Ordered a Nintendo Switch on ********. Received order confirmation and tracking info on ********. Order has said awaiting carrier pickup since and still shows that. I have tried to contact via phone, and email through website with no response. Paid for expedited * day shipping and have now been waiting for a week for it to ship.

GetHuman-bsonisch did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
