I've attempted to address my concerns with Google by requesting a way to document them in writing, but have been informed that there is no option to send a physical letter. This seems convenient for Google, as it allows them to potentially overlook people's feedback. While I don't personally use social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, or Parler, I value American freedom of speech greatly. Google's recent actions remind me of historical instances in Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Mao's China, and Venezuela. As an educated and financially secure American, this is not a matter I take lightly. I anticipate a prompt response, whether it acknowledges the issue or offers a more freedom-oriented approach. My future use of Google's search engine, as well as potential influence on others, will depend on the outcome. Failure to respond may prompt me to seek the attention of the media and political representatives. The suppression of freedom of speech in America is concerning, and I, along with those in my circle, will not accept it quietly. I look forward to your response, as silence can be perceived as a response itself. I am prepared to persist in addressing this issue to prevent a society with limited freedoms, as depicted in various dystopian works.

I forgot my Gmail password and tried to log in multiple times with no success. It's crucial for me to regain access as my account contains important documents and information. I attempted to recover the password but the two-factor verification is making it difficult. Google is not verifying that the account belongs to me. My Google account linked to my business Microsoft account was closed, but the email address [redacted] is still open. It was wrongly attached to an address at [redacted] Encina, Modesto, CA instead of the correct [redacted] San Juan Dr., Modesto, CA. This email account appears to have been accessed by someone unknown to me and might be linked to identity theft and unauthorized access to my bank accounts. I suspect this has caused issues with my accounts, and someone even tried to breach my Apple ID. I am unable to close this email account, and it is putting my personal information at risk.

Hello, I have been using Google Docs for my farm records. I have just completed my planting list, which includes my seed inventory, planting calendars, and more. This document is crucial to my farm operations. When I tried to access it today, I was locked out and informed that I don't have access to the document. I refreshed the page, and now the document is nowhere to be found in my account or even in the trash. It seems to have been completely deleted. This document contains hours of important work. As our farm season is starting, I urgently need access to it to ensure I am not falling behind on my farm tasks. Please assist me in recovering this document.

I accidentally moved all my photos on Google Photos to the trash at once. The system said they would be permanently deleted in 10 days, so I opted to restore all the photos simultaneously. Even though the prompt indicated it would restore [redacted] photos, which is the number I had in the trash, only around 50 images were actually restored. I still have 10 days left before they are permanently deleted, and I made sure to click the "restore all photos" button. Strangely, most of my photos were not restored, and now there's nothing in the trash. I searched the community tab for similar issues but couldn't find any. I also contacted a Google Drive representative, but they were unable to provide a solution. Additionally, I noticed my photos were being compressed to high quality during the restore process. Why didn't all my photos get restored?

I submitted a claim (21[redacted]-[redacted]) on December 31st about being double billed on my YouTube TV account. The claim status is marked as resolved, but I haven't received the resolution email. One bill is coming through PayPal on the 1st, and the other is charged to my US Bank account ending in [redacted] on the 22nd. Can you please resend the resolution email since I am still being billed twice for my YouTube TV subscription? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty with syncing my Dell notebook and T-Mobile cell phone. The information on my cell phone does not match what is on my computer, particularly my email. Despite not linking them, I expect my email to be consistent across devices. This issue has persisted since I purchased these devices last year, replacing my Verizon and HP computer. It seems impossible to find a resolution, as even my social media accounts like Facebook exhibit varying content on each device. The difference in functionality between my devices is causing significant frustration. I seek guidance on how to address this perplexing situation.

I recently encountered an issue when trying to reply to an email in Gmail. After attempting to use the ready-made replies at the bottom of the email, I received an error message stating "Oops...the system encountered a problem(#[redacted]) - Retrying in (min:sec)" with a countdown that continuously retries to send my response. Despite my efforts to stop this by closing Gmail, powering down, and waiting to log back in, the error persists, locking up my Gmail and preventing me from forwarding any messages.

I recently switched phones and have been trying to recover my Google email account. Despite correctly answering the security question about my father's middle name, providing the security code sent to my phone, and entering the code sent to my alternate email account, I keep getting notified that Google cannot verify my identity. I have tried this process multiple times in recent weeks with no success.

For the past two days, I've been experiencing issues with Google and Twitter that seem to be connected. I'm unable to access information on Google and keep receiving error messages when trying to sign in to Twitter. I have trouble reinstalling apps that were removed during this problem as I can't access the Play Store for downloads. Despite this, some Google functions work lightly, and my Gmail is functioning. Unfortunately, I can't access any information or submit problem forms as it shows I have no access. I rely on my Samsung 7 cell for everything, including food orders, as I'm disabled. It's challenging for me to reach out to Twitter or Google because they indicate my information can't be found. I need my phone for daily tasks. I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my Gmail account. Despite following the Google Recovery instructions, I am unable to regain access as it prompts me for information I do not possess. Upon attempting to log in with my email [redacted], I received a "wrong password" error. I proceeded to click on the "Forgot Password" link and affirmed my identity using my phone. However, I am unable to provide an 8-digit backup code. When prompted to try another method of signing in, a verification code was sent to two unfamiliar email addresses that I do not recognize or know how to access. I have been instructed to check my original email account after 48 hours for a resolution, but I am still unable to log in.

I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account [redacted] due to a wrong password error. Hello. Five years ago, I downloaded a game called Free Fire and linked my FF account to my school Google account [redacted] I have invested a significant amount of money and time into this game, and I am concerned about losing my progress. Recently, after graduating last year, my school deleted my account. After informing them of my situation, they temporarily reopened it, giving me 30 days to bind my game account to my private email address. Despite attempting to contact Garena Free Fire to transfer it to a Facebook account and providing proof of ownership, they have been unresponsive, stating they cannot verify my ownership. If the school deletes my [redacted] email, my game progress will remain, but I will lose access. I am reaching out for assistance as I am unsure of what steps to take next.

To Whom It May Concern, I am currently facing a problem with accessing my account linked to my email address, [redacted] When attempting to reset my password, the displayed phone number's last two digits do not match my actual phone number, which is [redacted]. I encountered an issue while setting up my new phone after my previous one stopped working. I couldn't recall the Gmail account linked to my old phone, so I used a different one. Unfortunately, I have two Gmail accounts set up, and neither is the original one. I have written down an older email address, but it's not being recognized. Additionally, I have another email address, but I can't remember the password or security answers. The last digits of my phone number seem to be incorrect, which might be causing an issue. I've lost access to my contacts, messages, downloads, and screenshots. This loss is particularly heartbreaking as I lost precious messages and photos shared with my daughter who passed away in November. I had plans to develop these memories. I'm struggling to sign into my Gmail account due to issues I suspect my parents may be causing. Whenever I try to earn money legitimately, they find ways to misuse it, hindering my progress in life. Currently, I need an hourly job, but I can't access my Gmail to visit important websites or receive notifications from platforms like Career Builder. My Gmail accounts were compromised a few years ago, and I suspect it was done by former Google employees. They tried to extort money from me and claimed they could monitor my computer for a lifetime. After discarding the hacked computer, I unintentionally regained access to my old Gmail account, [redacted], while transferring data to my new iPhone at a T-Mobile store. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to recover my current email, [redacted] Apple was unhelpful, and contacting Google seems impossible. I am worried about security breaches on my Apple devices.
