I was expecting a package ([redacted]35) to be delivered on Friday 4/2. After speaking with FedEx customer support, I was informed it would be held at the Tampa, Florida Mining Ave location for Saturday pickup between 8-10 am. When I arrived this morning, it took 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone to notify them I was there for pickup. After an additional 15 minutes, I was told I couldn't retrieve my package as it was in a trailer with no access. This delivery mishap has resulted in significant financial losses for my company. I doubt FedEx will address this email, but I wanted to express my disappointment. Out of the three companies I oversee, I have decided to cease all future shipments with FedEx. Eventually, you may require the support of the dissatisfied customers you have accumulated. In my opinion, FedEx is now the most unreliable shipping company. Bogus

I am awaiting a FedEx package from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Initially scheduled for delivery on Friday, April 2nd, it experienced a "delivery exception." After a rescheduled delivery for Saturday, which indicated it was on the truck early in the morning, the package did not arrive. Upon contacting customer service, they mentioned an issue with lacking my apartment number in the address. I provided the missing details but was informed Monday delivery was not possible due to FedEx policy. Today, Monday, the online status shows it's out for delivery again. Despite concerns and attempts to contact the local FedEx office for more information, the lack of a direct number led to uncertainty. I am still waiting for the package, eager to receive my desk and assemble it with the available help. My FedEx tracking number is #[redacted]24.

A package meant for a medical facility in Ventura, California was mistakenly delivered to our address at Grove City Family Health in Grove City, Ohio. The tracking numbers on the label are 9[redacted] [redacted] and 9[redacted] [redacted]. Despite contacting customer service last week and this morning, the package remains uncollected. It is labeled as box 2 of 2. We kindly request FedEx to arrange for prompt pick-up and delivery to the correct address. Thank you.

I returned an item to Walmart and used the return shipping label provided by Walmart, but FedEx did not pick it up as expected around Christmas. I tried initiating a pickup online with FedEx using the tracking ID [redacted][redacted] for a pickup on 1.1.[redacted] at [redacted] NE 90th St. Seattle, WA [redacted], but I did not receive a confirmation email. Walmart claims they have not received the return and cannot issue a refund of over $[redacted] until they confirm the receipt. Despite my efforts, no documentation was provided by the driver during the attempted pickup on either 1.2.[redacted], 1.3.[redacted], or 1.4.[redacted]. I am unsure why the package was taken if there was no pickup order. I understand the busy holiday season, but I am concerned about the missing item and the refund. Can FedEx check if a pickup was made at my address on any of the mentioned dates or provide an alternative tracking number? I have dyslexia, so I may have mistyped some information. I purchased a handmade item on eBay for $[redacted] plus $45 for FedEx shipping. The item was delayed and I received it almost three weeks late. To my surprise, the package contained three first aid kits instead of the item I ordered. I contacted eBay, and they provided a return label and initiated a refund for me. However, I needed the original item quickly, and now I have to wait for the refund to reorder it. The carpenter plans to ship it via USPS, which is slower. I have no idea who currently has my item since it was misdelivered. I am waiting for the refund from eBay to reorder. I also have pictures of the contents of the package and the labels on the box.

I am an 81-year-old individual who has difficulty walking and cannot search my yard for packages. I kindly request that my deliveries be left at either my front or back door for easier access. I placed an order for 2 small books from ChristianBooks.com on March 29. The expected delivery date was Tuesday, April 6. I checked the tracking information on my phone at 2:00 PM, and it stated that the package was delivered at 10:11 that morning to my front door. However, upon checking both of my doors, the package was not there. I have been searching for it daily since then with no luck. I am concerned it may have been delivered to the wrong address or home without any notification. I would like to have the order replaced within a month as it is intended as a graduation gift. I have been tracking package [redacted]80, a Signature Required Ground Delivery, at my FEDEX Ground Delivery hub in Austell, GA since Saturday, April 10th. The status keeps changing between “Will be delivered by end of day,” “Rescheduled delivery date,” and “Pending,” never showing “On the truck/Out for delivery”. This is connected to package [redacted]03, which was rescheduled multiple times before being delivered on Monday, April 12th without a signature. Despite daily calls made between Saturday and Wednesday, false promises were given of delivery the next day. I urgently need my package delivered and request to be notified immediately when it is loaded for delivery. Waiting for five consecutive days to sign for my package has caused significant disruption and stress.

I have been expecting a delivery every morning since Friday, April 16, [redacted], but when I contact customer service later in the day, they inform me that the package is not out for delivery and will arrive the next day. This situation has been repeating since Friday, and today is Monday, April 19th. The package number is [redacted][redacted]. On Friday, I was told there was an issue with the address. I have resided at 1 Poe Road in East Hampton, CT [redacted] for 14 years, and all my important mail reaches me at this address. Subject: Unacceptable Customer Service Experience with FedEx I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from FedEx. This is the second time in the past month I have encountered issues. Initially, a bed frame delivery was repeatedly rescheduled with unprofessional behavior from the drivers. Now, my business cell phone delivery has been delayed without any updates, causing me to lose clients as I awaited it all day. Despite promises of delivery today, the package has not arrived. My package with tracking number [redacted]60 was scheduled for delivery today, 4-19-21. The tracking information showed it all day. However, at 7:00pm, it suddenly changed to Wednesday, 4-21-21, without explanation. This delay is frustrating, especially since the package has been stationary in Kennesaw, GA since Friday and only left there on Monday at 2:15pm. I am disappointed with this level of service from the shipping company, and I've requested they switch to UPS for future deliveries, as they are known for their timeliness. I had to stay home all day because a signature is required upon delivery. Now, I will have to do the same on Wednesday, adding another day's wait. It would be helpful if the driver could send a text notification a couple of hours before arriving to avoid wasting a full day again.

