I ordered from Domino's through the app at 8:40. The food only arrived by 10:38, after tracking it the whole time. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and arrived cold even though the location is only 5 minutes away. My boyfriend met the rude delivery person in the lobby, who was sitting in his car smoking. After feeling the cold pizzas, breadsticks, and cookie, we sent the order back and requested a refund at 10:40. The manager offered to make a fresh order quickly, but it took them an hour. We called back and spoke to "Kam" at 11:50, who didn't take our complaint seriously. Finally, the new order arrived close to midnight. This experience was disappointing in terms of service, food quality, and timeliness. I am unhappy with being charged despite being told I wouldn't be, and I expect a response via email.

I have always been a loyal Dominos customer, using the email [redacted] However, my recent order experience on September 8th was disappointing. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 16 pieces of bread bites, and cinnamon twists. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect - I did not receive the cinnamon twists and both pizzas had the wrong sauce despite my specific requests for alfredo and garlic parm. Additionally, I asked for extra mushrooms and onions which were missing. I contacted the store, but have not received a call back from the manager as promised. I recently used the Domino's online app to order 2 pizzas, a salad, and a cinnamon twist. I picked up the order and discovered they had given me the wrong pizza, which had mushrooms on it. This was concerning because my mom is highly allergic to mushrooms. They made a replacement pizza, but once again, it was incorrect when I checked. This mistake happened twice, requiring me to contact them for a refund. The lack of attention to detail could have had serious consequences. To resolve the issue, I requested a full refund. I ordered 2 pizzas from Domino's at [redacted] South Gilbert Road Suite 7, Chandler, AZ [redacted], with the order number #[redacted]. One pizza was correct, but the second had incorrect toppings. When I called the store at [redacted], I encountered a rude woman who didn't want to help unless I bought another pizza. I didn't select anchovies (due to an allergy) but they were on the pizza and I was charged for them. The service was disappointing, though the delivery driver was good. I've been a longtime Domino's customer and have never experienced such poor service. It would have been nice if they had simply remade the order correctly and maybe included a complimentary box of cinnamon sticks.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $56.11 on my bank statement from a Dominos store ([redacted]) that I do not recognize. When I tried contacting the provided number ([redacted])-[redacted], I couldn't get through to anyone who could assist me. The order in question is labeled as [redacted] on my pizza profile, and to make matters worse, one of my free pizzas was also redeemed without my knowledge. Hello, I visited a restaurant in Abilene, Texas for a pickup order two days ago. I ordered two hand-tossed large pizzas - one with light sauce and the other a supreme pizza. However, when I got home, the cheese pizza had too much sauce, making it inedible for my pregnant daughter. I called the restaurant to complain, and the manager, Andrew, was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to replace my order and was quite dismissive. I just wanted my pizzas remade, as everything else was good, including the cinnamon twists. Despite reassurances from Zomato customer service, I have yet to receive a refund for the undelivered order. After being directed to contact Domino's for the refund, I have been unable to reach them via the provided phone number. Order Details: Store #[redacted], Order Date: 09/22/[redacted], Order Time: 3:53 PM, Total Charges: $28.40 I purchased 2 pizzas and wings from this store last Tuesday. Despite being promised a delivery time of 23-33 minutes, we waited for over an hour and 5 minutes. The online tracker showed the pizzas were not even started until after the estimated time. When the order arrived, the boneless chicken wings were cold and hard, indicating they were likely prepared well before the pizzas. Upon opening the pizza box, I found a hair on my first slice, which was very off-putting. After contacting the store, a man offered to refund the transaction and provide a free pizza for a future order. However, the refund did not reflect on my credit card statement as promised. Follow-up calls to the store revealed conflicting information about the refund timeline. When speaking with the General Manager Amanda, she denied that her staff would offer a refund on the card and only offered a $20 credit. I ordered on September 28, [redacted], with order number [redacted]06 for a New Lower Price Meal Deal which included a large 13.5" Texas BBQ pizza, a Classic Crust Potato Wedges, and 7 Chicken Strippers. The meal was fantastic. Additionally, on October 1, [redacted], I placed an order with number [redacted]67 for 2 Lunch Deals and 1 set of 7 Chicken Strippers. Unfortunately, the first pizza had a very thin base with excessive sauce and minimal cheese and pepperoni on top. The toppings were hard to spot, they were thinner than the base. The second pizza was similar, but the bacon was notably sparse, resembling small bits rather than rashers. I felt disappointed as the bacon was quite scant compared to what you would find on a burger from popular fast-food chains. I am open to providing photos of the pizzas if needed. Thank you. I am Esmeralda Araujo, an employee at Domino's [redacted] in Berwyn, Illinois [redacted] for the past two years. Recently, a manager named Ted Ronan physically bumped into me, claiming it was accidental. Supervisor Jorge Legaspe dismissed the incident, implying I was lying. Ted Ronan has been verbally harassing me and other Hispanic females. Despite a previous incident with a minor, instead of being terminated, he was demoted but later promoted to manager. I felt compelled to leave my job due to the hostile and unsafe environment that Ted creates. General Manager Guadalupe Reyes and Supervisor Jorge Legaspe seem to protect him, even witnessing the harassment without consequences. Ted's habit of sleeping in the locker room and an expired green card raises further concerns about his behavior, which needs attention to safeguard the young female employees at the establishment.

