Subpar Management at Burger King located at [redacted] Mahoning Ave in Austintown, Ohio, has left me disappointed. I suggest that Burger King invest in high-tech face shields for its workers to ensure proper mask usage and comfort. My attempts to address mask-wearing issues with managers have been met with resistance and lack of education on the importance of safety protocols. Some managers exhibit negligence by not wearing masks themselves. After several incidents and feeling unwelcome, I have stopped visiting this location. One manager publicly humiliated a worker inappropriately, causing her to quit, showcasing poor management skills. When Justin was in charge, the management was exceptional and efficient. I believe Justin's transfer to another site was a loss for this location. Justin's professionalism and problem-solving skills stood out, earning my praise during a previous phone call to Burger King. I believe investing in CDC-approved face shields could improve the situation and provide a more comfortable work environment for staff, eliminating the need for constant mask adjustments.

I visited the BK inside Destiny USA in Syracuse, NY on January 27, [redacted], at around 6:30 PM. When I arrived, there was no one else in line. Unfortunately, the employee who was supposed to assist customers had his back turned, engaged in conversation with two other staff members at the food pick-up window. Despite the two employees noticing me waiting, they continued discussing personal matters, such as paying bills. Even though two individuals in the back also saw me standing there, they did not inform the employee at the counter. I patiently waited for about a minute, feeling completely ignored as they carried on with their personal conversations. This experience has greatly disappointed me as a long-time BK customer. Despite regularly using coupons received in the mail, I have decided that following this treatment at the Destiny BK branch, I will no longer support BK. It is unacceptable to disregard customers and discuss personal issues instead of focusing on serving them professionally.

My girlfriend, who works as an assistant manager at your company, has been very ill with pneumonia. Despite providing a doctor's note to her supervisor, the general manager, Kerstie Umsted, is insisting she work despite still having a fever, a bad cough, and breathing difficulties. This insensitivity is concerning, particularly in a fast food setting where health and safety are crucial. Demanding an ill employee to work is unacceptable. It is important for a food distribution center to prioritize the well-being of its staff. The behavior of this manager is disrespectful not only to employees like my girlfriend, Joanna, but also to customers. Immediate action should be taken to address this issue.

Yesterday, I made an order, but when I got home in a different city, it was wrong. I contacted the manager, who promised to replace the entire order. This morning, I went back before work to pick it up, but they didn't replace it as agreed. I explained that the whole order was incorrect and cold. The cashier was going to replace it, but the cook said to only replace two sandwiches.

I used to purchase food from your stores. However, after discovering that you support the current Federal gun registry, which involves publishing the names and addresses of gun owners for public viewing, I find this to be a violation of our 2nd amendment rights. With existing laws already in place for background checks and waiting periods when buying firearms, the current registration of gun owners and making that information public appears to be intimidation and a breach of our constitutional rights. Due to your support of these actions, I will no longer be shopping at your stores.

My name is Rose, and I need to share a disappointing experience I had at the Burger King located at [redacted] Bellfort Avenue Houston, Texas [redacted]. Despite calling them daily at [redacted], I never got through to complain about my order. I went through the drive-thru and used coupon number [redacted] for two whopper sandwiches, two small fries, and two small drinks but was told I hadn't given the coupons. They refused to accept the coupon, which led to me paying $14.03. The burgers were hard and didn't taste right, and the fries were cold. I requested a refund given the situation, but they were out of onion rings as a replacement. I left my contact number, [redacted], for them to reach out. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, my name is Cheyenne Wellman, and I am employed at the Burger King location on Graham in Stow, Ohio. I am reaching out to address some concerns I have regarding one of the managers at my workplace. Despite some previous incidents, I hesitated to escalate the issue to HR or corporate. However, recent events have compelled me to seek assistance. Approximately three months ago, I arrived at work with a temperature of [redacted].0 degrees, expressing my discomfort to the manager. Despite my condition, I was assigned tasks in the kitchen, leading to a decline in my health visible to my coworkers. Repeatedly informing the manager of my deteriorating state, I received dismissive responses. After persisting that I was unwell and experiencing vision issues, it took another manager arriving and sending me home for the situation to be addressed. I believe it would be beneficial for corporate to contact my store to address this matter with the manager in question, as their behavior has affected not only me but my coworkers as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I believe a double croissan'wich is supposed to come with two pieces of cheese. I recently purchased one in Omaha, NE, only to find it had just one piece of cheese. Despite paying the same price, the sandwich lacked what was advertised. I have photographic evidence to support my claim. This discrepancy has prompted me to consider investigating other locations and comparing their double croissan'wiches. Deceiving customers with false advertising is unacceptable. I plan to determine if this issue is isolated to my local Burger King or if it extends to other branches. Regardless, such practices are unethical and must be addressed. I hope to receive a prompt response regarding this matter. If needed, I am willing to provide the pictures of the misrepresented sandwich. I am disappointed by this situation and look forward to a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this concern. -Rod S.

