What is the cancellation policy for services?

Our cancellation policy for services at Venus Valet & Concierge is designed to provide flexibility for our clients while also ensuring that our team can effectively manage our schedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation or rescheduling of services. If you need to cancel or modify your service, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waitlist. In case of cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may be applied to compensate for any lost opportunity to fill the appointment slot. Please contact our customer service team to make any changes to your service booking or for further assistance regarding our cancellation policy.
