I traveled from Dallas, Texas to Mexico City without any problems using my card for over two weeks until today when it was declined while trying to pay for a beer at a bar. I have over $[redacted] in my checking account. If there's a fraud alert, I can confirm it's me making the purchase. Please Chase, free up my funds to avoid this issue in the future.

Hello, I need help with an invoice I received from my Project Manager. I worked on their project and submitted everything. I chose their Project Plan D, where they should pay me $[redacted] after completion. The project involved retyping a [redacted]-page text from PDF into a single Word document. The issue is I received an invoice SC[redacted], stating they processed it through Chase Bank Outgoing International wire transfer. I'm concerned about the $[redacted] wire transfer fee they are asking me to pay. I'd like to verify if this invoice number SC[redacted] is really from Chase Bank. Your assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello. Earlier today, my account was locked for suspicious activity. I am responsible for all transactions. I was sending and receiving money to a family friend to discuss my mother's birthday present. Initially, they sent me a $[redacted] check, and I returned $[redacted] as I did not need the full amount. The second $[redacted] was sent back because I still didn't need all the money, and the friend found a gift, so we agreed to use the $[redacted] only for that. When I couldn't find a gift and my father suggested sorting it out, my account got locked due to the frequent transfers. I understand the reason for the lock and hope to have it resolved. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Y.C.C.O. I am the owner of bank account numbers [redacted]06 and [redacted]1. I am desperate; you are violating my human rights. I live in Chile. I informed the bank, provided my IP address, phone number, and home address. I requested a card three times via internal mail, and you refused to give it to me. I don't have a visa to enter the USA; all I have is money from selling my house in San Cristobal, Venezuela, which is rightfully mine. I am in the process of obtaining Portuguese citizenship as a descendant of Sephardic Jews. In December, I made a Zelle payment of $[redacted] to G.C.R. at Bank of America. When I was not allowed to pay $[redacted], you blocked my internet access. I might lose my process because of the abuse and mistreatment you are causing me. It's my money; my beneficiary is my daughter, A.C.O. I demand you unblock my internet access to my account. My registered phone number is +[redacted]5. My internet user is yoarianna6805 in lowercase. You are forcing me to leave through the Darien jungle, risking my life and my daughter's. You have literally left us on the street. You are a terrible monster with lion claws that do not care about ruining a single mother's life. I regret trusting Chase Bank to protect my money. I hate you from the depths of my heart. I came to Chile seeking freedom, and you have turned my life into a nightmare. I need my money. I have to pay [redacted] euros to the Jewish community in Lisbon through my lawyer, G.C.R., because I refuse to migrate to the USA. It is my right as a Sephardic Jew descendant to do what benefits me the most with my money. I don't care about going to the USA; I want my money. You are acting like vulgar thieves.

Today, when attempting to reset my password, an unfamiliar phone number was provided for verification. I suspect my identity may have been compromised through my social security number or bank details. I am puzzled by the different phone number and email address linked to my account. I have never encountered this issue with your service before and am concerned about potential hacking. Please assist me in resolving this matter, resetting my bank password, and investigating the discrepancies in my account information. Thank you.

My account got locked after receiving notifications about unknown recipients and unauthorized transactions. I suspect someone accessed my bank account. I've tried calling Chase to unlock the account, but I lack access to my account number for verification. Is there an alternative way to verify my identity without the account number?

I recently applied for the Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card and was asked to provide my SSN. The application has been pending for over 2 weeks, during which I traveled to Europe expecting to receive updates. However, after 3 months of no communication, I discovered that my application had been denied when I called in. The automated phone system was of no help, and when I spoke to a representative, they had limited information and could not explain why it was denied. Chase's website states they provide reasons for denial, which I did not receive. This lack of transparency and poor customer service from a reputable institution like Chase is extremely disappointing.

I am feeling very stressed. I opened my account with Chase just over a week ago and I am new to this advanced online banking system. My account got frozen due to suspicious activity after I deposited a check, which I have done before without any issues. I haven't received my card yet in the mail, so I tried to add another card to access my funds. I attempted to link my Varo card and Cash App card, not realizing they needed verification. I eventually found the verification process in my messages and attempted small transactions for verification. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered .23 instead of .28 in one of the transactions, which ended up locking my account. I called customer service for help, but faced difficulty understanding the representative due to her accent, and my account remains locked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Robert Y. I wanted to inquire about my closed account with Chase Bank. I have $[redacted] remaining that I would like to access by paying off the balance and either transferring the rest or receiving a check in person at a local branch. You can reach me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted]. Due to communication issues, email is preferred over phone calls, but feel free to leave a message. I don't have the account number or debit card since it's closed, but I do have a verbal passcode for security. Please provide guidance at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a great day.

