I reside at 91 Bentley Drive, Regina SK S4N 4S1, and I have not received personal mail for the past two weeks. I am anticipating bills usually received before Christmas. I am concerned as a few years ago, there was a temporary halt in mail delivery due to unclear pathways across my lawn. The matter was quickly resolved by ensuring a clear path from my driveway to the mailbox on the sidewalk. I am now concerned if the current letter carrier might have encountered a similar issue. Despite not receiving any notice regarding the interruption of mail delivery, I am puzzled about the lack of mail. I sent two parcels on November 29, [redacted]. At the post office, I requested regular post with $[redacted] insurance on each parcel. That morning, the usual post mistress was absent, and someone named Helen Gould was standing in for her. Despite my instructions for regular post, she mistakenly sent my parcels via express post. I was rushing to a doctor's appointment in Clarenville and did not have time to rectify the error on the spot. Typically, sending my Christmas parcels to Edmonton and Lloydminster costs around $59, but I was charged $[redacted].22 instead. The next day, I informed the post mistress of the mix-up, which prompted her to contact her supervisor. When I visited the post office on January 5th, the supervisor was unavailable, so I was advised to contact Canada Post support online. I want the billing error corrected, and the overcharged amount refunded for sending via express post instead of regular post. It's concerning to encounter such mistakes due to inexperienced staff at the post office. I was overcharged for postage on two parcels with insurance. The substitute postmistress made an error as she was unfamiliar with the process. I had to rush to a hospital appointment, so I couldn't address it at the time. I need this issue resolved promptly as I have not received any response since I contacted you last week. I have all my bills ready but can't seem to reach anyone at the postal service. They seem to be avoiding the problem by redirecting me to your team. Please assist in resolving this matter. I was recently denied service at one of your post offices because I am medically mask exempt. The store discriminated against me by refusing service, which is against the Canadian Human Rights Act. It is important to note that the Human Rights Act of Canada supersedes any provincial, federal, or municipal health orders. Denying service to individuals who cannot wear a mask is considered discrimination, as outlined in the Human Rights Acts of both the province and Canada. It should be recognized that asking someone to wear a mask could potentially be viewed as harassment in a court of law. The Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission advises businesses to treat individuals who are unable to wear a mask, due to legitimate health reasons or other protected grounds, with respect. After speaking with a representative from your department, I have filed a complaint regarding this incident.

I reside in Stephenville, NL, and recently placed an order for a parcel. Despite Canada Post stating that the parcel was delivered, I have not received it. The local post office in Stephenville informed me that there is nothing they can do. It is concerning that the responsibility lies with the postal service to ensure correct delivery. I was told the parcel was scanned and sent a week ago, but it did not reach me. I am in a difficult financial situation and cannot afford to lose money on undelivered items. Stephenville NL post office's lack of action is disappointing. I request a resolution to this issue promptly as it is your duty to ensure successful deliveries.

Dear Customer Support, Between September 1, [redacted], and December 31, [redacted], we used Canada Post's redirect service while in Manitoba during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since our return to our primary address in Toronto on January 1, [redacted], our mail delivery hasn't resumed, despite still receiving flyers. Today, our financial institution informed me that an envelope they sent on January 20, [redacted], was returned due to our correct address not being updated. We are concerned about missing important mail and bills since January 12, [redacted], and suspect this issue may be related to the lengthy redirect service. I have been experiencing ongoing delivery issues with a parcel scheduled for various dates, causing significant inconvenience. On November 30, I sent a registered letter from PEI to Ontario. By December 3, the item had reached Stoney Creek but has not been delivered to Burlington. Despite contacting them multiple times, I spoke to a manager named "Jewell" on January 25 who mentioned that my envelope, containing $[redacted].00, seems to be lost. I was promised an email within 24-48 hours to file a claim but have yet to receive any communication as of February 2, [redacted]. This entire ordeal is completely unacceptable, and despite my patience, the situation remains unresolved. Considering it was a registered letter, someone should be held accountable for this missing item, or at the very least, it should have been returned to me. I have diligently tracked it, assigned a ticket number, and all I've encountered is more delays and excuses. Regarding tracking number EM[redacted]20CA, I have yet to receive the item and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. The package contained bank drafts valued at 5K, a $[redacted] Starbucks card, and two $50 US bills. I chose to use the post office for its tracking feature but have encountered a delay. Despite being informed that an email was sent last week with instructions, I have not received it, even after confirming my email address multiple times as [redacted] The bank drafts remain uncashed as Royal Bank has canceled them. Perhaps the letter can still be located within your system.

