I am currently living outside the US. I have already informed customer service about this situation and requested to add a note to my account. I am in the process of buying a home here and will not be in the US. My monthly deposits go directly into my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have a US phone number to receive text messages. The customer service team has been repeatedly disconnecting my online banking access, which is crucial for my daily life. Due to my disability, it is challenging for me to return to the US just to receive a text code. I urgently need your assistance since all my finances are in your bank. I am trying my best to transfer my funds out of your bank, but I desperately need help to survive. I have contacted customer service over 40 times. Please look into my call history to verify this. There must be a solution to assist me. I simply need to have my online banking reinstated.

My checking account was compromised in September and October of [redacted]. I reported this then and continue to report it. Recently, I discovered a $13,[redacted] plus payment on a Mastercard debt that doesn't belong to me. The card is linked to RBS with account number 5[redacted] 0[redacted] under the name of Dionisia Tavarez. It is unfair that I have to pay off a debt that is not mine, especially when a significant amount of my money went missing from my account. Despite making fraud claims in September and October, Bank of America chose to investigate legitimate transactions instead of addressing my concerns. Their manager at the Piscataway branch on Centennial Avenue even destroyed my debit card and withheld my statements. I have been trying to get assistance from various banks without any success. It is essential that the missing funds be returned to me as the fraud was reported promptly in [redacted]. Additionally, I did not authorize the opening of a money market fund, which should have been investigated as well. I urge Bank of America to take action on this matter that has been unresolved since [redacted].

We bought a boat from Bob King in [redacted]. Initially, he gave us a title with a lien, but the DMV required a lien release. After obtaining a clean title from Bob, the DMV replaced the original title with the lien, issuing us a new one without the lien but showing it in our name, which seems legally questionable. I have a reissued lien release for Robert R. King, who has relocated to Florida. We do not have contact details for him. The boat is a [redacted] BA/TR Aluminum BUJ65772D707. I need guidance on how the new owner can obtain a copy of the lien release, as I am looking to sell the boat. Any help on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I am unsure of the correct steps to take. I can provide PDFs of both titles if needed.

I am experiencing an issue with a bill payment from BoA to Alliant Credit Union Signature Card. On June 28, I made a $[redacted] electronic payment to Alliant which was listed as completed this morning. However, a second payment of $10,[redacted].71 was already scheduled for July 7. Surprisingly, we received an email stating that this payment is now a check instead of electronic, which confused us. Upon checking, the status of the $[redacted] payment changed from Completed to Processing. This sudden change in payment methods and statuses has left us perplexed, as we simply want to pay off most of our bill quickly to free up credit on the card. We are unsure why the payments were switched to checks and are finding the situation complicated. I have provided a condensed version of the issue. Thank you for looking into it. Alan F.

I recently received a call informing me that I had won a prize in The Wheel of Fortune sweepstakes. The prize amount was $8,[redacted],[redacted]. I was given instructions to contact Bank of America at 1-[redacted] and provide the account number [redacted]70 along with the ID code #[redacted]. Upon calling, I was informed that the prize money was in an account set up for me, but I needed to provide a credit or debit card from my bank to proceed with the transfer. Sensing fraud, I decided not to provide my card information and ended the call. Shortly after, another individual called, asking about the delay and mentioning a transfer fee. Suspecting fraudulent activity, I chose to report the incident to Bank of America. For further details, please feel free to contact me at [redacted].

I don't have an account with Bank of America, but I just received notifications that a bank account was opened in my name. I got four emails about this in a span of 10 minutes. I tried calling the fraud line ([redacted]) twice today, staying on hold for an hour each time, but was disconnected by the system. I urgently need to speak to someone who can help me resolve this issue.

I recently discovered that a Bank of America account was opened in my name, even though I do not have an account with them. I received multiple emails regarding this issue in a short period of time. I've tried calling the fraud line at ***-***-**** twice, but was disconnected after being on hold for an hour each time. I need assistance from a person to help resolve this situation promptly.

I am in possession of a Cash App card where I deposited $[redacted].00. However, after 3 hours, $30.00 was deducted. I am unaware of "My Incredible Saver." This unknown company withdrew $69.99 and $99.99 from my card without my consent. I am distressed by this apparent scam as it has put significant financial strain on my family of 6. The unauthorized transactions have left me unable to provide for my children, jeopardizing our living situation. I demand the removal of these charges and a refund to my account promptly. Failure to do so may result in me reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau as advised by my attorney. I have never authorized these transactions and seek resolution. Thank you, D.H.

As a Bank of America customer for the past 2 years, I have been receiving calls in Chinese language, usually during or after lunch break. The calls are coming from numbers like ([redacted]) -[redacted] in Livermore, CA, [redacted], and [redacted] from California. I reported these numbers to the FTC's DO NOT CALL list and contacted an attorney specializing in telemarketing. After translation and tracing the numbers, it was revealed that they are linked to a Chinese criminal gang operating from different countries and impersonating Bank of America. The spam calls are in Chinese, and it's unsettling that they are not speaking English. I have already taken action by reporting this to authorities for further investigation, but for now, my recommendation is to block these numbers as they seem to be involved in criminal activity.

