I recently upgraded my phone and unfortunately forgot the password to one of my Gmail accounts. I am also unable to access my recovery email due to the same password issue. Even when I try to answer the security question, it does not accept my response. This email is crucial to me as it contains important folders with tax information and school accounts. I can provide other email contacts that can vouch for the ownership of this email as well. There are numerous accounts linked to this email address. I kindly request Google to assist me in resetting my password by updating my email or phone number to regain access to my account.

I can't remember my Google account password since my phone was stolen, and I used Google's "Find My Device" to track it about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the phone got broken about a week later, so I can't use it as a trusted device. I've tried all the methods I know to regain access. I answered the security question but no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I've had this Gmail for almost a decade, and it holds important pictures of my children and other crucial information. I would appreciate any help in recovering access to my account.

I received a notification from Google requesting that I update my account by adding my ID or credit card details; otherwise, my account would be deleted. Initially, I was concerned about a possible hack, but decided to provide my ID photo to prevent deletion within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties during the process. Whenever I tried to sign in, after entering my password, I would be redirected to the initial screen, prompting me to start over. This repetitive cycle persisted for four weeks until I eventually found myself completely signed out of my Google account.

I recently replied to an email regarding a Google customer review for my Patriot Supply order. Regrettably, I mistook it for a message from Patriot Supply and disclosed my name, phone number, and details about my travel plans, including when my house would be empty. I kindly request to have my Google customer review removed, as my intention was to reach out to the company, not to post a review on Google. My name is David M., and you can reach me at davidhmonk@gmail or [redacted].

Hello, I am reaching out because I am having trouble regaining access to my Gmail account. I have tried following the standard recovery procedures and your suggestions, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. The recovery email associated with the account is an old one, and the phone number linked to it is also outdated. If it is possible, I would greatly appreciate if the recovery email could be updated to my current one so I can restore access to my important business-related emails. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, such as personal documents and my last name, to confirm ownership of the account. Thank you for your assistance.

Google plans to implement 2-step authentication for Gmail, requiring users to use their phones to verify their identity when logging in on a new computer. However, this poses a challenge for individuals like me who work in secure environments where phones are prohibited, such as in a prison setting where it is a serious offense to bring a phone to work. As a result, I am exploring alternative email options due to the mandatory 2-step verification. I believe it is unfair that there is no opt-out option available, which would be a simple solution for users who cannot comply with this new requirement. It is frustrating to be forced into a system that does not consider all user scenarios.

I am experiencing a significant problem with my Google account provided by my phone carrier. I bought a phone from Metro, but after it suffered water damage, I set up Google for Gmail access. The issue now is that the account recovery keeps sending a text to a number that is no longer accessible. Therefore, I am unable to access my account to verify if it is my phone. In addition, every email account associated with Google seems to have disappeared. None of the passwords appear to be linked, as I always encounter an error. There seems to be something wrong with this situation.

I had 2-step verification activated on my Google account. Unfortunately, my children misplaced my phone, and the phone number linked to it has been reassigned to someone else. Despite knowing my password, I am unable to bypass the 2-step verification process and access my two Google accounts. I require assistance to regain entry into these accounts: 1) [redacted] 2) [redacted]

I believe there is a hacker using my personal information on my phone. They have taken control of my email and my accounts. I tried to download an app to resolve the issue, but it is not working properly. I attempted to set it up in Safari, but I couldn't find the settings option. Unfortunately, I have lost access to my account on both my phone and computer. Whenever I access my account on one device, the hacker removes it from the other. I am currently locked out of all my devices and unable to access any of my accounts.

YouTube has mistakenly charged me twice on my debit card back in September and October. Recently, they deducted $13.99 for December. My records show I have no account despite having the no commercial plan for years. They are not accepting my debit card, charging me $14 for 2 months as a non-member. They have not been helpful in resolving the issue and providing credit for the overcharges. I am seeking assistance to switch to the Premium plan and be removed from the non-member list, as they continue to charge me incorrectly.

My email has been malfunctioning for a month. Instead of receiving 40 or 50 emails, I now wake up to [redacted] or even [redacted] messages. When attempting to clear out the junk mail, I unintentionally deleted all my emails. I contacted Apple support, and after trying to restore them, I only have emails from November onwards. I am missing important emails while receiving around [redacted] irrelevant messages daily.

I am seeking assistance to regain access to my original account under the user name [redacted], also known as Brentalicious. This account contains vital data such as stored images, paid subscriptions, movie purchases, a contact list, and crucial email exchanges. Recently, I encountered difficulties due to a sudden shift in the account verification process to a 2-step authentication without ensuring the accuracy of the information stored. The phone number associated with the account was altered to (***)***_**12 from the accurate number [redacted]. Despite possible oversights during my updates, I believe a service handling significant personal details like credit information should maintain a higher level of accountability. The frustrating "account recovery" loop I experienced led me in circles, prompting me to verify my email through a Google account accessed by a different phone number or my phone through an email account I couldn't reach.

I have a secondary Gmail account for my business. Unfortunately, I lost my old phone, and now I'm facing difficulty logging in on my new Google phone. I have tried to recover the account by clicking "forgot password" and providing the last password I remember using. However, as the account is relatively new, I have used only one password, which I cannot recall. When I attempt to verify my identity using alternative methods, such as security codes, I receive an error message saying the code is incorrect. Access to this account is crucial for my business, and I'm unsure about the next steps to resolve this issue.

I have three charges on my account from the Google Play Store, even though I do not use it. I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].16 yesterday, as well as charges of $[redacted].34 in November and $1.08. I have not used my Gmail account, [redacted], in a few years, as I use an iPhone and not an Android device. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me promptly to address and resolve these unauthorized transactions.

I misplaced my laptop, and I need to sign into my email on my new laptop, but I forgot my password. I prefer not to reset it using my cell phone as it could potentially cut off my access to email on my phone. I would like to contact customer service to verify my email via a message sent to my iPhone, then assist me in changing my password securely.

I believe my devices are hacked as I cannot change my Google account/Gmail password due to compromised verification methods. The email and phone number used for verification are compromised, allowing hackers to access verification codes. I have other secure email and phone options for verification but need guidance on setting them up as my new verification methods. Thank you.
