I have encountered two issues with my recent purchase. Firstly, about a month ago, I bought a small HUAN tracker for my cat, but I received a large one instead. Upon attempting to change the battery recently, I discovered that the large tracker is not suitable for my needs as it does not fit the small tracker. Secondly, the tracker initially functioned well for the first week by accurately showing my cat's location on the app each time. However, it has become sporadic, only working 1-2 days a week and then failing to display any information for 3-4 days, even when I am in close proximity to my cat. For the past three days, the tracker has not been operational, but it randomly started working again this morning. Despite showing a full battery level currently, I have attempted to resolve this issue by reinstalling the app on my phone and two other devices with identical results of inconsistency. About a week and a half ago, I assisted my husband in securing his Facebook account as mine had been hacked. Suddenly, my account was disabled. Upon checking my messages, it confirmed I had not violated any rules. I am unable to access my account using my phone as my iPad is broken. Additionally, there are other accounts on Facebook that do not belong to me, one ending in @.net. I have limited information on these accounts. Despite my efforts to report this to Facebook, the process is complicated. I suspect Facebook disabled my account due to suspicious activity, possibly related to attempted hacking. Resetting my password has not been successful. I am eager to regain access to my original account, which I have had for years, but it is currently locked and requires verification. Facebook requested a photo of my birth certificate for verification, yet they are not accepting the IDs I have submitted. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I contacted American Home Shield to report issues with my air conditioner and several appliances. Despite two contractors being sent by American Home Shield, both stated that parts needed to be ordered. Unfortunately, it has been 6 weeks and nothing has been fixed. Each time I call American Home Shield, I reach individuals in the Philippines who claim to be experts but fail to resolve the issue. I have repeatedly been promised calls from customer relations, but nothing has materialized. Even after providing my contact information to the contractors, they have not returned my calls. Given that my ill mother recently returned home from hospice care, the heat in the house has become unbearable. I have implored American Home Shield to provide a window unit for my mother's room but have not received assistance. I am requesting American Home Shield to purchase a window air conditioner for my mother's comfort immediately, as well as to engage different contractors to address the repairs promptly. I am having issues placing an order for shoes on Zappos online. During checkout, I encountered multiple steps requiring me to sign in, create a new account, or use Amazon or Google accounts. I chose to proceed through Amazon but faced password and verification problems which led to a frustrating loop situation. I am hoping to order the shoes promptly and smoothly tonight. I wanted to report concerning activity happening in my community recently. Today, 9-7-[redacted], at [redacted] Sullivan Rd Apt 2-22, College Park, GA 30[redacted], there was an installer who arrived around 9 am. He left for 15 to 20 minutes and then returned, making the visit last about 4 hours in total. I live nearby and noticed a new tenant named "Axel" in Apt 2-22. I've observed other suspicious bald black men in the area over the past week and a half. The installer(s) appeared to be from Xfinity, as they wore a large Covid-19 mask. Their van had the number [redacted] and Georgia License plate CJW1388 from Richmond County, GA, with an expired tag from FEB [redacted]. This situation raises concerns of potential illegal activity and the safety of children. It's advisable to inform the authorities, including law enforcement or the Atlanta Field Office FBI. FYI: Recently, I observed concerning activity at my community involving an installer at [redacted] Sullivan Rd Apt 2-22, College Park, GA. The installer, possibly named Axel, was in the apartment for about 4 hours with a short absence. There have been other suspicious bald black men in the complex, possibly related to this incident. The individuals might be associated with illegal activities, including potential predatory behavior targeting children. I suggest contacting law enforcement or the Atlanta Field Office FBI regarding this matter. Additionally, I have been experiencing a stalker situation which might be connected to these events. For your awareness, a black SUV with the license plate number CPA [redacted], Fayette County, is possibly shared by Axel and two others.

To Doria Roberts, I am unsure why I couldn't arrange an appointment with the SSA via email. It seems possible that there are stalkers at A&T, maybe stemming from Paul Kunberger. I have sent emails regarding the matter to the Social Security Administration. I am looking to switch my Direct Deposit from Suntrust/Truist Bank in College Park, Georgia to an SSI-Direct Express Debit Card. If the office at [redacted] W. Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA [redacted] is closed, could someone contact me via postal mail to schedule a phone conference or virtual meeting? I am dealing with stalkers disrupting my government phone service and tampering with my bank account. I would greatly appreciate it if Get Human had a section for suggesting company names. My concern involves Finvestings.com, Clear Junction Ltd, Jubiter, and Coinbase. Currently, only one of these companies is searchable on the site. I was scammed by Finvestings.com for almost twenty thousand pounds. The fraudulent broker, Simon Genderk, manipulated trades to put me in debt and pushed me to take a loan from the company. Now, he's stopped responding to my emails after being confronted. The customer service is unresponsive to scam victims like me. I'm determined to recover my money and have them shut down. I've connected with other victims, and we've collectively lost over one hundred thousand pounds. Despite providing evidence from the FCA UK, Simon Genderk had the nerve to dismiss my claims in an email reply. The UK's FCA has warned against the Finvesting scam, run by Sanako Service Ltd and with websites under various domains. Simon Genderk's disrespectful response to me is displayed below.

