Hello Google, I have encountered issues with accessing my appointments, files, and documents on several Google applications such as Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Even though Google Photos seems fine now, it did have a momentary glitch. All these applications shared the same password, but suddenly on Sunday, each one required a password reset. Upon checking the Google Dashboard, it mentioned a "Weak password" that was not mine and belonged to a different user login. I suspect there might have been a security breach at Google since other users are facing similar problems. I urgently need all my Google Docs files, Google Drive contents, and Google Calendar events to be restored without any compromise. It is crucial for Google customers to trust that their information is stored securely. I kindly request regular updates on the situation and the restoration of my three applications to their original state. Additionally, it would be convenient if Google could streamline logins, allowing one account to access all applications seamlessly. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, AW [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I’m Jennifer F. (Young). I have been a loyal Google customer using the account otherworldlyone83 for over 3 years without any issues. Recently, I noticed my Google Nest was sending notifications to an old phone number, [redacted], which I stopped using 4 months ago due to safety concerns. For the past week, I’ve been unable to access my email account otherworldlyone86 due to Google’s frustrating security measures. Despite trying to reset my password, I am locked out, with Google claiming they can't verify my ownership. I have reached out to my phone provider, confirming the old number is inactive. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, including my state ID and ownership of the original phone number. The recovery email associated with the account is [redacted], a detail I did not change. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you for your attention.

I created my first email ([redacted]) and then deleted it. Now, I am worried why Gmail won't let me log in or create the same email address again. This was my official account adding to my authenticity. I was advised this was the best email. I am puzzled why a new email username is blocked. This seems like an unusual case, and I need help. I hope Google can make that email ID available for me to create it again.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] email account. I attempted to recover it using the email associated with it as a security measure, but did not receive the password reset email within 48 hours as promised. When I tried again, I was asked to use an outdated phone number that I no longer have access to. I then provided a contact email, but was told Google could not verify my ownership of the account. My [redacted] is linked to my Facebook, and I received a notification that someone tried to access it through the email in question. I am very frustrated as it appears both my email and Facebook accounts have been compromised. Please get in touch with me soon. The recovery email for [redacted] is [redacted] My name is Michaela Flora McHugh, also known as Michaela McHugh. My old phone number was [redacted] and my new one is [redacted]. I still have access to my recovery email. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I can be reached at [redacted] My current phone number is [redacted]. Previously, my phone number was [redacted]. I have replaced the old number with my current one for account recovery. However, when verifying my account, the system still prompts to send a code to my old number instead of the updated one. My concern stems from the fact that all my family photos are stored in Google Photos. I need to rectify this issue promptly to avoid any disruptions. In essence, the outdated recovery number persists for verification codes despite the new number being [redacted]. The old number [redacted] is no longer valid. Please ensure all records of [redacted] are removed from your system.

I have been trying to recover an account for nearly three years now. After changing the password randomly one day and forgetting it, I have exhausted all possible solutions. Despite no longer having access to the linked phone number, I have attempted to contact the current owner of the number to request the Google verification code. Regrettably, the timing has never aligned for me to effectively utilize the code. This account contains numerous irreplaceable photos, making its recovery crucial. I am able to provide alternative means to prove my ownership and verify my identity without a doubt.

I am having an issue with 2 Google Play cards I recently purchased from Walgreens. Unfortunately, Walgreens refused to assist and despite calling multiple numbers, I have been unable to speak with a live person to address my concerns. Google support does not have any suitable options for my specific problems. I spent $[redacted] on two Google Play cards and encountered two issues. Firstly, I accidentally scratched off the numbers too hard on one card, making them unreadable. Secondly, I was unaware that the cards purchased in Vegas cannot be used in Illinois. Walgreens declined to provide a refund even though I realized this issue within 10 minutes of the purchase. I am now at a loss of $[redacted] due to these unforeseen circumstances. How can this situation be resolved?

I am having ongoing issues with hacking on my Gmail account. Despite taking measures to resolve the problem, I keep getting locked out due to suspicious activities. I suspect someone I know is behind this, targeting my Google account that is linked to multiple devices and other accounts like Gmail, LG, Samsung, Microsoft, and Amazon. I need assistance in recovering evidence and photos while also addressing the harassment and stalking that has caused me distress. I have tried various security methods, but my private information continues to be compromised. I am concerned about the danger posed by these individuals. If the situation persists, it could lead to further consequences. I appreciate any help offered. Thank you.