Chase has been holding my Amazon refund since September 7th. I contacted them on September 19th to update my contact details and requested a direct deposit to my bank account, but they claimed my bank does not allow direct deposits due to third-party billing. Despite my bank confirming that there should be no issue with direct deposits, every Chase representative gave me conflicting information and made me go through unnecessary steps. After numerous calls and messages, I discovered that Chase used an old email address I had closed years ago. They insisted they sent me an email with options for a direct deposit or a check, but I never received it. Despite claiming they sent a check on the same day as the email, the inconsistencies are frustrating. I have been misled and put through emotional distress. I am a senior citizen and feel mistreated. I want Chase to release my money promptly as I will not tolerate their behavior.

I was recently wrongly charged at the UPS Store when I used their computer station to print a mail label. The system required a credit card swipe to log in, but there was no prior mention of charges. After seeing the prices, I decided not to proceed. However, upon leaving, I discovered a $20 charge on my Chase account. The UPS staff then explained that failing to follow a 3-step process to log out results in the charge going through. This information was not provided upfront, leading to a misleading charge on my card. It's frustrating that there was no mention of the $20 hold before swiping the debit card, and the staff did not disclose this policy. This incident highlights the need for transparency and clarity in communicating charges for services that were once free.

On Wednesday, November 2, [redacted], I received a text notification about an unauthorized purchase attempt using my debit card ending in [redacted]. I replied "no" to confirm the issue, which led Chase to promptly close that card and send me a new one by mail. Later, there was another unauthorized purchase attempt for more than $50 on Grub Hub, but Chase blocked it successfully. I want to confirm that this transaction was not authorized, and I appreciate Chase for preventing potential fraud. The text also mentioned an attempt to use a prepaid debit card, which is not something I own, and I have never used Grub Hub before. Just sharing this information for reference.

I am a school teacher in Girard, Ohio. I have been attempting to contact the manager of the Chase Bank in town for the past 3-4 weeks without success. Despite my efforts to visit the branch or leave messages, I have not received a response. All I am asking for is a representative to visit my financial literacy class, but I have been met with a lack of customer courtesy and cooperation. Even when reaching out to the [redacted] number to complain, I have not seen any resolution. As a long-time Chase Bank customer, I am disappointed by the lack of respect and responsiveness from the Girard Ohio manager. For any inquiries, I can be reached at my work email [redacted] or personal email [redacted] I sincerely hope for a prompt reply. Thank you, Mr. William Angle

My brother has an account with Chase bank, but he's currently not in the United States and has lost his phone. As a result, he's unable to receive the verification code to log in to his online banking and access the funds in his account. He wants to transfer the money to me, his younger brother who is in the US. How can I facilitate accessing and withdrawing money from his account? What documents will be required for this process? The account in question belongs to Wang Z., with the username wangzilong910616.

In [redacted], I had a Chase account that was closed. Now, I am attempting to switch banks and open a new account with Chase, but I am encountering difficulty during the sign-up process as it indicates I already have an existing account. I do not recall the login credentials, account number, or card number associated with the previous account. I am interested in opening a checking account with Chase and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently reported an unauthorized $[redacted] transaction on my account and received a temporary credit. Now, I've been informed that the bank will reverse the credit because the transaction was deemed authorized. I suspect the person who may have authorized this also had access to my email. If the credit is reversed, when will I need to repay the amount, and will I have some flexibility regarding the repayment timeframe?

I am having trouble accessing my Chase account. The system is prompting me for a verification code sent to either my cellphone or email, but I can't receive them as I lost my phone and forgot my email password. Although I believe my Chase password is accurate, it's asking for a code due to being on an unfamiliar device. Without a phone to receive calls or texts and unable to access my email, I'm using a tablet with WiFi only. I urgently need to log in to manage my payments. My username is robbyeaton12021. How can I access my account without a verification code?

I need assistance regarding my past AARP Visa credit card that changed to Barclays Bank in September [redacted]. Specifically, I am trying to resolve a dispute with Catholic Theological Union of Chicago over a $[redacted] charge for a course I took in May [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my Chase statements from that time due to the transition. I believe I may have made a payment around May [redacted], but cannot clearly recall. I reached out to Chase in December [redacted] for assistance but have not received a response yet, potentially due to holiday delays. Can you provide me with any old records that may show this payment so I can resolve the outstanding balance with CTU? Thank you for your help. - M.P. O'Donovan from New Orleans

I am experiencing a serious issue with Chase Bank in Phoenix. My ex-wife sold her home for over $[redacted],[redacted]. She received a cashier's check from the title company and deposited it around December 29th or 30th. Despite assurances from the bank that the funds would be released, they have not been. The corporate headquarters promised to send the cashier's check via express mail and close her account, but it has not arrived. This situation has left her homeless and struggling to make ends meet. It's heartbreaking to see her in this situation, especially with a significant amount of money frozen in the bank. I do not know where to turn for help as I am unable to assist her financially. Any guidance or assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jim.