For the past three years, the service at Prospect Street in Decatur has been disappointing. The staff is rude, opens whenever they feel like it, and the food quality and hours are subpar. Despite being a longtime fan of Burger 🍔 King, the staff at this location act as if they are doing customers a favor. This morning, past 6:30 am, when they should have been open by 5:30, the cook was still asleep, and excuses were flimsy. The customer service is lacking, and it's frustrating for customers like me who work long night shifts. It's important to hire people who value good customer service to ensure the success of your business.

While waiting in the drive-thru line for my order to be taken, I was told it would be a minute. Another car arrived and was served before me, even though I had been waiting first. After another car was served, I politely asked about my order. The employee explained they were having issues with the broiler. Despite being there before the other cars, I was not served promptly. When I inquired at the window and asked to speak to a manager, the employee became defensive and unhelpful. The situation escalated, and she even called the police, wrongly accusing me of refusing to leave. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service in this situation.

I, Earl W Dunbar Jr, visited the shop located at Florida Highway [redacted] & Plumosa St in Merritt Island, FL on 03/18/21. Upon arrival, I found the shop to be empty. After calling out a loud "HELLO" with no response, I noticed a vehicle at the drive-thru drive away. When I went outside, the driver informed me that the employees were all out back smoking, which I have seen happen before at this location. Eventually, a single employee who identified herself as the manager entered. When asked if she could assist me, I declined as I had waited long enough. This seemed to upset the employee who then asked me to leave, and I complied. The concerning part is that there was uncovered food on the prep counter, the employee wore her mask under her chin without a head cover, and I have seen other employees working in the prep area without masks or proper protective gear. These observations raise significant food safety concerns at this location. Sincerely, Earl W Dunbar Jr.

Location: BK at routes 52 and 59 in Shorewood, IL. A recent visit on Tuesday, 3/24/21, at 6:30 pm left us disappointed with the service. Typically, we are treated respectfully, but this time, our experience was unpleasant. When my husband inquired about our mocha frappuccinos, the woman serving us responded rudely, denying that they come with whipped cream and a domed lid as we had always received in the past. Despite his polite attempts to clarify, she continued to assert that they never come that way. This interaction was quite off-putting, especially considering our group comprised seniors aged 68, 70, and 74 who expect courteous service. It's evident that this employee could benefit from more training on customer service. We hope for improved service in the future. On a positive note, the Whoppers we ordered were satisfying as usual.

On Sunday, February 14th, around 6:30 p.m., I visited Burger King # [redacted]. I ordered 2 for 5 Whoppers with cheese, 2 large fries, and the new sourdough single bacon burger. Upon returning home after a 7-mile drive, we noticed that one of the fries was missing, the one we did receive didn't resemble a large fry, and it wasn't full. Additionally, the sourdough burger I purchased had untoasted bread, unlike the advertised picture. Despite attempting to contact the restaurant, I received no response and eventually gave up. I typically favor Burger King for my burgers, along with Wendy's. I felt it important to share this experience given what I paid for and the subsequent issues. I appreciate any feedback you can provide. While I still enjoy Burger King, if this becomes a recurring problem, I may need to consider my second choice. Larry

Arrived at the drive-thru, waited 10 minutes to order. After finally placing my order, I was informed they had no large fry containers, had to get three medium ones. Asked to speak to the manager but was told to wait until pickup window. Manager never came out. Terrible service, took 20 minutes total. Contacted the hotline, was promised a coupon via email, still haven't received anything. Disappointed and feel ignored.

