The issue in GetHuman-dsynodis's own words
I bought a new refrigerator on ******* model * PFD**KNGFS, serial * VS*****. Last Wednesday, Sept **st, ****, my refrigerator started clicking. I called GE help line was told a GE repair contractor would be out the next day. The appointment was with Asurion Appliance, a local third party for GE repairs. No one showed on at the scheduled time. I called Asurion and they never received the order from GE. The soonest they come to repair my refrigerator was today, Sept **th. Meanwhile, I have LOST ALL OF MY FOOD!!! A repairman from Asurion looked at my refrigerator was told me the problem with my refrigerator is a known issue with GE as a service bulletin was issued. The compressor seized up. It will now take *-* days to get a new part. I am more than upset and angry. I have lost all my food which cost me quite a bit of money. I am requesting a reimbursement from GE for the cost of my lost food.
