Teac Electronics aims to provide utmost customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all the accessories and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
