When I applied for the Citibank custom cash card I accidentally put ***** when I meant to put ****** in income. My card was denied and in the email they said that this was the reason why. They told me that if the income was incorrect to call them at*-***-***-****. I call that number and put in my information with the automated voice and it just says it was declined but does not give me options to fix the issue as the email implied it would.