I had trouble accessing my old emails and attempts to fix it failed. I contacted Google Support but found no help. Searching for a customer service number led me to recordings redirecting me back to support. I found a technical assistance number that seemed to be Google and spoke to a technician who requested access to my computer. As a security warning popped up from MCAFEE during the process, I stopped. I couldn't find an easy way to report fraud to Google. I managed to resolve the email access issue on my own somehow. I wonder if Google monitors impostors and employee integrity for situations like these. While things are sorted now, I still find the lack of fraud reporting options concerning. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. - G.W.

I forgot the password for my Gmail account ([redacted]) and I am struggling with the password recovery process. After multiple attempts, I receive a message from Google stating, "Google couldn't verify that this account belongs to you." Kindly advise on the necessary steps to verify the account or provide guidance on how to proceed with account recovery.

I have been using the same email address, "[redacted]," for a long time. Unfortunately, the recovery email and phone number linked to that account are no longer active, making it difficult for me to regain access. I believe I can successfully verify my ownership through security questions, as I have not been prompted to answer them yet. Last year, due to a security alert about an attempted login from India, I changed my password urgently and have since forgotten it. Additionally, with my iPhone 11 Pro being replaced, I am unable to use it for verification purposes. As the account information was not transferred to my new device, I am in need of alternative methods to recover my Gmail account.

I would prefer to speak to a live person, but, I will outline my issue in detail here. I am in the process of buying a new smartphone. I currently do not have a cell phone, so the Xfinity Comcast rep told me to: 1. Set up a Google Voice number. 2. Unlock the Google Voice number. 3. Get an account number and a PIN. I have successfully set up a Google Voice number and have a new gmail username. However, I am unable to get the new account number or PIN; I only have a printout that resembles a Google Account welcome page. How can I obtain a new account number and PIN if Gmail doesn't provide account numbers? Thank you, MB

I have been playing casino games on GSN.com for years. I have added tokens that I charge for $[redacted].99 to my VISA card whenever I need them. However, for the past month, I've discovered numerous additional charges of $[redacted].99 for things I did not order. When I checked the itemized list of purchases on my credit card account, some of them were for the following: 2/1/21 - 4 listings Google*MA Internet CA - Digital Goods - Applications (Excludes Games) - 2 items Google*MA Mountain View, CA - Large Digital Goods - Applications (Excludes Games) - 2 items 2/2/21 - 9 listings Google*MA - g.co/helppay#CA - 5 items Google*MA - [redacted]CA - 3 items My online Visa account didn't show any previous listings, but the total balance is much higher than it would be for the game tokens I purchased recently. I haven't received the January statement in the mail yet, but I expect it will have many additional fraudulent charges. I saw that others have been experiencing this problem, so I hope you can help me to get it resolved and have a refund credited to my Visa account. I look forward to your response. Denise R.

I have been using a Gmail account for years. It was connected to my MacBook and old iPhone. Recently, when I tried to sync it with my new phone, it said my password was incorrect. I went to reset it on Gmail, but after entering my work email for a verification code, it said it couldn't verify me as the owner. There is no customer support number to contact. I don't want to start over. I can still access Gmail on my MacBook but not on my phone. Any suggestions on how to bypass the verification process?

I have lost access to my business Google Drive, Photos, Analytics, and my Business account. There is NO Gmail linked to this account. Please refer to the contact information for the email address. I have entered the code sent to this email and the last known password, and used a previously used device with location services turned on. However, the system is not recognizing my 2FA key, and I no longer have the ability to receive texts on the listed phone number. I have access to BOTH listed emails, I enter the codes from both, but the system keeps prompting me to "try again." I am unable to reach the screen where they review my case and get back to me.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Recovering Gmail Account I am in need of help to regain access to my Gmail account. I mistakenly used the account while connected to a VPN to watch the BBC iPlayer. I have important work and personal documents stored in this account that I urgently need to access. I acknowledge that my actions were careless, but I hope this situation can be resolved.