Bank of America has been a frustrating experience for me. Their branch locations have limited hours and even when depositing a check, there's always a minimum 24-hour hold period. I have spent long hours on hold on the phone, only to sometimes miss the department's availability. Recently, as a disabled veteran, I was asked to wait in a long lobby line instead of getting immediate help from a manager. It's disappointing that expressing any dissatisfaction can lead to account closure. It feels like Bank of America doesn't care about their customers' experiences at all.

I recently received a Bank of America statement prompt to set up an online account, but I have not opened an account with them. This seems to be a case of fraud or identity theft. I have been attempting to reach Bank of America for about two weeks with no success. While overseas on vacation, my husband informed me of another piece of mail from BOA indicating that savings and checking accounts have been opened in my name with transactions occurring. A similar incident happened with Wells Fargo, but I have reported it to them and a credit bureau. I am troubled by the lack of response from Bank of America after emailing their abuse department three days ago. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

1. Residing overseas means I can't utilize my mobile number to communicate with you. While email is an option, it's not available for fund transfers. 2. I faced challenges resolving issues via the international collect phone line due to poor connection. 3. I would appreciate it if I could use my non-US mobile as the main contact, enable email confirmation for wire transfers, or explore other transfer methods.

I have been working for this company on a contract for about 2 months now. I have received 2 checks from the company - one for materials and another for services rendered, totaling $[redacted],[redacted]. We agreed to accept them in 2 lump sums and received $[redacted],[redacted] and $4,[redacted]. Due to filing bankruptcy this week, we closed all our accounts. We are in need of our payment and the lenders' money for materials. We are having trouble cashing the checks and would like to know their status. Thank you, Jeremy Hoffman ([redacted])

On 8/6/[redacted] at 5:06 am, I noticed two unauthorized charges on my Cash App card from a merchant named "My Incredible Saver Fit" affiliated with Bank of America. A charge of $1.95 and $99.95 was deducted without my consent. As a single parent of two young children, currently on a fixed income due to recent back surgery, these funds are crucial for our survival. I urgently require the reversal of these transactions to provide for my family’s essential needs like food and bills. I have not made any purchases from this merchant and cannot afford such expenses. Your prompt assistance in returning the funds to my Cash App card would be greatly appreciated during this difficult time.

I received an email from your bank today stating that there is an account under my name. I do not recall opening an account there, so I am unsure if I have an account that I might have forgotten about. I never receive any correspondence from this bank, which leads me to believe I do not have an account with them. It is puzzling how my email address is associated with an account if I do not have one with your bank. My main objective is to confirm whether or not I am a customer of your bank. Please reach out to me promptly. Thank you for your help in addressing this matter. - Vivian Eagleson

On August 8, [redacted], I received an email from Experian informing me that BofA had made a hard inquiry on my credit report. Given that I have not applied for any new credit lately, I contacted BofA immediately to report this as fraudulent activity. The customer service representative I spoke with was unable to provide me with the address linked to the fraudulent application. I am reaching out to inquire about how I can obtain a copy of the fraudulent application to further investigate this matter. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am seeking clarification as to why Dr. Mark Bruce cannot access his account. Here in Germany, there is no requirement for prepayment for certificates! Initially, Dr. Mark Bruce was promised his money in the 1st week of July. Now, suddenly, a certificate is needed! The writer will receive the money as soon as it is available. What is the point of all these obstacles? The bank in Frankfurt is closed, and I will inform my acquaintances about all of this. I suspect something fishy is going on with the other bank. Please provide a prompt response to satisfy my concerns! Regards, Mathilde Pielenhofer My email address is [redacted] I await your reply.

I recently received a text message from Granite State Credit Union regarding a transaction I didn't recognize. I initially declined to report it as fraud without fully understanding the transaction details. It turned out to be a charge from my "Inkypen" comic book subscription on my Nintendo Switch. When I contacted the provided number, they said they couldn't unblock my card and I'd have to get a new one. This is causing me trouble as I need my card for essential payments like rent and bills. The process of waiting for a new card is inconvenient, especially given my financial responsibilities. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Bank of America Representative, I contacted our local banker for the third time regarding a fraud issue with our savings account. After filing a claim and opening a new savings account, the refunded money was placed into the old locked account. Despite numerous attempts to reach the fraud line, I have been unable to transfer the funds to the new account. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as it has been unresolved for two months. We are disappointed with the service received and considering changing banks if the issue persists. Your prompt attention is appreciated. Thank you, Linnea and Marion Mandell

I am experiencing an issue with retrieving my stolen $[redacted]. Bank of America sent me an automated email denying my claim without providing evidence to support their decision. They falsely claimed I had an account or authorized the transactions, both of which are untrue. Despite my request, they failed to provide any proof for their denial. They even fabricated documents stating they conducted an investigation when they had not. Only after involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau did they claim to have analyzed the call and alleged that the voice was mine. It seems they now have voice recognition capabilities. The bank is not handling these claims properly, allowing their clients' money to be taken without proper investigation.
