The issue in GetHuman-valchach's own words
I scheduled a GE service tech today, confirmation * *********, to inspect a control problem, with my GE JES**** microwave. The power would stop when the time controls were used. The tech determined the problem was a faulty relay in the control panel. Since the microwave was purchased on **-**-**** and was still under warranty he checked on the availability of a new relay. He found out the relay was no longer available and the GE system recommended I return the microwave to the seller, Lowe's, for total replacement. the tech said this was the standard procedure.* When I contacted Lowe's I was informed that I would need a RA, Return Authorization number, from GE for the microwave replacement. I called GE Corp. and this was confirmed by the person I spoke with. The person, I think his name was Mike, transferred me to Consumer Relations to acquire the form needed for the RA number. I could not get a rep. to answer the line. Can someone here provide this information?
