I was involved in an accident where I was sued and my license was suspended. The insurance company of the other party canceled their policy upon discovering the accident. Geico, the insurer of the injured party and possibly the one being sued, is now pursuing me for damages. I reached out to Geico to offer $1,[redacted] upfront and monthly payments, but they refused, demanding more. In Virginia, where I reside, having your license suspended until the payment is resolved is standard practice. I am unsure of my options and seeking advice on how to proceed with this situation.

I am still waiting for my refund check from your company. I received an email stating that I would be getting a refund for the insurance acquired by Mr. Joaquin Ruiz under my name, Luz E Gomez, for my [redacted] Nissan Frontier truck from November [redacted] to January [redacted]. Mr. Ruiz passed away on December 6, [redacted], and had not made his final payments. I had taken out my own insurance in January [redacted] and provided the necessary information. I am still waiting for the refund as both Mr. Ruiz and I were not using this insurance, as I have been with Progressive. I need confirmation of insurance to be emailed or faxed to [redacted] or [redacted] I had a Chevrolet Corvette in storage and am now being fined. I reinstated liability insurance on 3/20. However, the new card I received had a 4/09/20 expiration date. This did not satisfy the New Jersey DMV, to which I had sent it before the deadline. I did not turn in the plates at the time as they were vanity plates that I own.

Recently, I encountered a problem with the Geico Car insurance team that left me frustrated. While I've never had issues before, today was different. I purchased renters insurance through GEICO, but received a cancellation notice. I called to update my payment method, assuming it covered both car and renters insurance. Surprisingly, only the car payment was resolved; I needed to contact another department for renters. The call turned into a nightmare as neither the agent nor the supervisor could assist me effectively. The agent even mentioned selling me a different policy, which was unnecessary. In the end, I managed to resolve the issue on my own since neither of them could provide the assistance I needed. It’s disappointing that such a simple matter turned into a challenge with their lack of experience and unhelpful suggestions.

I recently discovered through an email from GEICO that my son, Grahame, was involved in an accident with his [redacted] Toyota Corolla (VIN# 2T1BU40EX9C171471). The auto policy (#[redacted]-63-20-05) mentioned in the email is in my name, but the car is owned by Grahame. I noticed an error in the policy where it lists me as the owner. I kindly request GEICO to correct this mistake and direct any communication regarding the car to Grahame instead of me. Grahame is eager to hear from GEICO about assigning an adjuster for his case. On June 30, [redacted], while parked in Brooklyn, NY, I was hit on the street. A claim was filed by the body shop owner on my behalf and handled by Ms. Calleene Cruz, the adjuster. My concern is that my password was not requested during the process, which was different from other calls to Geico where I only provided the last 4 digits of my SS number. I mentioned this in the survey feedback. Additionally, there was no follow-up on the payment status after it was mailed on 7/6/[redacted]. When I called on 7/20/20, I learned it was cashed on 7/16 by Ms. Morgan. Today, I contacted Geico as I had not received my September policy, and they will send another one. On August 21, [redacted], there was an incident involving a collision with Melissa Sue Harrel driving a [redacted] Dodge Subn with license plate #JRR7003 in the parking lot of COSTCO. While I was in the left turn lane, Ms. Harrel attempted to change lanes into my lane, resulting in damage to my [redacted] Honda CRV. The damage includes a cracked/broken decorative black fender grill over the right front wheel and scrape marks along the right/passenger side from the front fender to the rear fender, impacting both passenger doors. Ms. Harrel's New York State Driver License number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and her address is [redacted]-15 120th Street, South Ozone Park, NY [redacted]. She mentioned being insured by GEICO but did not have her insurance details on hand.

I had an issue at the Revenue Department in Florence, Alabama, while trying to register my car with Alabama plates. The customer service representative pointed out that my Geico insurance card from California does not indicate coverage in Alabama. I need this corrected urgently as today is the only day available for me to handle this before starting a new job on Monday. I require a new insurance card reflecting my Alabama coverage rather than California. I switched to Geico after moving to Alabama since my previous insurer, Clearcover, doesn't operate in the state.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Geico's roadside assistance. While on vacation with my wife, towing our travel trailer from Riverton, Wyoming to Sioux Falls, South Dakota on 8-21-[redacted], we experienced a blowout near Eggerton, Wyoming with limited cell service. We tried contacting Geico multiple times, only to reach an automated message requesting a Pin # we didn't have access to due to poor internet and phone service. Stranded in scorching [redacted]-degree heat, after over 1 1/2 hours of unsuccessful attempts, we were helped by a passing driver after 2 hours. As senior citizens in our 70's, we couldn't manage the repairs in the extreme heat, relying on Geico's service that was unreachable. I am contemplating canceling my two policies due to this incident. Adequate staffing to assist callers promptly is essential if offering roadside help.

My spouse and I were out of work for a month because of our family's circumstances with COVID-19. Now that we're back to work, we're facing challenges with paying the $[redacted]+ needed to avoid our auto policy being canceled. I can make a payment today, but unfortunately, it won't cover the full amount due. I was surprised to notice that my policy (policy # [redacted]) update regarding removing my Toyota IM sedan online on 9/16/20 has not been processed as expected. Despite receiving a confirmation stating that it would be processed within the next hour and an email would be sent to [redacted], I have not received any updates. It has been since 9/16/20, and my policy has not been updated, and I am still being billed for the Toyota IM vehicle. Can you please look into this matter promptly? Thank you.

Hello, a GEICO driver hit my car but I haven't received the promised call or had the investigator follow up. I called the provided number and left a message but never received a callback. After reaching someone, they hung up when I questioned their honesty. I am very upset and frustrated as I need my car fixed. The driver who hit me ran a stop sign, was smoking, and appeared to be under the influence. Despite assurances they would handle it, they haven't done so effectively. I have witnesses, including a police officer neighbor, audio evidence, and the clear facts of the accident. I drive for a living and need this resolved. I have been patient and cooperative, but I need to speak with someone about this matter promptly.

I was promised by your team that an adjuster would contact me by the following Tuesday to assess my vehicle, but I have not heard anything since. Even my insurance company has been unable to reach anyone. It is now November 1st, and this issue dates back to early September. I recently discovered that my driver's license is suspended, and I still need the SR-22 for another 4 months. The State of Illinois says my license was suspended due to lack of SR-22 insurance. Despite Geico confirming they submitted the SR-22 on April 2, [redacted], the State claims they never received it. Geico states they cannot reinstate my policy and I must obtain insurance with SR-22 from another company. This situation is critical as my license has been suspended since they canceled my policy on August 11. The error lies with Geico as the person I spoke to failed to submit the SR-22. I need this matter resolved immediately as I need to drive for critical matters such as making arrangements for my recently deceased mother and attending court dates related to a domestic violence case. I haven't been able to work due to the injuries from the domestic violence incident, making it impossible to afford insurance from another provider right now. This needs to be addressed promptly.

I need assistance with a question regarding our new condo that we are about to close on. It seems both we and they have the appropriate coverage. The insurance agent for the master condo policy has confirmed it includes "walls in" coverage, rendering an additional H06 policy unnecessary. Even though we have the H06 binder from Geico, we're welcome to purchase the supplemental policy if desired. If opting for the supplemental Geico policy, we can either pay it through escrow, with 1/12 of the premium collected monthly as part of the total payment, or separately outside of escrow. Please inform me of your preference.
