I have not been able to get a refund on an order that was not delivered. The carrier said it was but the terms of the purchase clearly stated that Best Buy would require a signature because of the value of the delivery. The carrier did not get that since they did not deliver. Now Best Buy wants me to contact law enforement when it is their problem, not mine, I didn't contracted any services from the carrier
