My funds are currently frozen with Coinbase Wallet Exchange, and I am unable to access online customer service for help. This has prevented me from making any payments or transactions, which is causing frustration. I feel like my money is being held unjustly by Coinbase Wallet Exchange. I am Bryce Beach and I'm attempting to open an individual Coinbase account. It appears I already have an account from a while back, but I can't recall the phone number used. I now have a new number [redacted], my current cell phone, which I wish to use. How can I update my old Coinbase number without knowing the previous one? Today, I received a note from PayPal regarding an unauthorized bitcoin purchase for $[redacted]. I promptly contacted PayPal to report the issue and canceled the transaction. After speaking with PayPal support, they informed me that my account was compromised, and $[redacted] was taken from my account. They assured me that they are working with Coinbase to address the situation and recover the funds. I provided my Coinbase email, energyproducers[at]aol.com, and my phone number, [redacted]. Hello, my broker transferred me the earned money. However, the funds were blocked by Blockchains for legal purposes. I received an email requesting an additional €[redacted] to unlock monthly movements up to €50,[redacted]. They mentioned that the initial €[redacted] would be returned after an hour. Nothing has happened all day, and my broker has been on vacation since last week. I am unsure how to receive the money I earned. Thank you.

I urgently require assistance. On October 26th, I was a victim of a scam and lost access to my computer and Coinbase account, which were hijacked by criminals. On the 28th, they withdrew most of my funds and made unauthorized purchases of additional coins. It appears that transactions were processed without verifying the availability of funds. Since I did not have sufficient funds in my bank account, the transactions were declined. I received a notice stating that the owed amount would be deducted from my account. Unfortunately, I was unable to access my account to rectify the situation. The recovery code and phone number linked to my account have been changed. Kindly provide guidance on how to reach the appropriate channels for assistance in resolving this matter.

I am having difficulty resetting my account password because the system keeps rejecting all the unique passwords I am creating. Despite meeting the password strength requirements, the system continues to prompt me to create a password using numbers, symbols, and special characters. I have spent 40 minutes trying different combinations like "!GuLfStream2025%", "@!Kkp121ST_$$", "!@Sux_2_Be-M3712$", and "!XeviQiiX$2Mer5@2Cw" which all meet the criteria. However, when I try to change it, I am met with the same error message. This is frustrating as I need to update my photo ID as per the email notification I received. Hello, I wanted to share how my account got locked. It all began when I transferred my crypto to my Binance wallet and there was a delay. A message asked me to speed up the withdrawal by using my ID card, so I followed the steps multiple times until I reached the limit. Despite my efforts, Coinbase couldn't verify my account, and the next day the same issue persisted. After many attempts, I reached the final step where Coinbase notified me that my account was locked, providing a link to unlock it. However, each time I tried, I received a message stating my account was still blocked. I want to emphasize that I am the rightful account owner and I need to unlock it to access my assets. Please assist me in unblocking my account so I can access my funds once more. Thank you.

On February 7th, my iPhone number [redacted] was compromised when T-Mobile allowed someone to forward my texts to another number [redacted] (unknown to me). During this time, the suspect was able to receive texts to their number and make changes to or block my access to various email accounts, including AOL, and websites for some of my financial institutions, including Capitol One and Coinbase. Capitol One informed me that someone accessed my Coinbase account and transferred $[redacted] from Capitol One to Coinbase with trace number [redacted] 2[redacted]. As my sign-in to Coinbase was compromised, I'm unable to sign in automatically with Face ID on my phone, and my password doesn't work with my email address [redacted] (which may also be compromised). After my husband's passing, I contacted [redacted] for assistance following a Google search. Speaking with Thomas on Friday, he helped me access the account and advised not to log in for 2-3 days. Initially having $[redacted].38 in the account on Friday with Thomas, he requested a call on Monday. However, when I contacted him on Monday, he abruptly ended the call. Further attempts to reach him resulted in being blocked from the number. Contacting him from another number, I revealed a significant decrease in funds, from $[redacted].38 to $15.38. Upon mentioning this, he disconnected the call and blocked the alternate number too. Feeling a victim of fraud, I plan to contact the FTC for assistance.

I recently received a message from Coinbase regarding a transfer of [redacted].62 EUR from the stock market. They stated that the transaction has been confirmed but requires verification of my account to prevent money laundering. To proceed with withdrawals, I need to show proof of activity totaling [redacted].29 EUR on Coinbase. Additionally, a fee of 12.1% ([redacted].29 EUR) is pending for the operation to be completed. Coinbase's policy states a 4-day delay for processing. Failure to comply may result in the funds being blocked.

I transferred my BTC from Coinbase vault on 18 Feb and expected it to return to my Primary Balance within 3 days. However, it has not shown up yet. I transferred the BTC from my Primary Balance to the vault before this. I would appreciate a clear explanation on where the transferred BTC goes when leaving the vault. Thank you, CAA.

I used a translator when registering, resulting in my legal name being different from my ID name. How can I rectify this as the uploaded file doesn't match? When completing the form, I translated my legal name into Chinese, and now for identity verification, it requires the same name as entered earlier. I'm unable to comply with this request. Coinbase has requested account verification via email to be completed by March 6th. Despite my best efforts to change my password, I am not receiving any response from Coinbase. I am looking to update my password and provide the necessary verification data, such as a copy of my photo ID. I am struggling to generate an API key for Cointracking. I am confused because the page that appears after clicking on create API key shows "API key created" but the label above the key mentions "Store your API Secret Now." On Cointracking, the input field specifies "API KEY," but my key gets truncated, and they claim it's not the API key. When I try copying the content labeled "Store your API Secret Now," their site gives an error about the key length being too short. I need clarification if the content I am trying to copy is indeed the API key, as the only other option I see for copying is a string under the nickname in the profile information page without any explanation. Can someone confirm what that string represents?
