I purchased a bed frame and mattress protector from Amazon with a delivery date of April 22, [redacted]. FedEx provided me with a tracking number, and I eagerly awaited the delivery on the specified date. Despite speaking with multiple representatives who reassured me of the delivery by the end of the day, I was taken aback when, at 7:30 PM, the tracking status suddenly indicated that no delivery was scheduled. Subsequent calls to FedEx now indicate the package might arrive in a couple of days; however, as of April 24th, the package remains in Wheeling, Illinois since yesterday morning, despite my location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The prolonged delay and lack of clear information are frustrating, especially considering I have rearranged my schedule and missed appointments for an item I urgently need.

My package was supposed to arrive on Friday, April 23 according to company tracking. I called and was told it would come on Saturday, April 24 between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Despite leaving a note for the driver with instructions, they did not deliver the package on Saturday. When I contacted FedEx, I was given conflicting information and told it would arrive on Sunday. Frustratingly, the package didn't come on Sunday either. After already experiencing significant losses due to this delay, I requested the delivery for Monday and mentioned my disappointment with the service provided by FedEx. It's disheartening that a package from Texas is taking so long compared to one from California. I have relied on FedEx for shipping numerous times without such issues in the past. This situation has been very inconvenient for my business, and I am disappointed in the service I have received.

I experienced significant issues with Fed Ex regarding three lost packages. The challenges I faced included having to make four frustrating phone calls to start a claim due to ineffective offshore Customer Service. Despite providing all necessary details, calls were cut off or ended abruptly by Customer Service. I had to escalate the issue to the Service Recovery Team, where the assigned person, Tamara, did not follow through as promised. Furthermore, the delivery person inaccurately scanned packages and allowed someone else to sign for my package. The response from the Executive office was dismissive and lacked accountability, leaving me dissatisfied after investing 20-30 hours trying to resolve the lost packages. Unfortunately, my items were never recovered, and the entire experience was distressing and disappointing, leading me to reconsider using Fed Ex in the future due to their poor customer service and lack of regard for customer satisfaction.

I recently made a purchase of a cat water fountain and have been encountering difficulties with the customer service support. The tracking information initially stated that the item was delivered at 10:05, which was not the case. Later, the EBAY app indicated a different time of delivery at 12:05, which did not happen either. After speaking to a manager who assured me it was on the truck for redelivery, I am still without the package. When contacting customer service today, I was advised to reach out to the shipper for further assistance since the package status shows as delivered. Despite multiple attempts, I am struggling to locate the package and connect with the driver. I was promised a call from a Supervisor shortly, but unfortunately, my phone blocks unknown numbers, making it challenging to receive such calls.

Yesterday, my package arrived in the rain, and to my disappointment, it was mishandled. The delivery person didn't ring the doorbell or knock; they simply placed the large package upside down in front of my garage. The box, which was labeled "this side up," appeared to have a shoe print on it. Luckily, the inner packaging protected the contents. I discovered the soggy box at 6:30 pm, two hours after the delivery at Milltown, Wisconsin [redacted]. The tracking number is [redacted]93. If this was the usual driver for Milltown, known for being rude and careless with packages, it's concerning. I was considering creating an account for future shipments to Alaska, but this experience has made me uncertain. I believe it's your responsibility to address this issue and file a complaint regarding the delivery driver's behavior.

I dispatched three packages on 4/21/21 from the FedEx depot in Grand Rapids with tracking numbers ([redacted]89, [redacted]40, [redacted]26) to ensure quick shipment. While two packages arrived at the customer's facility on 4/23/21, one package did not reach Halethorpe, MD as expected. Despite being told it was rerouted, the package remains undelivered causing significant delays and financial losses. Urgently deliver the missing box today to Fluence Automation in Halethorpe, MD to ensure seamless operations. Kindly address this issue promptly and ensure the swift delivery of the crucial items to the customer.

I contacted Kim regarding the delivery issue. It seems the package was left at the wrong address. I have photographic evidence showing the incorrect drop-off location, which is a vacant house across from mine. I often witness my husband delivering packages to our neighbor, Kimberly Bohnlein, at [redacted] Cottonwood Lane, Macon. To prevent this from happening again, perhaps FedEx should confirm the recipient's address with someone familiar with the area.

Thank you to FedEx employee Freddie Wilson from Chicago for his exceptional service! Freddie's dedication to delivering our package to Milwaukee, WI, did not go unnoticed. We had ordered a tree from Fast Growing Trees, and Freddie took the extra step to locate and deliver our oversized package (Order #[redacted]62) despite some initial confusion with the tracking updates. Despite encountering a setback where the package wasn't on his truck as indicated, Freddie went above and beyond by searching the warehouse for our parcel and successfully delivering it to us today, well ahead of the anticipated delivery date. Freddie's efforts truly showcase his outstanding commitment to his job and reflect positively on FedEx. Much gratitude.

I was eagerly anticipating a delivery from Equilter.com in Boulder, Colorado that was received by FedEx on April 23, [redacted]. Unfortunately, while viewing the FedEx App around 9:30 PM on April 29, [redacted], my phone accidentally fell, triggering a Delivery Option Requested Hold at FedEx Office. Despite contacting FedEx immediately and being assured by a supervisor that the hold was removed so the package could be delivered to my home, I was shocked to receive a notification on May 4, [redacted], that my package was en route to the local FedEx office in Fairfield. Upon inquiring again, I was told by a representative that the hold couldn't be cancelled once requested, leading to my parcel being diverted to the local office. As someone with a disability, home delivery is crucial for me, making this experience deeply disappointing. My package reached the FedEx location in Olive Branch, MS at 8:12 PM on 4/26/[redacted]. It was supposed to be delivered on 04/28/[redacted]. However, the tracking information hasn't been updated since the initial notification, indicating that the package is still at Olive Branch, MS. Despite multiple calls to customer service, I haven't received any assistance. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one available. I urged them to inform the shipper in case the package is lost so that my order can be resent, preferably using a more reliable shipping company. I'm frustrated by the lack of concern and the complete absence of information from FedEx.

