I just purchased this machine in February ****. So far, I have had to have two service calls for the lack of drainage when I run a wash cycle and that is ridiculous. At the end of the wash cycle, the machine doesn't drain fully and there is a low level of water still in the tub. The computer analysis says that the machine is off balance. Why?**Since this seems to be an on-going problem with this model of a machine, I would like to replace it with something that doesn't have a problem. The technician told me that the machine is designed to use less water which is why it will always be doing this every time I use it. **Less water? For rinsing? That is the stupidest idea I have ever heard and I want another machine since this is still under warranty while I can get my money's worth.**When will I receive a resolution of this problem? **Please explain and let me know when I will receive another machine which is worth what I paid for.
