I purchased Torroband's heavy duty VIP set on sale from saleTorroband.com yesterday for a total of $[redacted].70. I recently learned about their lighter bands and sent an email inquiring about them. After a delay in responding, I decided to stick with my original order. However, I noticed that my Torroband order is not visible on Amazon, even though the $[redacted].70 has been charged to my credit card. Subsequent orders are displayed on Amazon without any charges yet. I also discovered a low rating for Torrobar on the BBB website under "Workout Gear of Florida." I'm new to using email and have encountered some challenges. Please contact me via email if needed.

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account linked to the email address [redacted] Whenever I try to reset my password using the OTP sent to my email, I get a message saying my account has unusual activity and is temporarily locked. This has led me in circles, and I need assistance to regain access to my account. I would also like to know why an order I placed was canceled. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I am feeling quite annoyed.

I recently received an automated call from "Amazon Automated Fraud" on my cell phone about a potential fraudulent transaction. They instructed me to enter a 6-digit code, but the text with the code from "[redacted]" timed out. After a second attempt with a new code, I was able to enter it successfully. Even though I entered the correct code, the system threatened to keep calling until successful, which did not happen. Later, I received a text about a sign-in from Georgia while I am in Ohio. Now, I am unable to log into my account due to not receiving the necessary OTP code.

I placed an order for a Nectar Queen Mattress on November 17, [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, [redacted], between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive, and the tracking information was not available, so I contacted Amazon at 9:30 PM. They were unable to locate the package, so I rescheduled the delivery for today, November 29, [redacted]. It's currently 8:30 AM, and the order status on Amazon still shows the same delivery window as last week. There have been no updates on tracking, leaving me uncertain about whether the mattress will arrive today. I'm looking for a definitive answer on the delivery status. If it won't be delivered today, I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund promptly.

We purchased [redacted] recessed lights from Sunco, but they all flicker. We have tried different switches, but the problem persists. Despite having just 1 or 2 lights on their own circuit, some rooms experience flickering. Sunco claims it's the switches or that we are overloading the lights, but the issue remains. We contacted Sunco regarding the problem on October 25, which was 19 days after receiving the lights. They have denied our refund request, stating that the original 30-day window has passed. We simply want a refund to purchase new lights as the ones we bought to replace them are working perfectly without flickering.

I have a recurring issue where Amazon drivers speed through my driveway despite my requests for them to slow down. I've approached them multiple times, but they continue to rush in and out at what looks like 20 to 30 mph. When I kindly ask them to be more considerate, I am met with indifference. This lack of regard for my property is frustrating, and unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I believe that a little common respect is not too much to ask for, even from a large corporation like Amazon. It seems like basic courtesy may be a thing of the past, but I still hope that some individuals value it.

I need assistance with an item I purchased on October 31, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. My Samsung Galaxy phone stopped turning on completely yesterday and is stuck on the Samsung logo screen. I have Asurion insurance and Tech support, who suggested a factory reset, which didn't resolve the issue. They advised me to file a claim with Asurion, but I need the IMEI number, which I can't access as my phone won't turn on. My phone carrier, Safelink, couldn't provide it, and I no longer have the box the phone came in. Can you assist me in retrieving the IMEI number since I purchased the phone from you? Thank you - R. I have been working on this return for quite some time now. On November 28, [redacted], I contacted Amazon customer service regarding returning an item. I explained that I needed a prepaid label from the seller before sending back the item. The representative assured me that Amazon would refund me once the item was returned. Today, I used UPS to ship the item back and emailed the receipt to [redacted] After calling Amazon customer service, I was informed that I needed proof that Amazon instructed me to return the Elliptical machine in order to receive a refund. I would not have returned the Elliptical machine if I hadn't been promised a refund for the shipping costs.

I have two accounts that are currently locked, and I urgently need to access one of them as it contains my Amazon gift card balance. If unlocking is not possible, I request your assistance in redeeming the gift card and transferring the funds back to my card. I am frustrated by this situation. I’m feeling frustrated as I’m having trouble changing my password on Amazon. After numerous attempts with the OTP sent to my email, I gave up and created a new account using that email. My original account was set up when I was younger, so I only have the email associated with it. Could someone please delete the old account linked to my email so I can use it for my new Amazon account created with the phone number ([redacted])? I just want to access Prime movies. It’s been difficult navigating the password reset function that also requires a security question I don’t remember. Thank you for any help.

I recently joined Amazon Prime and encountered an issue with a shipping charge on my order. After speaking with a live chat agent on November 23, I was assured a refund of $23.88 for the shipping charge. I received an email on December 2, [redacted], at 2:23 pm notifying me that two items had been delivered to my home. Despite my cameras capturing an earlier FedEx delivery, I did not receive the package mentioned in the email. There were no signs of a delivery on my cameras, no doorbell ring, and my dog did not bark. It seems like the package may have been delivered to the wrong address or got mixed up somehow. The tracking ID associated with the delivery is TBA[redacted]27, showing a delivery at 2:19 pm. I did pick up another package at 2:12 pm based on my camera footage.

I received an item that was not what I ordered, and it arrived dented and damaged. I am requesting a refund, but the seller wants me to pay half of the item's cost for return shipping. I refuse to pay for shipping for a damaged item. Despite being willing to exchange the item, both Amazon and the seller have provided poor customer service. When I contacted customer service, I struggled to communicate with a representative who did not speak English fluently. They mentioned a return label, but only after insisting and speaking loudly did they agree to provide one. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It seems that Amazon's return policy has recently changed, making the process more challenging and less customer-friendly.

I recently recovered access to my email registered on my account after being locked out due to its age. Unfortunately, all the temporary passwords provided to me have not worked. I receive the emails with the temporary passwords but they do not seem to be correct. When I try to use the password, I am redirected to a page saying I am not on the Amazon homepage and the cycle repeats. Despite my order being put on hold, some items have been delivered, and I am unsure about the status of my re-order. I do not want to be charged twice for the same items. The credit card used belongs to a friend, and I am an authorized user; I do not want duplicate charges on it. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to help resolve these issues. Tracking Number: TBA[redacted]81 Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted] A delivery was attempted for the package associated with the provided tracking number to my residence, but I received a notification stating the carrier could not access the front door. I have been home all day, and there are no obstacles preventing access to the house. Our property has good lighting, and we regularly receive Prime deliveries without issue. This situation has inconvenienced me, as I find it hard to believe that the driver couldn't reach my front door.

We received our Toshiba Vidaa Smart 43-inch LED TV on November 30th from Amazon. They promised installation within 24 to 48 hours, but it hasn't happened yet. They mentioned Toshiba canceled our visit. We requested installation again on December 1st, but neither Amazon nor Toshiba has contacted us. My husband used his number to purchase the TV, but he is currently out of the country. We are eager to get a refund or have the TV installed promptly.

It's been four months since my account was put on hold and my shipment was canceled. I was assured a refund, which I never received for the $[redacted] purchase made with a gift card. Despite numerous calls, I was repeatedly promised someone would reach out, but no one ever did via phone or email. I am frustrated and considering legal action or escalating the issue with corporate. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I need a resolution promptly before I take further action.

I bought a pair of Mickey Mouse Bluetooth earbuds for my mom, but they wouldn't pair up. I returned them, and the seller received them on 11/25. They stated a refund would be processed within 2-3 days, but I have not received it yet. Can someone help me contact the seller, IJOY Electronics, to expedite my refund?