I've been at home all day waiting for my phone delivery. No one came to my door for a signature as required, and none of my neighbors has received the package. I am unable to get delivery confirmation from FedEx without a 9-digit shipper or payer account number. FedEx claims I signed for the package, but I know I didn't as I was home all day. It seems the driver may have delivered it elsewhere or taken it. I would like to see the digital signature, but lack the necessary account number.

In March of [redacted], my package was delivered damaged. I quickly contacted PLX Devices through their support website and by phone. They initially informed me it would take 90 days or more to receive a replacement. I promptly emailed them all the pictures of the damaged package, but they now claim they never received the email. Due to the pandemic, I refrained from pressuring them, assuming it would be challenging to fulfill requests with everyone worldwide being in quarantine. When I followed up a couple of weeks ago, they informed me it was too late to receive the replacement without further communication, and I would have to bear the cost of the solar panels. Despite PLX Devices and FedEx being paid, and FedEx being the carrier that caused the damage, I now find myself in this situation. Upon reaching out to FedEx for assistance, they declined to help as I had not paid for the shipping label, stating that PLX Devices should file the claim, but it was deemed too late. I believe I deserve assistance in recovering my losses for the two solar panels, even though it falls outside the typical claims timeframe. I am seeking FedEx's cooperation in processing my claim and covering the cost of the replacement solar panels.

I am extremely frustrated with the delay in receiving my package through FedEx. The parcel has been held up for five days, sitting in one location in Portland, OR for four days, only to be transferred 40 miles away to Troutdale, OR, where it's still not delivered promptly. I've been given all sorts of excuses for the delay, which includes lack of personnel, transportation issues, bad weather, or blaming it on "E-commerce." This continuous problem of delays is unacceptable. Other delivery services manage to deliver daily, so why can't FedEx? My package travelled across the country in 5 days but is taking an additional 5 days for the last stretch of 35 miles. I suggest segregating express and ground freight areas to prioritize deliveries efficiently. Currently, it seems like packages are not promptly processed resulting in unnecessary delays despite tracking showing them as "in transit." FedEx needs to address these systemic issues and honor their delivery commitments instead of making excuses.

My name is Mary E. Phoenix, and I reside at [redacted] Esplanade Ave, New Orleans, LA [redacted]. I am a cancer patient relying on Acreedo Specialty Pharmacy for my medication delivery. Throughout February and now in March, I have faced consistent issues with the deliveries. Despite being home all day due to health reasons, I keep receiving automated messages claiming delivery attempts. I have requested my phone number be on the package for driver contact, yet no one calls upon arrival. Even my apartment manager, authorized to receive the package, reports no delivery attempts this week. Previously, I had to personally collect the medication in Harahan, LA, due to similar delivery issues. I suspect confusion with the address, as there is a similar one in Metairie that the driver may be visiting. However, I am unable to communicate directly with anyone at Acreedo to resolve this. I urge the responsible party to reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted] to address this ongoing issue promptly, as I cannot afford repeated trips to Harahan. Additionally, I have involved Acreedo in resolving this matter on my behalf.

I am very disappointed with FedEx as my concerns have been disregarded. According to Tracking Number 1[redacted] [redacted], my paycheck was supposedly delivered at 1:31 PM on Thursday, 4/22/21. I can confirm this did not happen as I was waiting outside my house from 11:58 AM to 2:15 PM with no FedEx delivery in sight. I have informed my employer to halt payment on that check due to the delivery issue. A replacement check has been sent with Tracking Number 7[redacted] [redacted], scheduled for delivery on Saturday, 4/24/21. I am preparing to wait again all day tomorrow for the delivery as I cannot risk missing it. This situation is unacceptable.

I recently had an order from Omaha Steaks scheduled for delivery on Friday, 4/16/21. The package was left at the front entrance of my apartment building by a Fed Ex driver at 2:41 PM. Unfortunately, I was not notified of the delivery, and the package remained in the lobby until 5:00 AM on 4/17/21, causing the contents to spoil. Upon contacting Fed Ex, I was given a Case Number by a representative. I finally received a call from Fed Ex on 4/23/21 apologizing for the issue. However, I was informed that Omaha Steaks would need to file a claim for reimbursement, even though I believe Fed Ex is responsible due to the delivery error. Despite multiple calls and assurances that someone would follow up, I have not received the expected resolution or reimbursement. My frustration lies with the miscommunication and lack of accountability from Fed Ex drivers in following delivery instructions.

I am unable to receive text messages, therefore I was unable to use the code that was sent to me. I am reaching out for assistance for a second time. FedEx shipment number [redacted]40 was refused just a few moments ago. It was delivered to my address as indicated on the box, but the item inside is not mine. I did not make any orders and it was certainly not sent as a gift, as I have no use for the item described on the packaging. FedEx service has been disappointing recently. A few weeks ago, I received an email saying my package was delivered to the front door, but it wasn't there. Luckily, a neighbor found it and brought it to me. Today, the email said the package was delivered to the garage, but again, it wasn't there. My neighbors found it at their house and brought it to me. The tracking number for today is [redacted]52. Hopefully, future packages will be delivered to me correctly. I recently sent a package from Indianapolis to Indianapolis in March that was deemed insecure and not left at the address as I didn't ask for a signature. Despite contacting three people to track it down, the package ended up in Memphis. I have requested it to be sent back to me at [redacted] Orlando Street, Indianapolis, [redacted]. Although someone tried to call me back, there have been long wait times when I tried to return the call. I am frustrated by this whole situation, especially when I found out I have to start a refund claim process. I am disappointed that the package wasn't delivered to the intended recipient or returned to me as requested.