I have been facing difficulties with my Visa Vanilla gift card. I validated that the card has the full amount on it, but when I tried to use it for an online purchase, it got declined twice. I resorted to using my Paypal account to complete the purchase. After contacting the vendor to cancel the unsuccessful attempts, the money never returned to my gift card. Attempts to reach Visa Vanilla customer service have been unsuccessful. Upon checking my balance, I noticed unfamiliar entries like "Shinezone [redacted]" and "INCOMM [redacted]." The balance on my card showed the full amount for a pending transaction, but now it displays a balance of zero. This situation is both confusing and frustrating for me. I bought an LG K40 phone from Metro PCS by T-Mobile in [redacted], paid in full without a contract. My phone is still locked despite multiple attempts to unlock it by contacting Metro and visiting four different stores. When I reach out to Metro, they provide me with a one-time PIN to access my account, but it doesn't resolve the issue. The phone came with over [redacted] pre-installed apps and [redacted] trusted credentials, making it rooted and impossible to uninstall certain apps or access hidden features. I suspect a data breach compromising my passwords, and both Metro and LG are deflecting blame without offering solutions. I feel frustrated and just want my phone to work properly. Communication barriers exacerbate the situation as we struggle to understand each other's languages.

I bought an LG K40 from MetroPCS and found it has pre-installed apps and hidden features causing malfunctions. Despite doing a factory reset, the menu toolbars are missing, and Chrome opens MetroPCS instead of showing the three dots in the upper right. I can't change or uninstall apps, and the pre-installed apps can access and modify my device's content. When resetting, I couldn't choose terms and agreements and faced pop-ups like opening multiple tabs. Gmail redirects me to random sites, and I lack access to my last account activity. There's a SIM card installed, unwanted Gmail accounts I can't remove, and suspicious software like LG IMS and keyloggers. I seek solutions and a phone replacement, feeling deceived by MetroPCS.

I purchased a used [redacted] Nighthawk, serial number 48335A7TA175B, from a seller on eBay. I have two laptops. A neighbor, a computer expert, assisted in connecting one of my laptops to the internet. The other Dell laptop is unable connect. When running the troubleshooting protocol, it requires an SSID or SSDI number that I do not possess as I am not the original owner. My second Dell laptop is unusable without this code. I urgently need this code to connect my laptop to the internet. Kindly contact me at [redacted] or provide the code. I bought an eBay gift card for my girlfriend for Christmas. When she tried to redeem it on the eBay site, she received an error message saying the card number was not found. This has happened multiple times with eBay gift cards. I am frustrated and looking for a resolution this time.

I canceled the credit card to stop the charges. I have contacted Twoo community, provided bank statements as evidence, but they stopped responding. The total amount they took is $[redacted].75.

I am currently experiencing issues with RCN cable company. Last week, I contacted them through your services to address a downed wire, and they successfully resolved the issue by removing the wire. However, this past weekend or yesterday while we were away from home, they replaced the line without my consent. This morning, a garbage truck passing through our alley knocked down the RCN cable wire again, disconnecting it from my house. The wire is now lying across the property. I would like RCN to remove the wire and cable box from my house without replacing it, as per my original request. Despite them removing the first downed wire, I am facing the same problem again. Their service and poor workmanship are not what I desire.

I need to settle my Synchrony Bank account and terminate its use. I plan to send a check for the total amount along with a letter confirming my account closure. When I contacted their customer service line to inquire about addressing the letter correctly, I encountered automated voicemail options and no direct assistance for my query, only a paid option to speak with a live person. I believe it is unreasonable to have to pay for basic customer service support.

I searched for American Airlines online and called the "new reservation" number provided ([redacted]). Instead of reaching an American Airlines representative, I was connected to an airline consolidator who identified themselves as "Reservations." After persistent questioning, they reluctantly disclosed that they were not affiliated with American Airlines. It's frustrating when the service does not link me to the desired company and concerning when it redirects me to questionable and costly intermediaries like this.
