On Dec ** I placed an order for a PS* Bundle. I received an order *. *************** but did not receive a confirmation email. When I checked my account it says in progress. My question is did my order go through and when will I receive the confirmation email. This is a Christmas gift for my grandkids and although they won’t get it for Christmas, I do want to be able to tell them they will be getting one when they become available again. Thank you for your prompt response
