I have been receiving my monthly account statements, but unfortunately, I am unable to access my account, likely due to inactivity for a year. I am now looking to close the account and transfer the remaining funds to my bank account in Japan in Yen currency, as I am currently residing in Japan and no longer require the U.S. account. I recently opened a business account with a bonus offer and have already posted enough transactions to qualify. However, the bonus won't clear until the 20th, even though I was supposed to meet the deadline by the 11th. The bonus shows in the current balance but not in the available balance. Additionally, I deposited a set of cashier's checks from UCBI bank and was informed they should clear the next day. Can you please clarify what I should expect in this situation?

I posted enough to satisfy my balance today, but it says it won't clear until the 20th. I had until the 11th to post it. It shows in the current balance but not in the available balance. We went through a lot to make it happen and were hoping that it would satisfy the deadline. Also, we deposited a set of cashier's checks from UCBI, and we were told that should clear the next day. What are we to expect?

My account is currently locked, and I am seeking assistance in unlocking it. I believe the account was locked due to multiple calls made by my daughter, Amari Bell, who is also listed on the account along with me, Emmett Bell. My daughter has the debit card, not me. I am willing to verify any information needed for the unlocking process. The phone number on the account, [redacted], is no longer in service. I attempted to update the number to my new one, but upon further reflection, I discovered that the account was already locked. This situation is quite inconvenient.

I'm having trouble signing into my account. A pop-up keeps telling me my device is not recognized and Chase wants to verify by sending a text or phone message to a number that is no longer valid. Unfortunately, there is no option to input a new number, email address, or website for verification. It feels like a frustrating cycle with no solution in sight.

I have been charged $1.99 per month by Time LLC for a subscription I never got. They claim there is no record of it and could not cancel it after contacting them multiple times. I reached out last year, and you managed to stop the charge for a month but it resumed afterward. Please, I urgently need this charge canceled. I recently opened a Chase bank account with the sole purpose of receiving funds for my father's unexpected funeral expenses after he passed away on March 19th. Due to the urgent need to access the donations received through a GoFundMe account I created, I promptly opened the account online with Chase. This company has deceived both me and my friend. They continuously change their terms and conditions, making it difficult for us to withdraw our cryptocurrency. Despite numerous attempts, we were unable to access our funds. Initially, they requested a deposit of [redacted] USDT to allow a withdrawal, which I complied with, yet still couldn't access my funds. They then demanded that I refer someone to deposit [redacted] USDT before permitting any withdrawals. Unfortunately, I trusted the company, referred my friend, and they deposited [redacted] USDT. However, even after this significant deposit, they refused to release the funds. The situation worsened when my friend mentioned joining a promotion. When attempting to withdraw before participating, the company denied the request. Feeling betrayed, my friend agreed to deposit [redacted] USD as advised by Aileen, in hopes of finally being able to withdraw. This unfair treatment has shattered our trust in www.surelytrading.com, a UK-based company that has wrongfully taken $[redacted] from us and continues to create new obstacles for withdrawal without proper communication.

I recently deposited my paychecks from my employer, a multi-billion dollar company that also utilizes St. Gobain. Although my checks have cleared and show as available, I am unable to access my funds. Unfortunately, my card was damaged while I was working as a firefighter. I accidentally locked my card due to a mistyped pin request. After using my card, customer service accidentally locked my account. Despite being at Parkinson Chase Bank, the branch closed early and didn't allow me inside. I am unable to reach them over the phone. I need my account unlocked and to update my new phone number. I have a Chase credit card that I haven't used much lately, and it has a few dollars in credit for a few months. The problem I encountered is that I couldn't determine my balance owed to Amazon due to recent frequent purchases. They informed me that you might have this information. My girlfriend had to sign her check over to me after her purse got stolen with all her essential items, including her ID. I have a Chase bank account and wanted to assist her. I have been experiencing a delay in processing charges in my bank account for the past two months. This delay has resulted in multiple overdraft fees being charged erroneously. My account setup should have charges deducted immediately, and any additional charges should be declined to avoid overdraft fees. I kindly request the overdraft fees to be waived, and for the issue to be resolved promptly so that charges are deducted in real-time when I make a purchase or use my funds.

I am experiencing difficulties with removing fraud alerts and unfreezing my account. Despite being aware of the transactions, my local branch manager couldn't resolve the freeze, which is putting my home at risk. No fraudulent activity has taken place, and I hold JP Morgan Chase and associates blameless. If this issue leads to me losing my home, I will pursue legal assistance to address the situation effectively.
