Me and my wife went to best buy to get us both some wireless earbuds. After about an hour we finally found the ones we liked. She picked me up from work and she told me that my old earbuds were not sounding good and she could not hear me through out the day. That was my reason to tell her if she wanted to stop buy in the first place now we grabbed a bit to eat and made it home. Upon arriving home she took her pair out and liked her pair of skull candies earbuds. Got in shower and told me that my box was in bag on table I sat down to read and open mine. Come to find out my box of Skull Candy wireless were missing only thing there was charger and the extra plastic in ear pieces and the instruction booklet we called the local store but we're ** to ** minutes late. We tried some other numbers that Google had but no luck I been a local best buy customer and bought a lot of my DJ equipment and phones and so on never to have this happened it is now *:** central time ** minutes since they closed and don't know what to do. Is there anybody who's had the same issue and or what should I do or advise I work in morning and I don't want loose my ** or ** Dollars We spend $*** for both Bluetooth devices and it's a shame that this happened. I honestly believe they sell high end electronics they should inspect there merchandise a little more. With so many employees you figure there would have one on every department at all times and unfortunately we the customers take the end part of it. Help Needed From A Not So Happy Customer!
