Hello, I've noticed a duplicate gmail account under "[redacted]" I am the original owner of this email address and have been using it for over a decade. After contacting paypal and finding out that the verification email was changed to someone else's information, it was apparent that I was not hacked but there was a duplicate email issue. After speaking with paypal support, it was determined that a duplicate account was created on another country's google services linked to my email address.
