I bought a computer from Amazon last June. This month I started having tremendous issues. Amazon agreed to let me send back the computer and have my cost returned. I bought a three year policy with Asurian. Can I have the time I no longer will have the computer prorated and returned* or can I apply the policy to my new computer that will arrive the week of January **. ? The new one cost $** more than the previous one.
GetHuman6994463 did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
