I visited the Madison, Georgia location and placed an order. The cashier seemed distracted and didn't acknowledge me when I handed her the money. After placing the money on the counter, I had to point it out to her. She rudely commented, and I explained it was a no-contact payment due to Covid-19 guidelines. When asking to speak to the manager, she brought the manager from the drive-thru who immediately started using profanity towards me. Despite me explaining the situation, she yelled at me to leave the store. This was the most disrespectful treatment I've ever encountered. Moreover, none of the staff at the front wore their masks properly, and some didn't wear gloves while handling food. I plan to report this to the health department promptly. Additionally, I was told not to return to the restaurant. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager.

I visited the newly opened Burger King at [redacted] New Kings Road in Jax, Florida, which is conveniently close to my home. However, from my first visit just a few weeks after its opening, I noticed they did not have milkshakes available. Today, when I went for breakfast, they were out of iced coffee and frappes. The manager at the window was unwelcoming, and when I got home, my food was cold. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service at a new establishment. Even the customer service line was unhelpful. Additionally, the menu board indicated that Five French toast sticks were priced at $99.99, and the manager acknowledged this error casually, mentioning it had been that way since they opened. It's frustrating when a new place doesn't have what they advertise.

I have always enjoyed getting a Whopper from Burger King. The ones I recently bought at the West Bend Wis store on Washington St. did not meet my expectations. The "two for $5" deal was disappointing. The Whoppers were lacking in toppings compared to what I remember. Adding a slice of cheese did not improve the situation. The second burger had very little tomato, onion, and lettuce, and the buns were touching with no visible fillings. I might opt for a Quarter Pounder with cheese or a Big Mac from the McDonald's next door in the future. The Whoppers I bought didn't live up to the name and were far from what I was expecting.

I visited the drive-thru on [redacted] Scranton Carbondale Highway in Dickson City, PA. The cashier was extremely rude when she asked me to wear a mask, even though I was wearing gloves and standing 6 ft away with a shield. She closed the window, then reopened it accusing me of being rude. She refused to serve me and made someone else help me. When I received my order (a fish sandwich and two Whoppers with cheese), the Whoppers had extra tomatoes and the fish had excessive tartar sauce that covered the bun. Unfortunately, I couldn't return as I was already on the highway. My order number was 58 for the drive-thru on September 8, [redacted], at 12:37.

I have had a series of unpleasant experiences at the Burger King located at [redacted] Vernon Odom Blvd. in Akron, Ohio. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue by speaking with the manager and submitting an online complaint, the situation has not improved. During my most recent visit today, I encountered rudeness at the drive-through when my order was not taken correctly and the staff member displayed an unprofessional attitude. This has been a recurring problem, especially when I try to make simple modifications to my order, such as requesting no onions. I have decided not to return to Burger King due to these negative encounters, even though I prefer their food over McDonald's. I believe in being polite and respectful to fast food employees but have found it challenging to receive the same level of courtesy in return.

I would like to point out an issue I encountered at the Burger King located at [redacted] Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont, Colorado. Despite avoiding this location for about a month due to previous order mistakes, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, upon my return, my order was once again incorrect. The staff did not confirm the order before charging me $10 for a $4 Burger. When I clarified that I only ordered one, they seemed confused. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will be exploring other dining options in Longmont for the foreseeable future rather than returning to Burger King.

When interacting at the order counter with face masks, it's common to experience difficulty hearing each other. However, at BK @[redacted] on 9/12/[redacted], Order 9, I encountered a manager who rushed me despite having coupons to sort through and questions about prices, including the Impossible Burger. The incident culminated in a $23.77 payment. It's essential for Burger King to provide training to store managers to prevent such rude behavior in the future.

My mobile order experience at the Burger King located at [redacted] Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood, California, was disappointing. After placing an order for the Wednesday special, which included a whopper and a mini shake, I encountered issues upon arrival. Despite approving the purchase with my credit card, the restaurant was unable to process it. Leo, the temporary manager, was unable to resolve the problem, citing her lack of computer skills. Frustrated, I left without receiving my food. I believe there was a breakdown either in the app or in the restaurant's ability to fulfill mobile orders. If this issue cannot be resolved, I will consider discontinuing my use of the Burger King application. - Irwin Dudow

At a Burger King in Glendale, AZ located at [redacted] W Camelback on Friday, October 9, [redacted], I experienced a frustrating situation. In the drive-thru, after waiting for 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, I approached the window to place an order only to be rudely dismissed by the staff member, described as a young lady with hair in a bun, brunet hair color, white, and wearing eyeglasses. She insisted that I should have waited at the intercom to place my order, despite my attempts to explain the long wait. I respectfully asked her to take my order, but she refused and instructed me to go back and wait in line again. I believe this behavior was unacceptable and I would like to file a complaint. My name is Taylor Noble. Thank you.

I am writing to address an issue with my recent order from BK. The first chicken sandwich was overcooked and the fries were scarce. The second sandwich had lettuce and tomato despite my request, and was also overcooked, making it hard for me to eat due to dental issues. Additionally, the onion rings were lacking, and the wrong soda was delivered, causing an allergic reaction. I am requesting a way to re-purchase the meal, rather than a refund, possibly through a gift card. I hope to enjoy a properly prepared chicken sandwich and sides without any mishaps next time. Thank you.

I signed up for your app to access food discounts but never received the activation details. After reaching out to your office a week ago, I was assured of a $5 credit that I have yet to receive. The app's reliability is inconsistent. The local Burger King requires a specific "code" for discounts, which I'm still waiting on. Despite enjoying the food, the hassle isn't worth the savings. It's frustrating that emails aren't promptly handled, affecting the discount redemption process. Living so close to the store, the ordeal has soured my dining experience. The notion of waiting another week for the promised credit is impractical and aggravating. The lackluster customer service only adds to the disappointment. There seems to be a disconnect between the app developers, the restaurant staff, and the email communication system's efficiency. I hope this feedback receives attention and resolves the ongoing issue.

