesting a refund. I am unfamiliar with Greyhound's policies and prefer a refund to my debit card rather than a voucher. Kindly contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I'm curious how I'll manage traveling on Greyhound with my service animal. The policy states that service animals must stay in your personal space around your feet, without any body parts sticking out. However, my service animal is a Great Dane, and she's only 10 months old and already 85lbs. She's projected to be at least 100lbs by the time of my trip, which is still 3-4 months away. I'm unsure how we'll accommodate her size on the journey!

I purchased Greyhound tickets on Wednesday, March 1st. Unfortunately, the bus did not stop in Tyler as scheduled. I have been trying to reach customer service without success. I finally sent an email today after trying to call every day with no luck getting through to anyone. I still need to travel to Wichita Falls. I am hoping to reschedule my trip for Monday evening, which will actually be Tuesday morning, from Dallas to Wichita. I am hesitant about the Tyler stop due to the previous issue. I have already lost the ticket price from my initial attempt. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