There is an ongoing issue with homeless individuals parking in the Burger King parking lot at location #[redacted] in Santa Cruz, CA on Mission St. After ordering at the drive-thru, I spoke with the manager about the lack of parking to enjoy my meal on the property due to COVID-19 restrictions. The manager mentioned that despite contacting the Santa Cruz Police Department, no actions have been taken. This has been a problem not just for me, but for other customers as well. I have tried reaching out to the Chief of Police and the Deputy Chief of Operations with no success. The Deputy Chief of Operations can be reached at [redacted]. - Bob S. Santa Cruz, CA

I have encountered several issues with the Burger King located off Stacy and [redacted] in McKinney, TX. I frequent this location, spending approximately $60 to $[redacted] per week. My go-to order is the Rodeo King, my absolute favorite burger. Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 times, my burger is incorrect - missing a patty, bacon, or cheese - and I am still charged for the extras. Despite addressing this problem with the manager after two years of persistent errors, the issue persists. Recently, after being promised a free meal that wasn't recorded, I paid for it and explained my order, only to still receive incorrect items. Today, I was charged $10.81 for a Rodeo King but received a Whopper meal that cost around $7, which I could not eat due to my tomato allergy. This recurring problem has left me feeling frustrated, having spent around $[redacted] unintentionally over the past 2 years. Living in a prominent area of McKinney, I expect better service, even from fast-food establishments.

Dear Sir, I have been a loyal Burger King customer for many years. I am writing to express my disappointment with the Burger King in Alexandria, Louisiana. Recently, I had a poor experience at the drive-through at the location on I-49 at Air Base Rhode Island. The exterior lighting was off and the place looked closed, even though an employee was present. After waiting for a while, I discovered they were closed. I then went to the Burger King on Jackson Street Extension. Again, I experienced a long wait at the drive-through with unresponsive staff. The manager and employees seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The store also had issues with the time machine, shake machine, and lacking change. These experiences have been frustrating, and I believe improvements are needed in these locations to provide better service. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely, John P. Cedars, Retired Sales Manager.

I reside in Glen Burnie, MD, and recently bought $22.00 of food from your Ritchie Highway Pasadena, MD, franchise. Despite rarely complaining, the food quality was incredibly poor, prompting me to share my experience. The two Whoppers we ordered were part of a special but arrived cold with missing toppings, making them inedible – we discarded them. The onion rings and fries were also disappointing, with only half the amount expected, served cold and seemingly stale. Additionally, my wife received a chocolate milk instead of a milkshake, and the dessert I got was unappetizing. This subpar food and service have left me dissatisfied, especially considering the money spent. I believe these franchises need thorough inspection as the food quality and customer treatment are unsatisfactory. We have even avoided the Glen Burnie store due to similar issues. We feel discriminated against, and as older individuals, we deserve better treatment. I am seeking restitution for the poor experience and hope for improved quality and service in the future. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I need to quickly receive my W-4 and last two paycheck statements from Burger King upon being hired. Despite contacting HR and not hearing back, I am unable to access my Green shades online account. It seems I am not registered in the system, preventing me from viewing important documents. My boss has also tried to assist with no success. I urgently need to speak with an HR representative to resolve the issue and access my information before facing eviction. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I ordered through Doordash because my husband was working, and I'm recovering from dental surgery. Doordash delivered our order, but my husband's burger was completely wrong. He asked for mustard and cheese only, but it had everything on it. When I went back to the Burger King to have it remade, they were closed early due to a gas leak and refused to refund me, stating I used Doordash. Doordash also declined to refund since they claim no error on their part. I'm disappointed as no one at the store took responsibility or tried to fix the mistake. They were unapologetic and didn't make any effort to resolve the situation. My husband even called twice, and they hung up on him. I believe we should receive a refund for the incorrect burger since your company received the payment, or a voucher for a free double whopper in the future. I hope to receive a response regarding this issue.
