My baggage was damaged on arrival to Athens Greece on *******. I was unable to make a claim prior to leaving the airport due to the need to catch my flight to Mykonos. I have purchased * luggage as it is necessary for my return trip. However my main luggage has not yet been replaced amd remains damaged. And will likely sustain even more damage on the return trip which is due to negligence of the airlines or mishandling. I need to know how to go about submitting a claim so that o can have my luggage reimbursed and they also understand when I return to the airport that the damage was sustained enough routcto my destination amd not on my own accord. I have been waiting on hold for over an hour on the phone to speak to a representative. I need to speak with someone asap please
