The issue in GetHuman-goodales's own words
Trying to pay my autopay bill. Don't know user name or password. They say my phone * will work as a user name, Nooooooooooooooooooooo! That is not right. They say that my zip code is not correct. I have an account number, Portal Login, an email for CenturyLink notications, a wireless network name (SSID) and a Wireless network security key. None of this information will work to get into my account so I can update my CC information.

GetHuman-goodales did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
