I purchased a galaxy S9 screen protector on August 22, [redacted], using my credit card. However, I received a package containing three oversized protectors that are not suitable for my phone. I believe I was only charged for one ($19.31), so I am unsure why I received three. I have tried to contact you multiple times by phone, but each time I receive a message that the number is not currently in service. I also sent an email and a letter but have not received any response. I just need instructions on how to return these items and receive a refund. - Dave B. from Winchester, VA

I ordered a 2-piece premium tempered glass screen protector for our new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phones on 6/5/21 with order #[redacted]. My husband and I both have identical phones. My screen protector applied successfully, but his had trouble sticking in one corner. Despite following all the proper steps and cleaning the phones as instructed, the protector did not adhere correctly. I kindly request another 2-piece screen protector for his phone with the shipping fee waived. I greatly appreciate your service and look forward to your response. Thank you, Lori P.

I ordered four cases for my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, but none of them fit properly. The cases are too short, they don't align with the volume buttons, and they cover the camera flash. Specifically, I am concerned about the hot pink and black magnetic metal strap two-row credit holder bike phone wallet case with wristlet for S21 FE, the spring flowers design mobile phone wallet case with card slots and strap in purple, and the dream catcher design mobile phone wallet case with card slots and strap in multicolor. I have always had good experiences with Cellular Outfitter, so this situation is disappointing for me. I would like to return these cases and exchange them for the correct wallet cases. The magnetic metal strap two-row credit card holder mobile phone wallet case with wristlet in black for S21SE, hot pink for S21FE, spring flowers fashion design in purple, and dreamcatcher dream fashion in multi-color, are unfortunately not compatible with my S21SE phone. I kindly request that you address this issue and advise me on the next steps. Please either arrange for a return or send suitable replacements after testing compatibility with the phone. I recently made a purchase on cellularoutfitter.com for 3 items. The website promised a 50% discount code upon placing the order, but unfortunately, I was charged the full amount. I promptly contacted the customer service team via email, requesting either the discount be applied or the order be canceled. However, I have yet to receive a response. I contacted Cellular Outfitters at the provided number: [redacted] and discovered it connects to a real estate company named "My Promise Land." The company lists three different addresses across different states, including an oyster bar in Florida. Despite attempting to reach owner David McKay through all associated phone numbers with no response, I found no evidence of his existence. Each Better Business Bureau in the cities they claim to operate in reported that the organization either moved or doesn't exist. They offer a money-back guarantee, yet they do not respond to calls or messages. Unfortunately, they defrauded an elderly individual, but his credit card company refunded him and is spreading awareness to other businesses. A positive resolution after enduring two months of frustration.
