Because you blocked my game that I purchased after I said "noob" and "fuck" in a text, is it the case that we can't write what we want anymore? In that case, I want a refund because this is theft. Since when can't we say what we want? I want an explanation because I receive messages too, but I don't act on them because it's just a game, not real life. Refund me or unblock my game because I didn't pay for this. I paid $[redacted] to not get suspended. Refund me; I paid for the whole month to play. You just lost a paying customer. Refund me so I can play the game I bought. It's theft to suspend a game we bought. I hope they refund the suspension because this is theft.

I am in need of assistance to regain access to my main account. Each time I submit a ticket, I receive a list of required information which I cannot view without my account access. I am requesting the opportunity to speak live with a representative to provide the necessary details for verification purposes. I have reiterated my predicament multiple times as the automated responses do not address my specific situation. I encountered an issue when trying to log in to play as all the realm lists displayed an "incompatible" message in red. To address this, I attempted to access my Battlenet account, which required my authenticator code. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the authenticator app on my phone since I removed it years ago. When I tried to update my phone number on the account through the SMS option, it still verified my old phone number instead of the current one. This situation has left me unable to log in and play games, with the added challenge of being unable to remove the authenticator due to the code being sent to the outdated phone number. This issue has disrupted my gameplay and caused me to miss my guild's raid. Assistance in updating my phone number and removing the authenticator would be greatly appreciated.

I am having an issue with my game where my friend and I, playing as a Mage and Hunter respectively, are unable to share certain quests while leveling up together in Shadowlands. Despite starting new characters at the same time and progressing together, we keep encountering problems where only one of us receives a quest needed to advance. This has led to lopsided leveling experiences. As we are about to reach level 60 and plan on creating new characters to level up, we want to avoid this issue in the future. Our current characters are on Trollbane server with the names Magedyaquit and Lookingforu. Any assistance on how to prevent this quest-sharing problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with an issue in the game I am playing. Despite spending money on the game, my support tickets keep getting deleted without a response. My friend and I have created new characters together, but we are facing a problem with quest sharing. When one of us receives a quest, the other sometimes does not, causing difficulty progressing and exploring new areas. We plan to create new characters at level 60 but want to avoid similar quest-level discrepancies. Our characters, Magedyaquit and Lookingforu, are on Trollbane server. We are puzzled as to why only one of us receives certain quests that the other does not, and we are unable to share them. Moreover, the tickets I submit seem to vanish without resolution. I am eager to understand how to obtain quests that are not shared and why my support tickets are disappearing unanswered.

I recently received a permanent ban on my World of Warcraft Classic account (which I mainly use over the retail account) for alleged "Botting or Hacking." However, I want to emphasize that I have never engaged in such activities and have always adhered to the Terms of Service. This ban came as a surprise to me as this is the first time Blizzard has taken any action against my account. I have never faced any issues like bans, suspensions, or chat restrictions in the past. Unfortunately, the ban was immediate without any prior warnings or temporary suspensions. As someone who has invested a lot of time and effort into the game, losing access to my account means losing touch with friends I've made in the game. I have already submitted an appeal, but the response seemed automated without a real chance to discuss the situation with a person. I am eager to resolve this misunderstanding and continue enjoying the game on my account that I have maintained for many years without any prior incidents.

This is a message expressing frustration with changing email addresses on Battle.net accounts. Recently, my Battle.net account was hacked, and I received an email stating that my email had been changed without my permission. I lost access to all my games on that account. I tried to contact Battle.net, but I needed to provide my email, which I couldn't do as the person who took over my account had changed the email. I created a new account to contact you, but the hacked Battle.net account in question is indeed [redacted] Please help. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Battle.net account. I am currently logged in on Diablo 2 but cannot log out to access my new Battle.net account. Unfortunately, I forgot the password and no longer have access to the email address associated with my Battle.net account as Hotmail has closed that account. I have pre-ordered Diablo 4 and redeemed my code on [redacted] I am attempting to link my PS5 to my Battle.net account, but it says it is locked for [redacted] days. Is there a way for me to regain access so I can play the beta version in a few days?

I have been playing Overwatch for about 4 years now. Recently, my Overwatch 2 account got banned unfairly for cheating. I am certain that I have never used any cheating tool or third-party program on my computer. I felt really upset and frustrated about this unjust ban. If other players falsely reported me, Blizzard should acknowledge that I play fairly. I have invested money into my account, so losing access to it feels like a loss of my hard-earned money. I really hope that I can regain access to my account soon.

