Our return policy at Sabrent is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return period for most products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or replacement. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. However, there are a few items that are not eligible for return, such as software, downloadable products, and clearance items. To initiate a return, you can contact our customer support team or fill out the online return form on our website. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