I'm having trouble locating three parcels that the tracking number shows as delivered to Inverary Post Office. I visited the post office twice, but they couldn't find them. I never received a pick-up notice. The tracking numbers are: 1. LV[redacted]78CN - received at Inverary P.O. Jan. 14, [redacted] 2. [redacted][redacted] - received at Inverary P.O. Dec. 16, [redacted] 3. LV[redacted]64CN - received at Inverary P.O. Jan. 24, [redacted] I was informed that undelivered parcels might be returned after a specific period, but the records aren't maintained for those returned. The staff advised reaching out to Customer Service for further assistance, as they have more comprehensive access to their system. I've been in contact with the companies, and all their tracking information confirms the delivery to Inverary Post Office. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate the status of these parcels.

Hello! I recently received a letter dated February 17th, [redacted], stating that a shipment from India, routed through Singapore, has been recommended for refusal by Health Canada. The exporter is Linex Linehaul Express in Singapore, and the importer is Isabelle LeBlanc located in Edmonton, AB, Canada. The customs identifier for the shipment is RZ[redacted]28SG. I contacted Health Canada for more details, and they directed me to Canada Post regarding the status of my package. The tracking number with Canada Post, LQ[redacted]13SG, still indicates "Waiting for item," and when I reached out to Canada Post Customer Service, they mentioned they do not have any additional information about the package. I am seeking clarification on whether the shipment has been sent back to Canada Post by the Canada Border Services Agency and if Canada Post has returned it to the sender. Hello, I had trouble finding a suitable rental in Toronto after my lease ended. Due to recent circumstances, I needed to downsize from a 2-bedroom apartment. Currently, I'm staying in a temporary Airbnb while searching for a new place. I prefer not to have my mail delivered to this temporary address. I wonder if it's possible to use a Canada Post outlet or branch as my mailing address and collect my mail there. I found information regarding this practice being allowed in the USA, but I'm unsure if it's feasible in Canada.

In the apartment building at V2C2L6, we have experienced inconsistent mail delivery for the past four months. Although there was some improvement in April, we faced another period of no delivery in May until a sudden influx of mail on Saturday, May 21st. This led to overcrowding in our already small mailboxes, making it difficult to access our mail. A simple notice on the mailboxes about any disruptions such as a delay due to illness would greatly assist residents, many of whom have mobility challenges. Upon signing in, I am directed back to the homepage featuring information about Ukraine stamps. It feels like I am stuck in a loop. The FAQ section only caters to Canadian residents, causing further confusion as I am based in the UK. The website offers a virtual assistant that requests a tracking number, leaving me puzzled. I keep receiving email notifications stating that a parcel was delivered while no one was home. As a disabled senior who is mostly at home, it's concerning to learn that this particular parcel has allegedly been delivered multiple times. I have ordered a bunk bed, and I have been informed that it is currently at the Canada Post Mail Processing Plant. Initially, I requested it to be sent to one location, but now that has changed within the same town and province to Drayton Valley, AB, where my son has just obtained ownership of his new home today. I reside in Bethune, Saskatchewan. Recently, several break-ins have occurred at our local post office where the PO Boxes are situated along with mail sorting. Due to my work commitments in another city, it's challenging to collect my mail promptly. This situation not only affects me but also my husband, who relies on our box for business purposes. Following the break-ins, the postmaster has adjusted the access hours to the building housing our PO Boxes. The limited hours posted are causing inconvenience as many of us commute for work and struggle to reach the post office during the restricted times. It appears that the front door is accessible during lunch and on Wednesdays from noon to 4:00 p.m. before being locked later. This restriction has led to discussions about obtaining an additional box in the cities we work in due to the accessibility issues we face. We are curious about potential solutions such as external box installations or security measures like cameras.
