What is Ulta Beauty's return policy?

Ulta Beauty offers a flexible return policy that aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment, and if you used a credit/debit card, please bring it along. For online purchases, returns can be made by mail or at any Ulta store. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or purchase confirmation email. However, certain products like gift cards, opened cosmetics, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. Ulta strives to make the return process hassle-free and provides excellent customer service to address any concerns or issues.
