I returned a pair of Nunn Bush Men's Marvin Street Plain Toe shoes in the same box as another return. Each return had its own label taped to the box. The other pair, FitFlop Men's Flexknit Sneakers Size 11, were received. The Nunn Bush shoes were black, size 11, priced at $69.99. I requested a refund on November 15, [redacted]. I recently received an email notifying me that my Amazon account has been locked, and I am unsure about the reason. We have been loyal Amazon customers for many years without encountering any issues, so I am perplexed by this situation. I received the infantile 3-pack water teethers this afternoon that were left at my doorstep. Since it is rainy and extremely chilly here, they are almost frozen and not safe for a baby. These teethers should only be chilled in the refrigerator for a short period before using. They are not meant to be frozen in the freezer to avoid breakage when they warm up, which could be harmful. I kindly request that you accept the return of these teethers immediately. I would never jeopardize my grandson's health and well-being! In October, my bag was stolen, which contained my Fire tablet and phone. I disputed charges made using the one-click settings on my devices, and the money has been refunded. Although my debit card was not involved, and the tablet was recovered by the police, I am now experiencing difficulties making purchases. Despite changing my password as requested by Amazon, I keep receiving error messages and cannot proceed. The account keeps getting locked, suspecting fraudulent activity, and I am unable to use my pre-purchased Amazon coins. I have also changed my phone number to [redacted]. I would appreciate a call to assist me with this matter.

I placed an order for 4 skeins of white Red Heart Super Saver yarn, Udalyn 12-pc women/girl unicorn woven friendship bracelets, Zoomigurumi 10 book (15 cute amigurumi patterns), and Amigurumi parent and baby crocheted animals. I received them on Sept 16 and 17, thinking my order was complete. However, on Nov 15, I received an unexpected shipment of four more white Red Heart Super Saver yarn skeins, for which I was charged again. I did not authorize this and cannot afford or manage additional items. As a caregiver to my husband, who is battling severe health issues, I am under a lot of stress and cannot handle this mistake. Now, I've been informed that the white yarn is out of stock, and I must choose an alternative item to be delivered in December 15. This situation is causing me distress, and I kindly request for this issue to be resolved promptly. I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account with the email address [redacted] I haven't used this email in years after forgetting the password and changing it. Amazon keeps sending me OTP emails to this address for password changes, which I cannot access. I purchased an Amazon gift card worth $25 and had $11 left in my account. When I tried to buy three items, it showed I had enough funds. The estimated shipping was between December 15th - December 16th. However, today when I checked the orders, it says I need to update a payment method. I am unable to do this as I don't have a card, and I used all my balance to buy the items. The money seems to have vanished, and I'm unsure how to proceed.

I bought a Dashboard Mat from Autophilia on Amazon, shipped by Seema Enterprise to Kolkata. I paid $[redacted] for 2 pieces, but I only received 1 piece in the package. Hello, I placed an order for a Makita [redacted]-4BL1840B 18V 4.0Ah Li-ion Battery on November 26th through ToolShop1 (Order [redacted]-[redacted]). The delivery is marked as complete on December 2nd, but I have not received the package or signed for it. In early November, I purchased a Kindle Unlimited membership for my 13-year-old niece. Regrettably, she didn't find many of the books appealing. My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. Nobody has attempted to deliver it or inform me about it. I'm now at a loss as I've paid for these items meant for Christmas. I bought TurboTax [redacted] and I'm having trouble activating it. I keep getting an error message saying that all activations for that code have been used. The error code is [redacted]. I returned two Liberty [redacted] soft-close drawer slides on November 6th and received a refund of $35.90. However, I never saw the credit posted to my credit card. I returned both packages to Whole Foods in Schererville, IN. I received an email stating that I would be charged $16.78 for one item that wasn't returned and credited for one that I never received a credit for. The Whole Foods staff member scanned both items and told me everything was in order. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Michael K.

I recently paid $1.00 to speak with someone and had to provide my card information. I'm concerned because if I continue to enter my card details repeatedly, Bank of America might deactivate it, which I want to avoid. Approximately a week ago, I made a purchase on your website for three items: an iTERYOU Wax Seal Stamp Kit, a PopSockets PopGrip in "translucent black smoke," and a NTG [1st Generation] iPhone 11 phone case in black. The total came to about $53 after applying coupons and discounts. Today, I checked my account to find that the packages were marked as delivered on Saturday, December 4th. However, upon checking my mailbox, front porch, and garage, I did not find any packages addressed to me. It appears that during the ordering process, I mistakenly used my old address instead of the current one. I attempted to retrieve the packages from the old address but was unsuccessful as the current residents were not home at the time. I received an email from someone pretending to be Amazon claiming I ordered an iPhone to be delivered to Delaware, which is not true. I am happy to share the email with you if you provide me with the appropriate email address. Furthermore, I received a phone call from a person who said they were from Amazon asking about the order. I ended the call and contacted Amazon Prime customer service. They confirmed no such order exists, which was also verified by my credit card company. Thank you.