I ordered the new large Taco Pizza with Brooklyn-style crust for a thicker crust, but I received a very thin pizza with minimal toppings. When I contacted the store to correct the mistake, the manager insisted that it was made correctly. I asked for a number to send a photo of the pizza. On Sunday, October 4, [redacted], at 5:00 p.m., I placed an order for pizza and chicken. I received confirmation that my order was being prepared at 5:06 p.m. When I called back at 5:45 p.m. to check on the status, I was informed it was still being prepared. After another call at 6:20 p.m., they mentioned it was just being sent out. Despite the wait, my food didn't arrive until 7:30 p.m., nearly two hours later. To my disappointment, the items were cold, and the chicken I ordered was missing. It was frustrating not receiving proper updates and waiting in vain. When I tried calling for an hour without any response, I became increasingly annoyed. I am seeking a refund for the $42 I spent on the order.

A couple of days ago, I ordered a cheeseburger pizza, but when I received it, it was burnt, cold, and had tomatoes on it despite requesting no tomatoes. They gave me a free pizza as compensation. However, when I tried to redeem the free pizza, there were issues processing my payment despite the funds being available on my card. When I checked the website for customer service, it showed that I had already redeemed the free pizza. I have been trying to pay for the pizza all day and have not redeemed the free one yet. I am frustrated with the situation and feel that something more should be done to address the inconvenience I have faced.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas online using the "Mix and Match" coupon at Dominos store #[redacted] in Hollywood, FL. After receiving a confirmation email with a billing discrepancy showing 4 instead of 2 pizzas charged for $56.69, I called immediately at 6:06 PM. The employee I spoke with was unhelpful, stating it was too late to refund as the pizzas were already in the oven. My original bill should have been around $12 but ended up being $56. I placed an online order at Domino's on Jasper Street in Paris, Illinois at 7:22 pm CST on October 9th for a delivery at 9:30 pm. I specified toppings for two pizzas and requested no-contact delivery with a loud knock upon arrival. I missed a call from the driver at 9:37 pm, and upon calling back, was informed the pizza had been returned to the store. The driver claimed to have knocked loudly, but I doubt it. When I received the pizzas, both orders were incorrect. I called the store, but the manager was unavailable. I submitted a complaint on their website and was offered rewards or a discount, which I declined as I don't plan to return due to past order errors. A refund was my main request, but it seems challenging to achieve. Domino's needs to improve their attention to detail and customer service.

I would like to address a concern regarding Order #[redacted]. Last night, I unexpectedly received a call from an unknown number, which turned out to be a Dominos delivery person. I was taken aback as I did not place any Dominos orders through my profile or otherwise that day. Furthermore, the delivery person mentioned being at a location different from mine. I received a Dominos receipt via email for Order #[redacted], where $27.70 was charged to my account and credit card. This situation is puzzling given the circumstances I described.
