I am unable to access my online account as I am not close to a Chase Bank location. My account is currently locked due to what I suspect is suspicious activity. I recently deposited a check for $[redacted] from someone I was working for, without considering its source. I realize now that my account has been locked. I wish to have it unlocked to address the negative balance and the pending monthly fee of - $10.04. My name is Vernon Deon Bell, and my date of birth is January 26, [redacted]. I am not seeking to open a new account, just to regain access to my current one.

About a year ago, I endorsed my tax refund check and deposited it into my brother's account using mobile check cashing. Due to not having my ID at the time, they requested it within 7 days. Unfortunately, my brother couldn't provide it in time, resulting in the account closure without the refund money being returned. When I visited to show my ID later, they claimed the check had been cashed but the money wasn't sent. It has been too long, and I am in need of the money. How can I resolve this situation?

Two years ago, my phone was stolen with all my important information. I've been struggling to access my checking accounts since then. I have my email address but need my account number, debit card number, or application number. I want to make sure my new savings bonus is correctly applied to my Chase Savings account. I deposited $15,[redacted] into the account before 7/4/23 to qualify for the new account offer. Initially, I linked my external bank account with Chase, but the transaction was declined. I retried with a wire transfer, incurring a fee. Unexpectedly, Chase charged an incoming fee, causing me to fall short of the $15,[redacted] balance requirement by 7/4/23.

I have information about an individual scamming people out of thousands of dollars. Contact me for details. This person tricks individuals into providing their usernames and passwords, then wires money into their accounts. He operates from hotels, where he conducts these fraudulent activities and sends money to accomplices. I believe I can locate him on social media. Despite pleas to cease these actions, he persists. I am facing difficulties with my Chase Bank online account access as it was blocked due to a suspected fraudulent activity. During a wire transfer, I was asked for an authorization code, but I did not receive it because Chase no longer sends codes through text or email to foreign mobile numbers. I completed a credit card application and provided all necessary details. Shortly after, Chase requested more information as they couldn't verify what I had sent. Unfortunately, my account has been locked due to "suspicious activity." As a dedicated music producer selling beats, I rely on receiving payments through Chase. Despite seeing the royalties from my song successfully going through, I am unable to access the funds. My attempts to transfer the money to my Bank of America account have been unsuccessful. This situation is distressing considering the effort I put into my music, only to face obstacles with my bank.

I reside in the USA and attempted to withdraw [redacted] euros from an ATM in Italy. Although the transaction seemed successful, I did not receive the euros. Subsequently, Chase inquired about an international charge, to which I confirmed, yet the money was not dispensed. I am concerned about whether the euros were deducted from my Visa account, which ends in [redacted]. If this occurred, the bank assured me they would transfer the funds to my account. I have been a long-time customer with Chase for over 30 years without any issues. Recently, I opened a new credit card in July to utilize some available credit. Everything was going well until about a week ago when I received an email mentioning a notice or letter about my account in the secure messages section of online banking. My online access was suddenly deactivated, and my card was locked and frozen. I am seeking clarification on why this happened and how I can regain access to my account. Despite attempting to contact them, I was informed that my card was deactivated and the call was disconnected. Additionally, I had over 60,[redacted] ultimate reward points that I tried to convert to cash back, but I am unable to do so. I hope Chase can reinstate my online account, verify me, and resolve this situation promptly.

I have a concern I need to address with the manager of the Pico Rivera branch on Slauson. Despite multiple attempts to contact them at [redacted], I have been unable to speak to anyone as the automated system advised me to call back later. Customer service was also unsuccessful in reaching the branch. The manager I am trying to reach is Giovanni. Recently, an incident occurred when a check for $[redacted] was deposited by an employee of mine, Edwin Yoc, who has been with me for over 25 years. However, inexplicably, the teller called my home to verify the transaction. Mr. Yoc deserves an apology for this unjustified action. I have been a customer of Chase since the acquisition of Washington Mutual and hold approximately $[redacted],[redacted] across two checking accounts. I am keen to speak with the branch manager to understand why Mr. Yoc was subjected to this unwarranted situation and to resolve this matter promptly. I had trouble signing into my Chase account online as it kept saying "we don't recognize this device." I realized I haven't logged in for a while. Even though I could receive the verification code via phone, my phone number and address have been updated, but not in the bank's records. Therefore, I'm unable to receive the code. Is there a way to get the code sent to my email instead?

This is urgent. I want to warn others not to fall for their scams. I recently tried to buy an iPhone 14 Pro Max on Poshmark. The seller, from Germany, asked to be paid via Zelle and promised safe delivery. As the delivery neared, he requested extra money for shipping fees and then suggested sending his supposed salary by check. I suspected illegal activity and refused. When UPS told me about the address mix-up, the seller insisted I pay more for delivery. Even after realizing it was a scam, I sent the extra money to see if I would receive my phone. The fake delivery man demanded more payments, but I refused. I won't pay any more and want to report this to prevent further scams on Poshmark. Many others might be falling for the same scheme.

I am writing to inquire about my recently closed CHASE bank account. My name is S.N. Bedward, a US citizen who has been a victim of identity theft. I had a legal entitlement to compensation from a car accident, which was to be disbursed by my attorneys. Upon receiving a check in the mail, I chose to deposit it through the CHASE mobile app without seeking additional assistance, assuming the app would suffice. When attempting to sign in from my computer, the message states there are no accounts to display and suggests contacting customer support, which is challenging considering the time zone difference.