I ordered from ITDIGI on Newegg.com and received a delivery notification for tracking number [redacted]86 indicating it was delivered in Hinckley, MN to my address, [redacted] DUNN AVE S. However, I didn't receive the package and am confused as Hinckley is a small town. I wanted to check where it went. I've seen mixed reviews about ITDIGI on Newegg, which worries me about what was actually sent. Can you provide any information? While knowing the final location would be helpful, just confirming if the package was addressed to me (Darrel Johnson) would also be appreciated. The tracking initially showed it was out for delivery from Superior, WI on 5/3/[redacted] but then returned to Superior. When I used the automated system, only the final "Delivered" status appeared. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I purchased an $80 universal TV remote from Best Buy on May 4th, which was shipped by FedEx for delivery by 8:00 PM on May 6th. Unfortunately, upon returning home around 1:30 PM on May 6th, I noticed the package near the edge of my driveway. Despite the delivery information indicating the package was left by the garage door around 11:30 AM, it was actually about 2 car lengths away. Previous deliveries have consistently been made to my front door or front porch, so this particular delivery falls short of the service quality I typically experience with FedEx.

I'm writing to report an incident with a FedEx employee-driver who behaved inappropriately while delivering a parcel to a public facility. The incident happened on Friday, May 6, [redacted], around 12:29 pm at the [redacted] block of Winford Rd. The employee refused to follow the law by blocking a public thoroughfare unnecessarily. His behavior escalated into verbal abuse and threats, including name-calling towards me while I was in my stopped vehicle at [redacted] Loch Raven Blvd. This incident was witnessed by my wife and the Principal of Northwood Elementary School, Mrs. Adams, among others. As a result of this encounter, I am afraid and concerned due to our age. We should not have to deal with such lack of professionalism and disrespectful conduct. An item sent on 5-3-21 from Maryville, TN, to Smyrna, GA, has not been delivered as of 5-8-21. After contacting customer service, I spoke to an agent with limited English proficiency. There was background noise during the call, sounding like wind, which the agent explained was a fan. When asked about the agent's location, she mentioned she was based in East Asia. Despite the short distance of a 3-hour drive, she clarified that it was ground mail and not expedited. The agent's explanation was unsatisfactory, and the call abruptly ended before I could provide feedback on the service. The expected delivery dates have passed, adding to the frustration. I would like to understand why FedEx consistently leaves my packages one-third of the way down my driveway and off to the side, making it challenging for me to retrieve due to my age, especially on weekends. Typically, other deliveries like UPS and Walmart are left closer to my garage or on my front porch. My residence is only about 30 yards further down the driveway, where FedEx deliveries are usually made on other days. This issue with FedEx deliveries being inconsistently placed has become a recurring problem for me.

I dropped off two envelopes on Friday at 5:35 PM in a drop box that indicated the delivery had not been picked up. After realizing that the pick-up had occurred, I contacted FedEx, but the customer service representative was unable to connect me with anyone in the US. I spent two and a half hours trying to get assistance for documents required for a real estate transaction. Eventually, I reached a helpful individual in Columbia who connected me with someone in the US, but by then, the office had closed, and my packages were not picked up. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, a FedEx manager named Jason Randall finally arranged a pick-up for my envelopes on Saturday, ensuring they reached their destinations on time. While Jason's intervention saved the day, the issues with the drop box, its faulty status indication, and customer service inefficiencies need to be addressed promptly to avoid similar inconveniences in the future. Despite this experience, I appreciate Jason's exceptional assistance and hope for improvements in the FedEx system moving forward.

I kindly request that all future deliveries be brought to our front door due to safety concerns and accessibility issues related to disabilities. On May 11, [redacted], packages were once again left in the driveway instead of being taken to the front door. Our front entrance is conveniently located to the side of the house with an accessible walkway, making it suitable for deliveries. Bringing packages directly to the front door would prevent them from being exposed to theft, weather damage, or getting run over by vehicles when backing out of the driveway. Ensuring deliveries to the front door would align with the American Disabilities Act of [redacted], promoting fair and equal treatment for individuals with disabilities. As a [redacted]% disabled retired US Army veteran, and with my wife also facing disabilities, it is challenging to carry packages through the garage and upstairs when left in the driveway. I noticed the driver marked the business as closed, but this is a residence! I have video footage from two cameras showing the driver walking onto the porch, using his phone, but not ringing the doorbell or knocking. He then returned to his vehicle without attempting delivery. I contacted customer service and received Claim number [redacted], was assured a prompt call back, but no one contacted me. My family was home and would've heard the doorbell or a knock. This parcel is vital as it contains replacement batteries for a life support system. I am extremely disappointed with Fed Ex. Please make the delivery urgently by May 15, [redacted].

It seems like FedEx drivers consistently leave parcels on the front walkway rather than in a screened front porch. Despite complaints and reassurances from FedEx, the issue remains unresolved. I have advised sellers and people I know to avoid using FedEx due to their apparent disregard for package safety. Another instance occurred recently with tracking # [redacted]70.
