Log on to the GE Appliances store website ... After having a GE appliance repair at my home, I received an online invitation from GE to join the GE Appliance Store, which says it offers special discounts and other information. I filled out the form to join and received an e-mail that my registration was confirmed. However, I have repeatedly NOT been able to log onto the GE Appliances store website. I get messages saying my registration is confirmed, but it will not accept my password. I changed the password, and got a message that the new password was confirmed, but I still cannot log on. There is no e-mail address to contact, no chat function, and the GE phone menu does not address this. I have no idea what to do. I have a LANDLINE phone that does not accept texts.
They invited me to join the GE Appliance Store, but then their website won't let me in.