I recently responded to an ad for a "Free Whopper" with a $1.00 minimum order requirement and free delivery as a disabled American Veteran. In the past, my wife and I enjoyed getting two Whoppers for $5, so this deal caught my eye and I decided to place an order. However, after providing my credit card details, I discovered that the minimum order was actually $5, not $1 as initially indicated. No problem, I added a Dr. Pepper to the order to meet the new requirement. Unfortunately, Burger King called to inform me that they couldn't provide the milkshake I ordered due to a machine issue. Despite this, I still wanted the Dr. Pepper. When the driver arrived, they only had the Dr. Pepper, charging me around $6 for it, but no Whopper. After a mix-up, I ended up being charged $9.64 instead of the expected $5, including the missing milkshake. I hope for a fair resolution to this misunderstanding even after Veterans' Day has passed.

I am a spry 78-year-old customer who visited the branch located at [redacted] Arthur Godfrey Road in MB [redacted], reachable at [redacted]. During my visit, I encountered an issue with an elderly employee who took the napkin dispenser away from me after I took 5 napkins, which left me bewildered. I escalated the matter to the manager, Christal, who apologized and assured me they would address the situation with the employee. As a loyal customer to this branch, I believe it's crucial to be treated with dignity and respect, a sentiment I always extend to others. Both the employee and the manager should exhibit the same values in dealing with customers. If this behavior persists, valued customers like myself may choose to take their business elsewhere. Miguel Ontiveros, contactable at [redacted]. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at your Omak, WA store. A worker with an attitude problem was rude when returning my change, delivering my order, and wouldn't explain the reason for the mistreatment. As a 72-year-old, I expected better treatment from Burger King. Not only did the worker refuse to give an explanation, but when I asked for a supervisor, they also declined to talk to me. I usually visit this store every week to 10 days when I go grocery shopping in Omak. Despite plenty of other fast food options nearby, I used to choose Burger King. However, after this incident, I no longer feel motivated to spend my money at a place that treats me poorly.

Hello, My husband and I visited Burger King in Pfungen today and ordered food worth 55.90 CHF. When our alert sounded, we went to pick up our order as we have received incorrect and cold food there before. We decided to check the order to go and unfortunately found that the 18.90 CHF burger with extra bacon was missing. We asked about it, and the lady seemed overwhelmed. Later, a gentleman named Daniele checked the receipt for a long minute before taking action. There was no apology given; instead, he proceeded to touch the bag without gloves. He rudely told us to step aside, ignored my request for his name and complaint contact, and insisted we move out of the way. We left with cold food again, including the missing burger. I find it disappointing that especially during this crisis (Corona), where those working in the restaurant industry are fortunate to have a job, such incompetent behavior is displayed. This conduct is absolutely unacceptable and should have consequences. I hope you can find a solution and ensure better service with attentive and friendly staff in the future. Sincerely, Yanira S.

I have noticed that the Burger King commercials on TV feature the Whopper with green leaf lettuce that looks appetizing. However, when I purchased a Whopper at my local Burger King, it had chopped up ICEBERG lettuce that was tasteless and unappetizing. I suggest Burger King either stop the false advertising with green leaf lettuce or actually use the fresh green leafy lettuce on their Whoppers to enhance the taste and appearance. This change could potentially attract more customers.

I had a disturbing experience at Burger King in King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) on December 17, [redacted], at 1:30 pm. I parked near the mosque close to the restaurant, and a delivery driver behind me began honking his car and yelling at me to move, claiming it was their parking area. Despite there being no signage indicating it belonged to Burger King, he was very aggressive. Although I eventually moved my car, he continued to be rude. As a long-time customer, this behavior was unacceptable, and I vowed not to return. I urge the human resources department or outlet manager to provide better customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future. After working here for nearly nine years, encountering such unprofessionalism was a first for me. I will be sharing the driver's details soon. I hope for a prompt response. Regards, Felix Gilluano

Each time I visit Burger King, I encounter issues with the manager. I often experience extended waits for my food or face unnecessary difficulties when using coupons. The manager's behavior makes me feel discriminated against, and I sense a discomfort when I go there despite my affinity for Burger King. I witnessed her prioritize orders of customers of her own race over mine, neglecting my requests. Recently, when I went to collect food for my grandson and myself, she created a problem regarding my face covering, despite California regulations only requiring facial coverage, not specifically a mask labeled “dumbass.” This encounter left me unsettled, fearing potential mishandling of my food by other staff as instructed by her. This situation has discouraged me from returning, although I truly enjoy Burger King. I believe the manager requires additional training or guidance; otherwise, I may have to consider visiting a different store to avoid further discomfort.

On December 24, [redacted], I visited the Burger King at Long Pond Road in Lexington, SC [redacted]. When my coffee was handed to me, the lid was not secured properly, causing it to spill over my hand, arm, lap, and car. The hot coffee led to burns on my hand with redness and small blisters. I attempted to report the incident but was unable to reach anyone when I called. I sought medical attention, and the doctor examined the burns. My name is Martha L. Miller.

I visited Burger King #[redacted] on Monday, January 4, [redacted], at 5:35 PM. I ordered a double cheeseburger without pickles, a value onion ring, and four jalapeno bites. Upon trying the onion rings, I found them cold and old, so I returned them. The staff replaced them without apology. As I started eating my burger, I noticed both patty were raw, so I informed the staff, mentioning my pregnancy. They replaced the burger without a word. When I resumed eating later, I discovered pickles on the burger despite my request for no pickles. I am keeping the burger to address these health hazards.