Hello, I hope someone can assist me. I have been a loyal Blizzard customer since [redacted], enjoying most of their games. I preordered the Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition and planned to play it over the weekend on my PS5 with my partner. Unfortunately, I experienced a server issue and spent 14 hours stuck on the "Queued…" screen. Frustrated, I followed a forum post suggesting a fix to connect my battle.net account to a different PSN account temporarily and back. Regrettably, this action resulted in my Battle.net account being locked out of PSN for [redacted] days. I am devastated by this unintended consequence of trying to resolve the server problem briefly. Since the last update, I have been experiencing issues accessing the game. I keep receiving an Error 12 stating "Unable to connect to Activision Networking" followed by a message about failing to upload playlists with the reason being Duhok-Resort. Despite numerous reinstallation attempts, clearing caches, and resetting registry entries related to the game, the problem persists. Interestingly, the game works fine on my level 16 account, but not on my main account which is at level [redacted]. This discrepancy is frustrating as it indicates the issue is specific to my main account. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly as it seems to be a problem beyond my end. It is concerning that there is no direct customer service number available for immediate support. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening Blizzard Support, I am unsure if this message will reach anyone, but I am at my wits' end trying to figure out how to get help. Since the update today, March 21, [redacted], I have been unable to access my warlock's Legion order hall. Every time I click the portal, my game crashes with error code [redacted], relating to addons, as far as I can tell. Despite uninstalling all my addons and attempting to relaunch, the issue persists. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem remains. What steps can I take to resolve this? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently had my desktop upgraded to have more memory installed. I was thrilled to get it back the same day. However, when I tried to download World of Warcraft, Blizzard stated that they did not recognize my email address. I had updated my email a while back due to the closure of my old one. I opened a ticket, received a prompt response asking for more details, which I provided. Despite sending about four tickets, I have not received any further communication for over a week. I just want to play and I'm worried about the number of tickets I've submitted and the lack of response. I'm not sure what's causing this issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used my Battle.net account in years. When I tried to log in to access the Diablo IV Beta, I found an unauthorized authenticator app added to my account. Most likely, this occurred due to a data breach where my login details were exposed. I've submitted support tickets but can't log in or verify my identity without access to the unapproved authenticator app. Consequently, I'm unable to respond to the webmaster's request for more information because I can't log in.

I've been attempting for weeks to access my account after losing my authenticator. Despite answering all the questions, I haven't received any response. I am facing trouble accessing my account because it was set up when I was younger, without my own phone, email, or credit card. The contact details listed belong to my father, who has passed away. While I use my email for the account, his address and phone number are linked to it, making account recovery challenging. Recently, I carelessly kept changing my password and got locked out after multiple attempts. To regain access, I am required to provide details regarding purchases, addresses, and numbers associated with the account. Due to these circumstances, I am now at a standstill and need to contact someone for assistance in resolving this issue.

While loading a competitive game in Overwatch 2, the game got stuck on the "Entering Game" screen, causing an interruption. I couldn't navigate the home screen or access the menu during this time. Eventually, it returned me to the competitive screen only to find out I was banned for Season 4. This ban was a result of a bug, not due to any error on my part. I am hoping for assistance from a Blizzard representative specialized in handling such matters to review my account and lift the ban for the remainder of the season until Season 5.

Hello. I haven't logged in for a couple of months, and when I tried today to play MW2, I discovered that my Battle.net account was banned. Upon checking the error message, it mentioned an incident from 2 years ago, but I have been active online and played just a few months ago. My account was previously hacked, but I promptly contacted support to resolve it. You can verify my account history, showing my original account name as Nexxus_T360 from my PS4 account, which I merged with my PC account. However, the hacker changed my email, password, and username to voidtoo. I now need to pay $10 to change it back to my original username. I suspect my account was banned due to being hacked again, and the hacker possibly used unauthorized software in the background triggering the anti-cheat system. I believe my account was unfairly banned, and if you can lift the ban, I plan to enhance security measures like enabling two-step verification to prevent future incidents. Kindly reconsider unbanning my account, as repurchasing the game is not feasible for me at this moment. Thank you for your attention, eagerly awaiting a response.

I recently completed a quest outside of Ratchet that required me to kill some NPCs. However, after doing so, my screen went black and I was unexpectedly brought back to the desktop. Now, when I attempt to login using the same auto-saved credentials I've always used, I am unable to access my account. I either cannot log in with my usual credentials or reset my password. I later tried to reset my password, only to realize that the email address linked to my account is no longer accessible to me. I'm unsure how to proceed in order to reset my password and regain access to my account.
